Dee wakes up in his large canopy bed, his maids dressing him in his extravagant yellow gown. Another maid brushes his long chocolate coloured hair, another applies rouge to his cheeks. This was the routine he had every morning and day, but this day was different. His mother forgot to inform him that today was the day he will given away to his new fiance.
        "Sunny fetch me my cat and bring him to me, today it's been awfully col-" He was cut off mid sentence when his mother ran in.
      "Dee pack your bags, you are to be sent to clubs right away" Dee was in disbelief in what he heard come out of his mother's mouth.
"Clubs? That poor country side Kingdom? Why there of all places?!" Dee was outraged hearing that he would be send to clubs.
"Because are soon to meet your future husband, the prince of clubs." Dee spat at his mother angered.
  "Like I would marry a poor clublian! I want to marry someone I love and not someone I haven't even met!" He threw his hand up in anger and fustration.
       Mary stepped twards her son. "You are to be sent to clubs this instance! If not you will stay unmarried like your aunts and cousins. Be glad it's a young man and not an old pig.
" Dee was shut up quickly and began to pack his essentials. "I believe I could try..." he trailed on keeping his dark forest green eyes at the floor while packing.
"Let me tell you what he expects from a Diamante, he will want an heir, perhaps a son to be king. Daughters will be married off like you, you are binding our courts together. When he turns to face you in bed you give yourself to him to bear children."
Dee frowned at that statement. "And wat if I don't want to?" Dees mother looked harshly at him.
"You will fail your one duty as queen. Queens bear children and keep their husband and people happy. Don't embarrass us Dee.
" He sighs as the maids take his luggage away outside. Dee fallows his mother outside to lavish line of carriages waiting. The caravan consists of 13 carriages, mixed of green and yellow. Dee got in one and sat near the windows opposite from his mother and cat. This is the last time he will see his childhood home. The lavish golden places went out of view. This is the start of a new beginning and the end of his time in Diamonds.
