Yeah, this was requested by a friend of mine. Also, this is actually a birthday gift so I had to update this xD

Also, this isn't an amour one-shot. It about the whole gang, but it's in Serena's point of view.

Serena's POV

If today is the day I die..
Let me kiss a stranger
Let me fall in love
Let me save a life
And let me lose my voice
Singing all my favourite songs
Let me stare up at the stars
'Cause it's where I belong

A small smile formed on my lips as I look at the horizon. The rising sun and beautiful atmosphere was comfortable to feel and see in the morning.

My heart likes to fight
Your working my chest
My only regret is having regrets

Besides me were my companions they were too mesmerized by the sun's beauty. I look up at the sky and pulled my arm up and clenched my hand into a fist. It has been years since I last saw them..

Travelled the world
I loved every step
And all I know is..

"Well, c'mon! We gotta keep moving guys!" I exclaimed, Sylveon, Pancham, and Braixen let out a happy cry and we all sprinted across the meadow.

No one
No one lives forever
We will be remembered
For what we do
Right now..

We played around as we skip and run on forward towards our destination. Several Pokémon joined us as we all danced around, I felt happier seeing them all happy.

Just like humans, Pokémon were also mirrors. If you smile at them they will smile back, no matter how sad they are a smile can bring a smile to their faces. It gives strength to all of us no matter what.

The wind blew calmly and the feeling of the summer breeze was very nice, I missed it when winter came. It felt very nice to be on after dress and feel the heat once again.

I stop dancing around and we all stopped ontop of a hill. My Pokémon continued to play with other Pokémon and I watch them have fun. It brought a smile to my face, and it made my heart melt.

"It's been years, yet it just felt like a month since I last saw you" I mumbled with a smile plastered on my face, I look up at the sky once again and saw a tiny white object above. An airplane, it was heading towards the other side meaning it just departed from the airport.

Memories are what keeps me going
Smiles makes me feel invincible
Their words kept me going
And that made me never give up till' the end

I stood up and called my Pokémon, they all nodded and we said farewell to their new friends. We entered the forest and I felt a little uneasy, but I know I'm safe because my Pokémon are with me.

I look around and saw four children. Two boys and two girls chatting, the three friends seems they are dreaming the same age but the other girl was younger than them. It made me feel nostalgic.

I continue to walk on ahead as memories began playing in my head..

Baby I'm living louder

I'm fighting harder
Loving stronger

"Ash!" I called out, he turns around and smiled brightly at me. I smile back and glance at the two siblings beside us.

"We will always travel together forever right?" I asked, he chuckled "Of course! Wouldn't it any other way!" The four of us smiled that day.

"Bonnie, Clemont, and Serena. We will travel together until the end!" Ash exclaimed "Just like one big family!" Bonnie said with a smile, Clemont and I smiled and we all put our hands on the center and did a cheer.

"YEAH!" We all extended it in the air and I look at them, they were extremely happy.

"Man what a day" Ash sighed, I giggled and look up at the sun set. "Today was very eventful, and I thought that we all did a very good job helping Abomasnow" I pointed out, I glance back at the two siblings as they nod.

"I say we are indestructible! Our teamwork can never be beaten!" Clemont exclaimed, Bonnie hugs her brother from behind "We are the ultimate team!" The four of us may have been worn-out, but we were all happy because we were all there.

Because
We are all just kids
Who grew up way to fast
All the good times known
It will always last

We're growing older
But we're all soldiers tonight

We managed to get out of the forest without anything getting in our way. I look at my navigator device and saw that I was close to my destination. It made me feel happy and excited.

It has been years since I last saw them, but it felt just like months. Yet, I can't clearly remember their faces anymore. Yes, it's been that long. I can't wait to see their faces again. I can't wait to smile with them, to laugh and chat with them.

Just like the good old times.

"C'mon guys! Don't want to keep them waiting!" I exclaimed and we ran on forward once again.

I don't think they changed one bit and so did I. I also don't think everything we have done in the past could have been forgotten, because no matter how much time we have in our lives. Our life is still short, and we don't know when it will all be gone.

So if today is the day I die, all I want to do before the time comes is..

Seeing my friends after such a long time.

If today is the day I go
I'm gonna drink with all of my friends
Gonna laugh until we cry
As we talk and reminisce

"I don't know what my dream is yet, and I'm getting a little hasty" I said as I look at Ash with a serious expression and also concern from his sprained foot.

"Take your time, you will find it with your Pokémon!" He smiled along with Pikachu, I couldn't help but chuckle. He really did know what to say at times like these..

"Okay, me first!" Bonnie said as she tried to imitate a Pokémon. 

"A caterpie!" I said, she smiles and waves her hands in the air "You're right!" We both then laugh, then it was my turn to imitate a Pokémon. 

"A Swanna!" She said and I nodded "Yay!" That night was filled with the two of us laughing and crying from how hard with laughed.

They all saw me and ran up to me with tears streaming down their faces..

But the great will always last

But it felt like the world was in slow motion as they all embraced me into a hug

"We miss you Serena!!" They said in between sobs, and once again my heart felt complete.

But we're all soldiers tonight

I tightened the hug not wanting it to end. I smiled and cried at the same time.

It felt so surreal, but if today was the day I would die. It was worth it, because I got to see them again.
