The entertainment show Britain's Got Talent has received a lot of Ofcom complaints. The complaints were in response to dance group Diversity's dance routine inspired by the events of 2020.

Now I haven't read all the complaints, but quite a few seemed to be about the dance making the show 'all about politics'.

I understand that some people watch entertainment shows to escape the harsh reality of our world, but to complain about a dance routine for that reason?

It has become the 2nd most complained about video. I'm so angry at this. They have a right to use their platform to speak out about societal issues, more importantly, issues they themselves have faced.
