During Dinner At The Great Hall

Ginny's POV:

I saw Hermione saunter into the Great Hall, holding her hand with Malfoy. She was somehow grinning while chatting merrily with him. As Malfoy was blabbering away with prolly some random shit, he seemed to be smiling slightly.

I was immensely pleased with the sight.

 As they parted ways, I caught a glimpse of some Gryffindors and Slytherins, whose jaws were dropped as they turned behind to stare shockingly at the two Heads.

Witnessing this, I smirked mischievously as she at down beside me and plopped her book down on the table, from which I could make out was the textbook where she was gathering all the information and ingredients in order to brew Amortentia.

When she finally turned her gaze to me, after brushing off imaginary dust on her trousers, I blurted out all my impending questions, waiting impatiently for them to be answered. As I continued to question her curiously, she began to heavily flush at my questions and once I was done, she stuttered as she flushed even more, that she looked as red as a tomato "Gin...can you...umm.. please repeat it again..please?"

I shrugged "Well, fine, I s'ppose..why do you look as if you shagged Malfoy?" Hearing this, she instantly shook her head and lied through her teeth as if she really did think I'd never know.

"No..no, we didn't Ginny!" I scoffed"Really 'mione? Do you actually think I'd never know? You aren't a convincing liar, if you haven't realised it."

She then whispered sternly "Fine then, if you insist.." before she added "But I swear, if you utter a single word about it to anyone, I'll kill you"

I nodded as I grinned in excitement "So what are you waiting for? Spill the tea."

She then rushed out words that I couldn't comprehend so I asked her to repeat it 

She hesitated "Fine. Malfoy and I......kissed. Twice. It was all accidental, it meant nothing to me. I swear-"

I cut her off and exclaimed in joy "You both kissed! I should have placed a bet, though..." I added the last part teasingly.

She glared at me while blushing, as if she was going to murder anytime now and clenched her jaw "Hush Ginny! I swear to God if you try uttering another word loudly once more, I shall punch you, the same way I did to Malfoy."

I sniggered "Oh well, why don't you do that to Malfoy? He's right behind you, anyways" as I acknowledged the presence of the tall, lanky boy standing right behind Malfoy.

As she turned around, she met her gaze with Malfoy, who was smirking at her, as she glared at me.

"So Granger, I thought you would only reserve that hell of a punch for me. I feel incredibly horrid, now that you say you would use it on Weaslette, too" he pretended to pout sadly and I tried not to laugh like a banshee.

"Good Lord, now I'm being embarrassed by two friends of mine!" she exclaimed in fury. 

Hearing this, both Malfoy and I froze.  Wait what..?

"You surely didn't mean Malfoy is your friend? He fucking kissed you! Twice, like imagine! He has to be more than a friend!" I hissed to her. Thankfully, Malfoy didn't hear anything I uttered to her, but his jaw had slightly dropped.

She shook her hand and retorted "Well, he may have accidentally done that, too! He prolly doesn't give a flying fuck about what he even did!"

My mouth was agape and I murmured "We'll continue with this tomorrow, but you better stay away from him till he's fine, cause from the looks of it...he isn't."

She, to my utter astonishment, shook her head and answered "We have a damn potion to complete brewing, Ginny!" and huffed as she suddenly snatched her book and walked away.

I sighed and went to turn my gaze to Malfoy, who looked as if he was on the verge of tears.

"At least you like her and aren't using her, right?" I asked with a glimmer of hope in my voice.

"I don't like her. I love her." he firmly blurted out before realising what he, himself said and finally excused himself to escape from embarrassment
