Doctor: I am sorry to say Mr.Malhotra your wife is no more!!!  (He said taking all the drips out from her hand)

Manik: What are u doing??? Why are u taking the drips out meri Nandini zinda hai!! (He screams at the doctor Cabir comes forward to hug Manik but he pushes him away) Cabir what why are u guys crying she is alive!!! She said she will come back!!

Doctor: Mr. Malhotra I know it's hard but please try to understand she is no more in this world!!!

Manik gets angry he was going to go punch the doctor when Cabir gets hold of him.

Manik: Tuma samaj main Nahi ata I said Na she is alive, Woh apna Manu ko esa chod kar Nahi Jaya gi!!!! She knows how much her Manu loves her.

Mukti: Manik please samaj she is not...

Manik: Mukti don't u even fucking dare say that!!! (He said shouting at her on his peak)

Navya: Nandu esa huma Nahi chod ka ja sakti doctor please put the drips back!!! She is alive!! (She said crying hard)

Doctor: Nurse take her body to the other room!! (He said whispering to the nurse)

The 3 nurse in the room move forward. One nurse was going to put the white cloth on her face. When Manik angrily pushes her away.

Manik: Don't u dare touch her tum logo ko samaj Nahi ata see she is going to wake in few don't come near her. (He said tightly hugging Nandini)

Doctor: Mr. Malhotra please leave her she is dead!!! (Now Doctor called for his death)

Manik punched the doctor in stomach while the doctor gets scared!!!

Manik: Don't u fucking say that again!! She has promised her Manu she can't leave me and go she will come back I have full faith!!

Nobody dare to say anything. Manik closely snuggled Nandini close to his heart while tears starts flowing from his eyes.

Manik: Nandini u said u will come back from me now u will leave me like this no u can't go!! I know u will come back please please please come back to your Manu. We still have to go lot of places. We promised to die together. Agar tum esa I will die too!!! Please come back!!! (He said making his hold more tight on her)

Surprising everyone, Nandini started breathing heavingly!!!

Nandini: Ma....Manu........!!! (She said breathing heavenly while Manik happiness had no boundaries) 

Manik: Hai Nandini I am hear please breath. Doctor check her!!! (He said making Nandini lie down in bed while she was still breathing heavingly screaming at the doctor)

The doctor runs puts the drip back to her.All were happy to see their doll back. Specially Manik he was pecking all over her face out of happiness. He hugged her so tight making sure he don't hurt her wound while she also hugged him tightly.

Cabir: Kutta chod Ussa Abhi toh Woh vapas aayi hai Yaar!! (He said coming towards them while Manik pushes him away)

Abhi: Chod baby doll ko Manik!!! Huma bhi Milna hai!!!

Nandini smiles at all of them. Manik still had tears flowing from his eyes. He was hiding his face in the crook of her neck. Nandini was patting on his back smoothly calming him down pecking his head again and again.

Nandini: I am fine Manu!! (She said lovingly)

Cabir: Ofcourse baby doll tuja Thik hona hi tha Tera monster Nahi toh devdas baan jata a Pata Nahi kasa sambal ta Tera bigaar. Tu hi sambal sakti hai!!!

Nandini: I had to come back for you Manu I will never leave you alone!!! (She said pecking once more on his head)

Manik: Pakka promise u will not play this stunt on me again never ever in your life promise me!!!

Nandini: Nandini promise!!! (Manik hugs her again) Manu look at me into my eyes. (She makes him look at her) Manu I am here with you main tumsa kabhi dur Nahi jayo gi. Chalo wipe your tears Nahi toh I will start crying too! (She makes her all time baby pout while Manik laughs and everyone else too laugh)

Doctor was just standing there smiling looking at the couple. He moves out of the room ensuring everyone that she will be fine just take care of her a lot and also prescribes her the medicines to which she make sad faces.

Navya comes forwards jumps on Nandini hugging her wound to which she screams.

Nandini: Ahhhhhhh Navya!!!

Manik: Navya careful what are u doing?? (He screams on her)

Nandini: Manu it's fine don't yell on her Na please!! (Navya smiles at her thanking her mentally for saving her) 

Dhruv: How are u feeling Nandini??

Nandini: Tohda pain hai but it will be fine!!

Manik: (panicked) What u are having pain Let me call the doctor!! (He was about to run out of the room to call the Doctor when Nandini pulls him towards her and pecks on his lips)

Nandini: Manu calm down baba I am fine bus tohra sah (little bit) dard ho raha hai!!!

Manik: U sure Na baby!! (He asked worriedly)

Everyone left so they both can have some lone time with each other, console each other.

Nandini: Manu come here!! (She said opening her arms)

In a blink Manik was in her arms crying his heart out. Nandini was rubbing patting his back soothingly. She also got tears as she was also scared to core of whatever happened she didn't wanted to leave her Manu alone. Manik was hiding his face in crook of her neck crying hard.

Nandini: Manu shhhhhhh I am fine your princess is fine. Muja Kuch Nahi hua I promised you Na I will be back for you see I came back. No more crying Na please see u made me cry too or Wasa Manik tumha kasa chod kar ja sakti thi. I will never leave my Manu alone.

Manik: (crying) Mujsa kabhi chod kar maat Jana never ever in your life Nahi toh Main mar jayo ga.

Nandini: Shhh I am here I will never ever even think of leaving you!! Manu smile Na please I don't like when you cry!!! Please please!!

Manik looks at her while she wipes all his tears pecks on his eyes.

Nandini: Now where is the big smile???
(She said pouting)

Her pout made Manik smile, he got his life back. He pecked her pout.

Nandini: Manu did you eat anything!!
(She asked with a serious face)

Cabir: Nahi isna Nahi kaya!! (Cabir said coming in with a food tray)

Nandini: Manu what is this why didn't u eat apni health karab Karni hai?? (She said scolding him while he holds his ears with an innocent face)

Manik: Sorry but how can I eat u always make me eat Na!! I only have habit of that!! U make me eat now!!

Cabir: yeh la Khana manik we are leaving to get freshen up we will be back. (He said while Manik nods taking the food tray)

Nandini starts making Manik eat while he was happily eating from her hands. They shared bunch of kisses and pecks in between while a nurse entered with food for Nandini.

Nurse: Yeh ligiya apka food or agar Kuch chahiya so call me okay!! (They both nod)

Manik picks her food up which was soup and some fruits. Nandini makes bad faces seeing that. Manik smiles at her pecks her forehead.

Nandini: Manu please no Na hospital food is so ganda I don't like it.

Manik: Baby it's healthy for you. Jaldi Thik hona hai Na. (Nandini nods) So yeh toh khana hi ho ga.

Nandini: But I don't like it!! (She said making cute faces)

Manik smiles at her he forward the soup towards her face she pushes it away with her lips zipped so he can't make her eat. He smiles at her never ending cuteness. He gives a smacker on her cheek which made her smile brightly.

Manik: Princess if u will not eat it then I will again get sad u will not get cured early if you will not eat it. Then I will keep getting sad seeing u in the hospital bed. (He said making a sad face while Nandini blinks her eyes like a doll cutely looking at him) Awwwwwww she is so cute I feel like taking her in a never ending kiss but Manik control!!! (He said thinking)

Nandini: Manu don't be sad please I will eat!!! (Manik smiles at her)

Manik: Good bacha Chalo have this now!!

He makes her eat the soup and fruits. Plus, little bit of milk. After a little cozy time, Nandini drifts to sleep. He starts caressing her hairs softly.

Manik: I will not leave that person who got u in this situation Nandini. Zinda Nahi raha ga jisdin Mera haath main a gaya. (He said in an extremely angrily tone)
