Here goes nothing.

Prologue:

An egg is hatching. Not just any egg, the alpha light fury egg. Hopebringer, the mother of this egg, knows that this Light Fury will be a girl.

"Lightfinder, come on out girl," the alpha whispers. Blue eyes poke through the shell. A snow body, wings, tail, and legs come out of the shell soon after the eyes. "Lightfinder you can make it," Hopebringer encourages. Lightfinder uses her paws to knock the shell covering her nose off. Instead she just falls over. Hopebringer chuckles. Hopebringer licks the shell to loosen it up. "Now try again." Lightfinder twitches her nose and sneezes like a young kitten. The shell flies off and hits Hopebringer. Hopebringer scoops up Lightfinder with her forearms and walks like a human to the alpha stone.

"This is Lightfinder!"
