I reached home and suddenly my mom jumped out of nowhere and said, "did he ask you out?". I was shocked mom heard my conversation. "Mom he didn't really ask me out, just to hang out not like we are dating or something", I put my hand on my mouth after realizing what I said. My mom gave me a cunning smile and then left. Dang....does this always has to happen with me!! I left my bag on my study table got fresh and then I left. Before leaving my mom said, "Serena Yvonne tell me how it goes!!" and gave me a wink. I sweatdropped and went to the park where I was suppose to meet Ash. "It's already 2 o'clock", I say looking at my watch, " Where is he?". "Hey Serena, sorry I was caught up in some work", Ash said trying to catch his breath. "No worries Ash!", I said giving him a smile. " So where do you wanna go?", he asked. " I really don't know any place around here!", I said. " Hmmm...I see....uhh...do you like bowling?", he asked." I don't know I never tried it!", I replied. " Ok..then...bowling it is!!!", he said as he grabbed my hand and ran. Little did I know I was been followed.
MIETTE P.O.V
" What the hell.... They are going out...'TOGETHER' and why are they holding hands.....I told that twerpette to stay away from Ash...cause he's mine... And she defied me.....she's gonna pay a heavy price... I must go and keep a watch on them."
SERENA P.O.V
" See....this is the way you hold the ball...now you hold one!", Ash said."Gosh...Ash it's heavy", I said but somehow I managed to hold the ball. " Now aim for the pins and......there...see ....", he said with a proud expression because he hit all the pins, " Now you try!". I aimed for the pins and jeez I did it. I hit all the pins I was extremely happy. "Great job Serena", Ash exclaimed. I blushed but he didn't notice it." So where to next?", he asked. " How about shopping?", I asked. "Ohkay", he said sweatdropping. As we walked around the stores I saw a beautiful fennikin keychain."It's so beautiful!!!", I exclaim. " Do you like it ?", Ash questioned me. I nodded. " Let's go for dinner", he said "Cause I'm hungry". I giggled. "Typical Ash Ketchum", I thought to myself." Why are you laughing?", he said angrily pouting. " It's nothing ", I said. He suddenly stopped. " What's wrong Ash?", I asked him. " I'll be right back!! ", he exclaimed running away.
ASH P.O.V
I ran finding for that shop with the fennikin keychain. "How much for it?", I asked the shopkeeper. "4 pokedollars sir!!", the man said. " Here!! Could you please gift wrap it", I said handing over the money. " Sure sir just a minute.", the man said. He returned back with the present neatly wrapped. "Thanks a lot", I said and ran off." Where we're you?", Serena asked. " I just needed to go to the washroom. Now let's go", I said."Okay!!!!", she said. We went to Eevee hotel for our dinner. We had a quiet little dinner and left. As we were walking home I stopped Serena and said," Close your eyes"." Huh?... Okay!!", she said and closed her eyes. I handed over the present to her. She opened her eyes and was shocked as she opened the gift. " Ash.. It's beautiful....!", she said in awe." I knew you wanted it, so I got it", I said. " Thank you Ash..... I will always treasure it....", she said and gave me a hug. "Glad you liked it...Anyway bye.... I'm late.", I said looking at my watch and sweatdropping. "Bye Ash thanks a lot", she said and went home.

As I opened the present I was shocked it was the same fennekin keychain I saw at the toy store." Ash it's beautiful....!", I said in awe." I knew you wanted it,so I got it", he said " Thank you Ash....I will always treasure it....", I said giving him a hug." Glad you liked it...anyway bye..I'm late", he said looking at his watch. " Bye Ash thanks a lot", I say and went home. As I entered my mom bombarded me with questions, "How was our date young woman? ". " Mom it wasn't a date", I said frowning. "Then care to explain that hug", she said smirking."MOM WHY ARE YOU SPYING ON ME???", I yelled. "You are my daughter after all I will be interested in your life!", she said. I sighed. " And Serena I approve your relationship!!", she said giving me a wink." I'M NOT DATING HIM", I yelled. " You are not....but you will be!!", she said sticking her tongue out. As I was about to go to sleep I saw the fennikin keychain which Ash gave me. I brought it close to my heart and said," I will always treasure this Ash.... It means a lot.", and I put it on my zip of my school bag and went to sleep. Today is one of the best day of life.
