Jealousy
[⚠️SMUT IN THIS CHAPTER⚠️]
AUDREY POV
It was the day after Xavier's birthday and Caroline was planning a surprise party for him.
Although Xavier had no idea.
Caroline and her husband had come over to our house. Ian, Caroline's husband, had taken Xavier out of the house to distract him. They were really good friends, according to Caroline, so I knew he would have fun.
Apparently they were going out to get new suit's and get ready for tonight's fake dinner.
Caroline had told Xavier she was taking him to a luxurious new restaurant in town for his birthday. We would get ready in the house while our husbands went out to get ready elsewhere.
However it was all an excuse to get Xavier out of the house since the surprise party was going to be at our home.
I hugged Xavier goodbye and he surprised me with a kiss.
"Don't miss me too much while I'm gone princess." He gave me a wink before leaving with Ian.
"I'm glad to see my brother so happy. What did you two do last night?"
I suddenly felt shy and I was positive my face was red from recalling last night.
Caroline just laughed.
"Ok, I'll stop teasing you. But he seems happier. He was distraught when he found out you had forgotten him. He had even called me telling me that it hurt him every time you pushed him away or avoided him. I could see how much he wanted you to gain back all your memories of him."
I didn't realize how hard it had been for him as well. I was starting to really care about Xavier. If he were to suddenly forget me and start avoiding me, I knew it would hurt me a lot.
"But I'm glad you're making him happy. I can see you're happy as well. I'm starting to recognize the same Audrey I've known for years."
I smiled at her. I was starting to remember more things about my life and myself. Ever since I had allowed myself to fall in love with Xavier I felt a lot happier.
"I am happier. I've gotten used to my new life and I've started remembering a thing or two."
"I'm glad to hear that."
We headed upstairs to get ready.
Caroline made a quick phone call and before I knew it an event planner had arrived and there was an entire staff decorating the entire first floor of the house for the party. Even a catering company had arrived with food.
Caroline left Dorothy in charge of leading the event. Luckily she was happy to help.
Meanwhile Caroline and I got ready upstairs in my bedroom.
Soon we both finished getting ready and Caroline headed downstairs to greet the guest.
I was a bit overwhelmed to see so many strangers so I headed to the library to wait for Xavier to arrive.
I had asked Caroline to call me when Xavier arrived and she happily agreed.
"Of course I'll call you when he arrives. Trust me, if he doesn't see you at this party he won't be happy."
I couldn't help but feel content hearing those words. It felt nice knowing that Xavier needed me to be truly happy.
I was starting to feel the same way and that feeling scared me. I didn't want to need Xavier to feel fully satisfied and happy with my life. But the idea of not having him around made me feel really sad.
Suddenly I heard the door open and I was surprised to see it was Xavier.
"Wow you look absolutely mesmerizing."
Xavier examined me as he eyed me up and down. He had a hungry, lustful look.
"Xavier I'm so sorry. I had no idea you were already here. I wanted to be there and yell out surprise with everyone. Caroline was supposed to call me but..."
I didn't finish my sentence and checked my phone to make sure I hadn't missed her call. However there was no message nor a missed call.
Xavier walked toward me and wrapped his arms around my waist as he pulled me against him.
He gently brushed my hair and then caressed my cheek.
"You don't have to apologize for anything, my love. Caroline didn't have time to call you since I arrived so abruptly. She informed me you were in the library so I practically ran here."
I looked up at his eyes. He had beautiful eyes that could hypnotize anyone. His eyelashes were way too long and pretty for a guy. He was a very handsome man and each time I looked at him I found it difficult to look away.
I smiled at him. I liked how sweet and gentle he was with me. I could tell he didn't like seeing me sad.
"But you know there's something you could do to make it up to me." He gave me a devilish grin.
He then moved closer to me and it seemed he was about to kiss me but instead he stopped at my ear.
"Kiss me like you did last night." He whispered.
My entire body felt hot from hearing him say that. I could tell Xavier was already turned on.
I felt my cheeks turn red. I had been quite bold last night and I felt embarrassed. But since today was a day to celebrate Xavier's birthday I decided to agree to his request.
He was now looking at me. Our faces were very close, all I needed to do was move forward a bit and our lips would touch.
I looked into his gorgeous eyes and then down to his lips.
I brushed his hair out of his face and then I caressed his cheek a bit before holding his face closer to mine and pressing my lips against his.
The warm soft sensation of his lips on mine felt fantastic.
The way our bodies pressed against each other like many times before felt even more perfect at this moment. I could sense this intense pull towards him.
I was no longer afraid to go all the way with Xavier. I was falling in love with this man.
However Xavier seemed impatient and the sweet kiss turned passionate and into a hungry needy kiss.
Our eyes were closed as we engrossed ourselves in the moment.
We tilted our heads as the kiss deepened. My hands traveled to his head as I gently pulled on his hair.
He pulled away and began to kiss my neck. He left small butterfly kisses down to my collar bone and then began to lick and such on my bare skin.
"Wait, stop.... don't...leave a hickey. Everyone... will see it." I had to stop after each word from how good his hot mouth on my body felt.
His hands tightly held my waist as he continued to touch me.
He stopped and didn't leave a mark like I asked him to, instead his lips found mine and we began to kiss once again.
I lightly bit on his lip as I teased him, making him growl in delight.
He grabbed my ass making me moan and he used that chance to stick his tongue in my mouth once again and kiss me with more burning passion.
He began to grind himself against me and my core began to tingle as I felt his manhood pressing against my most sensitive spot.
Suddenly we heard a knock on the door.
"Hey are you guy's in there?"
It sounded like Caroline.
I quickly moved away and I fixed my makeup. I tried to calm myself down. If Caroline hadn't arrived I might have gone all the way with Xavier.
Xavier quickly took off the makeup that had rubbed all over his mouth from our kiss and I could tell he was trying to calm himself down.
Then the door opened.
"So you two are in here. I know you would rather spend the day with Audrey but everyone wants to talk to you and see you Xavier. You can eat each other later."
Caroline obviously knew what we had been doing in here.
"Alright, we'll be right out." Xavier said before Caroline left.
Xavier turned to me and grinned.
He then moved close to me and whispered in my ear.
"We'll continue this tonight princess." He then moved back and gave me a flirtatious wink.
"I'm going to the restroom to fix this issue and I'll be right out. I'll meet you there."
He kissed my forehead before heading to the nearest restroom.
By "issue" he had meant his hard on. He was still very turned on. Luckily I managed to calm down before heading out.
As I walked to the living room I bumped into Jason.
"Audrey? There you are. I didn't see you when I arrived."
It was Jason, Ian's brother.
I hugged him.
"I was in the library. There's a lot of people I didn't know and I sort of got overwhelmed."
"It's alright. I totally get it."
It was nice seeing Jason again. One familiar face among a bunch of strangers.
I looked around to see if I could spot Xavier but I couldn't find him.
Before I knew it there were people coming up to greet me. They all seemed to know me.
Luckily Caroline came to the rescue and introduced me to some of the guests. They were Xavier and Caroline's family members whom I had met at my wedding.
I had to explain my situation and meet them for the first time all over again. They were all very friendly so I began to feel more comfortable.
"Where's Xavier?" I asked Caroline.
"He's talking with some of our relatives. He was looking for you, but every time he finishes a conversation with someone and tries to find you, another person comes up to him to talk and catch up."
I was glad to hear he was also looking for me.
"Oh I see, well then I'll just let him catch up with his family. Where are your parents? I probably already met them at my wedding but I mentally prepared myself to meet Xavier's parents for the first time again tonight."
Caroline's expression immediately changed.
"So you two haven't talked about it yet, have you."
I wasn't sure what she was referring to.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Our parents died when we were young. I was 13 and Xavier was 18 when it happened. He took over the family business right away and took care of me. He practically raised me after our parents died."
I could tell this was hard for Caroline to talk about.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for you to have to tell me again."
I felt awful. I had never meant for Caroline to recall such a difficult time for both her and Xavier. I felt terrible just thinking of how much pain Xavier must have also been finding out his parents had died.
"Xavier was pretty grumpy and closed off before he met you. He never talked about his feelings and he drowned himself in work. I never heard him laugh or see him give me a genuine smile after our parents died. But that all changed after he met you."
I was shocked. The way Caroline talked about Xavier was nothing like the man I came to know.
He was a very kind and friendly person. He was very open about his feelings with me and I constantly saw his beautiful smile.
"Ever since he fell in love with you and you two became a couple he completely changed for the better. I can see how devoted he is to you and the happy brother I once knew as a child came back thanks to you. I'm honestly so happy that you came into our lives. You didn't just save Xavier but you also saved me. You're like a sister to me and a friend I know I can always count on. Thank you."
Caroline's words meant a lot to me. Although I didn't recall our friendship from the beginning, I came to care for her very quickly. I loved how kind and positive she was. She felt like a sister to me as well.
"You're going to make me cry."
We both began to laugh from how emotional we were feeling.
"I am honestly thankful to both you and Xavier for making me a part of your lives. I have a bigger family now thanks to you two."
I had no parents and my grandmother lived far away. I didn't know of any other aunts, uncles, or cousins so Xavier and Caroline were all I had.
Caroline hugged me and we wiped a tear or two.
Luckily we hadn't ruined our makeup.
Caroline and Ian left to talk to some of the guests leaving Jason and I alone.
I had fun talking with Jason. He talked about all of his adventures traveling around the world. It made me excited to travel to all of those amazing places someday.
I couldn't help but imagine traveling and going on adventures with Xavier. I knew that wherever I went as long as Xavier was with me I would be happy.
"Would you like a drink?"
I hadn't eaten anything in a while so a drink sounded good.
"Yes please."
Jason soon left, leaving me alone.
I felt awkward just standing there. I probably should have gone with him.
Suddenly I saw Emily walking toward me.
"Hello, it's been a while."
I was surprised to see she was here. However since she was a childhood friend of Xavier's it made sense she would be at his party.
"It sure has." I said.
I really wished Jason would come back. I didn't want to be left alone with her. I could tell she hated me.
"I was just talking to Xavier. I told him I'll be in New York for a bit. I'm thinking of asking him out for coffee. You know, just to catch up. You wouldn't mind letting him go would you. After all, he needs some time to himself to relax. I'm sure taking care of you after the accident must have been tiring for him, don't you think?"
I knew she didn't like me but she was going too far.
"I don't think he's felt tired at all from taking care of me. I may have gotten amnesia and forgotten a few things but Xavier has done a very good job of caring for me and treating me like his wife. Just last night he treated me very well, like a true husband should."
It was obvious she understood what I was implying. Her fake smile completely changed and I could tell she was upset.
"Well I'm happy to hear that."
It was very obvious she wasn't very happy.
"Well I'm going to go and talk to the other guest. It was nice seeing you."
I doubt she meant any of it.
As she began to walk away I gave her a polite smile.
However she was clearly still very upset about what I had told her since she pretended to fall and spilled her drink all over my dress.
"Omg I'm so sorry dear. This dress is too long, I tripped."
She was acting innocent as if it were an accident but it was obvious she did it on purpose.
Luckily Jason had arrived.
"Are you alright Audrey?" I could tell Jason was concerned.
He quickly got some napkins and helped me clean some of the drink off my dress.
"I'm so sorry." Emily said.
"It's alright." I said as I headed upstairs with Jason.
I didn't want to fight with Emily and cause problems for Xavier.
As I walked to my bedroom to change I couldn't help but think about what Emily had said to me. Maybe she was right. Maybe Xavier was tired of having a woman around who didn't even remember him.
He was very kind to me, cared for me, provided for me, while all I could do is try and remember my entire life before the accident.
I planned to speak with Xavier about working again. I understood he wanted me to fully recover before going back to work but I was better now.
I finally arrived at my bedroom.
"Thank you so much. You can head downstairs now, I'll come down once I've changed."
I could see Jason was still worried about me.
"No, let me stay out here. I'll wait for you to finish changing and we can go downstairs together."
"Please, I insist. Go back downstairs with everyone. I promise I'll change really quickly and I'll meet you there." I then closed the door.
I wasn't sure what I could change into. I looked in my closet and found just the right dress.
I took off the clothes I was wearing and put it in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
Then I went back into the bedroom to put on my new dress but I was surprised to see someone walk in.
I was panicking since I was only wearing my undergarments.
However I was somewhat relieved to see it was Xavier who had walked in.
He immediately eyed me up and down and gave me the same hungry look from before.
I saw him lock the door before walking towards me.
I turned around feeling shy.
"I got a stain on my dress so I'm going to change." I quickly said.
I grabbed the dress on the bed and quickly put it on. Then I tried to run for the door but before I could even reach the handle I was pulled back.
Xavier grabbed me and gently pushed me against the wall, encasing me.
"Where do you think you're going princess?" He whispered in my ear.
I felt my heart beat fast.
"I don't think we should be doing any of those things right now. Maybe later when everyone leaves." I didn't realize I was speaking in a low voice.
For some reason I felt intimidated by Xavier. He was so tall, strong, built, and much bigger than I was.
"What are you thinking about, princess? You're a very naughty girl."
Xavier was smirking.
He began to caress my shoulder.
Just from a small touch from Xavier I got goosebumps.
"I just want to talk, my love."
His gaze and body language was telling me otherwise.
His hand traveled down across my arm. He then grabbed my hand and kissed it.
"I missed you."
I couldn't even speak. I felt like a mouse in a lion's den.
"I missed you too." I said.
"I'm not sure about that. You seemed to be having a lot of fun with Jason."
Xavier's hands began to explore my body. I felt him touch my waist and then move upward to my breast as he began to massage them.
His lips landed on my neck as he began to leave small butterfly kisses.
"On top of that you were having fun with him on my birthday." He whispered.
He pulled me closer as his hands traveled down to my ass.
He squeezed my ass making me moan.
"I'm not happy at all with you. I don't like seeing my woman with another man."
He began to lick and suck on my neck. He began to suck on my neck hard and I felt a sting. I was positive it would leave a mark.
I then felt his hands travel to my back and with a quick movement he unzipped my dress and took it off me.
Now all I had were my undergarments.
"Xavier, what are you doing?"
He was definitely not planning on simply talking to me. And one thing was for sure, he was angry.
"I think you need to be punished for being a bad girl."
His hand traveled straight to my core as he moved my underwear aside and stuck a finger in.
I felt him stick it in and out of me as he explored my most sensitive spot.
His lips pressed against mine and we began to kiss. He put his tongue in as he devoured my mouth.
We continued like that for a while as he fingered me and kissed me passionately at the same time.
He then began to kiss my neck.
The sensation was too good. I was about to moan but I quickly stopped myself when I heard Jason's voice.
"Hey, I decided I'm going to wait for you so we can go downstairs together."
I had to stop making out with Xavier this instant and get Jason to leave.
"No, it's alright." I tried to say more but If I spoke again I knew I would moan.
"He came back for you. He appears to really like my woman and I don't like that at all. Maybe I need to punish you harder so you learn to stay away from other men." Xavier whispered in my ear.
"No, we have to stop." I whispered.
I was about to push him away when he immediately took off my lace underwear and began to lick my core.
The sensation was amazingly good. Xavier was very good at using his tongue.
I felt him lick and suck making my legs feel weak.
I covered my mouth to make sure I didn't moan from all the pleasure I was receiving.
"Are you sure?"
I needed Jason to leave before he realized what Xavier and I were doing in the room.
"Yes, I'm positive." I managed to get three words out calmly.
The more I pushed him the stronger he held my legs in place.
"I really don't want to leave you alone. Your husband should have been there with you but he was too busy doing other stuff than being with his beautiful wife."
Those words seemed to upset Xavier.
He put a finger inside me as he pressed in and out of me fast while continuing to lick and suck my core.
I was about to climax.
"Please just go, I promise I'll be right out."
Jason seemed to have finally given up and finally left.
"Alright I'll see you in a bit then."
As soon as I was positive Jason was gone I finally moaned.
Before I knew it I had climaxed.
I stood there as I tried to calm myself down.
I went to the restroom to clean myself up and put on my dress.
As I got out I saw a very satisfied and happy Xavier sitting on the bed.
"Come here princess."
I walked toward him and he immediately pulled me toward him as he wrapped his strong arms around my small waist.
He then laid his head on my chest.
"I apologize for not being able to control myself. I just felt angry that Jason was spending time with you at my birthday party. I wanted to be with you the whole night."
I could see he was truly sad.
"I should have been the one there to help you when you got a drink spilled all over you. But instead he came to the rescue."
Xavier sounded upset.
"I'm sorry I let my jealousy get the better of me. I just can't stand that guy. I can tell he likes you and he won't back off even though you're married. I don't even know why they invited him."
I couldn't help but laugh. Xavier was adorable when he acted like this. He was like a child who didn't want anyone to take his precious toy from him.
I hugged him and kissed his head.
"I'm sorry I spent so much time with Jason. I wanted to be with you but I couldn't find you anywhere. Caroline had told me you were talking to your family and I didn't want to bother you. I wanted you to talk to everyone freely without worrying about me."
I also felt comfortable being with Jason. He was one of the only people I recognized.
"You're never a bother to me princess. I wanted to be with you all night but every time I tried to look for you, someone stopped to talk to me. I didn't want to be rude."
I completely understood. That's why I decided to stop looking for him. I wanted him to spend time with his friends and family.
"It's alright Xavier. You deserve to spend time with your friends and family."
"I know but I would have been happier if you were right by my side while I talked to my friends and family."
I began to laugh.
"Alright then. You are the birthday boy today so I'll do whatever you say."
"Anything?" He gave me a flirtatious smile.
"Maybe?" I said before walking away.
He quickly grabbed me and hugged me from behind.
"I'll hold you to it." He then kissed my neck.
I simply smiled.
He held my hand and we walked out together.
The rest of the night I stayed by Xavier's side. I felt the happiest when I was with him and I no longer felt anxious from all the people around me.
Finally the party ended.
It was pretty late so Caroline informed the maids in the house to clean up tomorrow and head home.
I hugged Ian and Caroline goodbye.
Jason was still here.
I hugged him goodbye to be polite and Xavier did the same. However I heard him whisper something in his ear and Jason appeared uncomfortable after that.
Finally everyone was gone and we headed upstairs to our bedroom.
I took off my makeup and put on my sleepwear. I then snuggled in bed next to Xavier.
He hugged and kissed my head.
"What did you tell Jason earlier?" I was curious since Jason seemed upset.
"I just told him to stay away from you. I don't like how friendly he's being with you even though you're married."
I was positive he hadn't said those exact words and was probably a bit more aggressive when he talked to Jason. I could tell Xavier really didn't like Jason.
"I wanted to ask you something about Emily. She told me she planned to hang out with you since she'll be in town for a bit."
Xavier began to smile.
"Are you jealous?" He asked.
"Maybe just a little. I honestly don't like her and I think she feels the same way about me. She spilled her drink all over me on purpose and pretended it was an accident. I didn't say anything since I didn't want to cause any problems but I would be happy if she just stayed far away from us."
Xavier began to laugh.
"Don't worry, my love. I talked to her and set things straight with her. She needs to know I'm married and am completely devoted to you. I didn't like what she did to you and I made sure she knows that. So don't worry she won't ever hurt you again."
He hugged me and kissed my head.
"I won't let anyone hurt you."
He turned off the light and we fell asleep.
