Date: 11th September 2016
    
       Dear diary,

                Another day has gone by. I got up this morning feeling like garbage. One terrible migraine got me partly insane. Lucy had made breakfast by the time I got up and by the looks of it she was preparing to go to the grocery store.
Quickly had breakfast; bacon and scrambled eggs with milk and went off for the bus station.

I met this old woman at the bus station staring at me as though I was a fairy who popped out of nowhere.
Creeeeepyyy I'd say.
I met Gabbie at school and we both headed for our first class; Philosophy. During lunch something crazy happened: A fight, two guys from 7th grade got all wacko on each other over one girl.
Honestly I wish I could say she was pretty, she had  dirty blonde hair and brown eyes, had a long chin and had a lot of freckles. It made me think of Amanda from Nickelodeon's "Bensen is a beast"( curse my bad sense of description). She was a bit shorter  than me. What did those boys see in her to run over each other like that? I couldn't tell.

I got to know a little more about Gabbie today though; she lives just a block off Chan's Cafe, downtown, and she doesn't have a boyfriend, she's brilliant and beautiful. She loves books, especially those which are painted over with definitions and formulas. Ugh!!
Don't get me wrong though, I mean I love books too but man, flexing out just gets the better of me.
I'm working on getting a place in an online coding competition coming up in three months time; "Codesplash". It's my ultimate dream to become a programmer, but then it seems half of the universe is against that, mum included. I'm not letting them stop me though.

Mum said something about us going down to South Africa for the holidays. I haven't being anywhere out of the United States, so, I'm looking forward to discovering the world!
I'm thinking of starting a Blog, about anything, just so I can get productive.
Mikey came home happy today. He said someone told him he was cute, hahahahahaha!
It's funny how you feel when you're been complimented, you know, especially if you like the person; butterflies in your stomach, tomato splattered cheeks and innocent smiles, blushing over a simple comment. I'm sure that's how he felt! Good for him though, he's still young, growing up, discovering the world as sweet and as cruel it is.
As for a person like me, my ambitious dreams comes before anything. Speaking of, I've never listed them. Think I'll do it here.

List of my ambitious dreams

1) Win Codesplash
2) Pass my exams (something I know is certainly impossible)
3) Make a million dollars before I'm 20 (hahahahahaha, but I'm serious though)
4) Open my own online Shop ping mall.

Hmmmmmmm, looks pretty absurd to me, but dreams are dreams! You've just gotta achieve them!

Mom phoned saying she'll be staying on her trip for 2 weeks. Guess I'm stuck here alone with Mikey and Lucy all through September.
I wish dad was here. I don't even remember what he looked like. Mom said he left us when I was 2. I wonder why he left.

Can you guess who Mikey is to Amy?? Lucy is their nanny since Amy's mum is always on big Business trips. Forgive my poor sense of description (the girl from the fight at school). I'll make it better I promise.
