'That was a good sleep!' Serena said as she yawned. She tried to grab Ash but saw he wasn't in bed. 'He must be up already' Serena whispered to herself. She then jumped out of bed and slipped into her slippers and headed towards Kaylin's room. 'Kaylin time to get up.' Serena called out. She entered the room and she wasn't there either. 'Huh? She must be with Ash' Serena thought. She then searched every single room but Ash and Kaylin weren't there.

'Strange.. Where could they be?' Serena looked around for answers. 'The Kitchen!' Serena said. She rushed downstairs and headed to the kitchen expecting Ash to be munching down on breakfast. 'What? Where could they be?' Serena began to worry. She walked up to the table and saw a dish on with a note on top. She picked up the lid.. 'Wow bacon! My favourite!' Serena said. She then looked down at the note.

'Follow the letters and enjoy...'

'What letters?' Serena thought. She then turned around and saw another piece of paper on the front door. She quickly ate her breakfast and walked towards the door and picked up the piece of paper. 'W' Serena read out loud. She then opened the door and saw the next paper a few meters ahead. This one said 'I'

'What? Is this a scavenger hunt' Serena thought. She continued walking and walked into a field that was on the eve of the forest where she had met Ash. There was a scare crow in the middle with the letter 'L' Serena grabbed and followed the way it was pointing. Serena headed closer towards the forest and grabbed the letters; 'L, Y,O,U,M,A,R,R.' Serena looked around for more pieces of paper and got two more, 'Y and M' also she found another one which pointed her in the direction of the forest.

'I guess I have to follow the arrows' Serena said. She followed the arrow into the forest. There were more arrows pointing forward making her go into the deeper parts of the forest. The arrows stopped and it was pointing at a tree. On the tree there was a letter attached to it. 'E' Serena grabbed it and put it with the other letters. Then there was another arrow which pointed down.

Serena turned her gaze down and saw a master ball with a note on top. 'Put those letters in order from the start' Serena read out. 'What do you mean?' Serena caller out. Just the. Ash stepped out behind the tree. 'Get those letters and put them in order as from when you got them' Ash explained. Serena looked confused but nodded.

She pulled out her letters and started forming the words, 'Will... You... Marry... Me..' Serena looked up at Ash. She was totally stunned. Ash grabbed the master ball and went onto one knee. 'So Serena Yvonne.. Will You Marry Me?' Ash said blushing furiously. As Ash finished the ball opened and revealed a diamond ring inside. Then the rest of their gang came out and were squealing with joy.

'Yes Ash! I will definitely marry you!' Serena squealed and lunged into Ash, tackling him to the ground. 'I love you Ash!' Serena said and lay on top of him. 'I love you too daddy!' Kaylin lay on Ash's side. 'I love you too..'

'Alright guys we have to plan the best wedding for these guys!' Misty announced. 'I'll take Ash and the lads and buy him a suit while you take Serena and the girls for her dress' Gary replied to Misty. 'Well what are we waiting for? Let's go!' Misty said and grabbed Serena and ran off with the girls following them. 'Girls always rush things.. Ash all I'm going to say is good luck' Calem said patting his back.

'Well let's get that suit and get it over with' Ash said as he wasn't interested in the topic of shopping. The guys then headed into Viridian city and went to the boys clothing store. 'These seems alright to search for..' Gary said looking at the store. 'Yeah it's viridian's finest' Brock examined the logo. 'We'll let's go and hurry up' Ash said.

The guys entered the store and went into the suit section. 'Drew your good with love so take it from here' Gary said indicating Drew to take over. 'Alright Ash, do you want to hand a rose to Serena?' Drew asked. 'Uh yeah why not' Ash replied. 'Okay then this suit is best for it as you can put the rose there and quickly pull it out' Drew demonstrated.

'Yeah cool let's get it then' Ash said. 'Sweet let's go pay for it' Gary said walking towards the counter. Ash grabbed the suit and walked towards the counter. He paid for the suit and headed outside where the boys were waiting. 'So what now?' Ash asked. He looked around the group, they were all looking at a battlefield. 'A battle maybe?' Paul said. 'Is that a challenge?' Gary said. 'Bring it!' Paul said. The duo started racing each other to the battlefield. 'Well lets watch them' Clement said as the rest of them sweat dropped.

With the girls

'Oh Serena how about this one?' May held up a brides dress. 'No it's not my size.' Serena sweat dropped. May looked disappointed and put the dress back from where it came. 'Oh how about this one?' Dawn squealed. It was a long dress but the price made them re think their decision. 'Too expensive!' Serena sighed. 'I want something Ash would like' Serena admitted. 'I've seen Ash, he wouldn't want you to look different, he would like to see you naturally, judging the way he looks at you' Misty said.

Serena sighed in confusion but then spotted a dress. 'This is so beautiful!' Serena squealed she then turned to the price tag but her face grimaced. 'Oh jeez..' Iris said noticing the price. 'OMG you were one of the people that saved the world!' One of the employees shouted. Serena turned around and saw that she was looking at her.

'Uh not exactly..' Serena sweat dropped. 'I saw your battle! Your elegance and strength were phenomenal!' She grabbed Serena's hand. 'Um thank you.' Serena was blushing furiously at her compliments. 'And because of that you can have one product from this shop for free!' She exclaimed. Serena's face brightened.

'Perfect Serena, you can choose this dress then!' Shauna said holding the dress they were standing by. 'Is this what you want?' The worker asked. 'Yes please' Serena said happily. 'Okay follow me!' She exclaimed.

It took them five minutes for them to get out of the shop because of the process of receiving a free item. 'Well we got the dress now it's just the big day!' Serena said looking into the sky trying to imagine how it would go. 'Don't worry leave that to us!' Misty said proudly. 'Let's go search for the boys!' May said. 'No need to..' Serena sweat dropped and pointed at the battle field across the road.

'Well let's go!' May said and grabbed Serena's hand.

Wedding end..

'Do you accept Ash Ketchum as your honourable husband' the priest looked at Serena who gazed into Ash's brown eyes. 'I do..' Serena replied and smiled. The priest turned to Ash, 'Do you accept Serena Yvonne as your beloved wife?' 'I do..' Ash returned the smile to Serena. 'You may kiss the bride'

Ash lent into Serena. They both closed their eyes as their lips made contact. The audience erupted into cheers of joy. 'She has become a big girl' Achille began to cry. Grace comforted him, 'it's okay its part of life and she's in safe hands' Grace patted his back.

The party was set a light when Gary became drunk and started dancing like a maniac. The rest of them took him inside to the dance floor and danced along with him.

Ash sat outside looking down at his parents graves. 'I know your watching from the skies above.. But I wish you were here' Ash said and lowered down flowers on their grave. 'Ash?' Serena walked up to him. Ash wiped away his tears. 'Are you okay?' She asked. 'Yes just..' Ash couldn't hold it in more and tears fell from his eyes. Serena pulled Ash into a hug and patted his back.

'It's okay, things like this happen in life, so it's okay.. Your parents love you and you know so don't need to worry about them, they are in a better place. Just forget about the past.. Look at the present and think about the future. I'll be with you all the way as will the others' Serena said. Ash pulled out and wiped his tears and smiled at her. 'Your right Serena, I need to forget the past and look for our future' Ash said with determination. 'That's the Ash I want!' Serena said happily.

'I'm sorry if this affected you, I don't out day to be ruined by this' Ash looked at Serena. 'Don't worry this day is the best day of my life and nothing will ever replace this day.. All I can say is thank you' Serena said. The duo leaned in and kissed for about a minute before Achille stood coughed.

'Dad?' Serena said embarrassed. 'Oh sorry about that' He said. 'Dad!' Serena shouted. 'Just kidding!' He laughed. 'Well let's go inside Ash and enjoy the party.' Serena said and grabbed his hand. 'Wait!' Ash said and loosened out of Serena's grip. 'If I recall I asked for a rematch but we haven't been able to do it because of recent events' Ash said looking at Achille. 'Oh yes... Well your going down punk!' Achille said.

'This battle is a 6v6, once one of the trainers six Pokémon are all unable to battle the match will be concluded. Both are allowed to make substitutions, is that clear?' Clement announced looking at Achille and Ash. 'Yes!' They both shouted.

'Release your Pokémon!' Clement shouted.

'Staraptor, your up!' Achille shouted and released the flying type of the Sinnoh region. Ash smirked, 'Pikachu I choose you!' Ash pointed forward as Pikachu jumped onto the battlefield.

'Battle begin!' Clement shouted.

'We'll show them the real Ash Ketchum of old, Pikachu thunder bolt!'

9 months later...

'AHH!!!' Serena shouted. 'Keep calm Serena your almost there!' Ash squeezed her hand. 'Easy for you to say! You can't experience these kind of things!' Serena shouted back angrily.

Outside the others were sniggering at her anger. 'I did wish Ash good luck 9 months ago' Calem said.

'Push! Push!' The doctors shouted to Serena. 'You just had to release it in me didn't you!' Serena shouted and squeezed Ash's hand tighter. 'Sorry!' Ash said trying to hide the pain from her grip. A few minutes later a baby crying could be heard. Ash looked up and saw the doctor holding a baby in his hand. 'Serena you did it' Ash praised her. 'Please Ash never again..' Serena panted.

'It's a boy..' The doctor handed the child into Serena's arms. 'Awww isn't he the cutest!' Serena said rocking the child back and forth. The rest of the gang came in silently and approached Serena's bed. 'Wow he's so cute!' Bonnie squealed. 'Can I see him mommy!' Kaylin asked eagerly. Serena lowered the baby down.

'Looks like your an older sister now!' Serena said happily to Kaylin who was smiling. 'Yea.. What is his name?' She asked. Serena tried to think of a name and then looked at Ash. 'Red,' Ash said, 'his name shall be Red' Ash confirmed. 'Well then welcome to the Family, Red!' Serena said and kissed it on the for head.

'Well now it starts.. Our family begins now' Ash said and gave a kiss to Serena on the lips.

However behind the door a figure stood there.. Watching the scene.

'Enjoy your happiness now.. Ketchum. I'll bring pain back to your eyes. I will avenge my master... I will be back..'
