((Ok so a quick A/N I've decided to change West VA's name to Victor kinda like Romano, considering that I don't want to have to keep calling him West Virginia, I'm going to do the same thing for North and South Dakota. It's kinda like south and north Italy for this. I'm also changing the writing style up a bit to normal POV's because that way it's easier for me to write~! Victor's POV

I sighed disturbed from the last meeting. 'We didn't get anything discussed today... As usual...' I thought shaking my head.

This is Victor, he represents the state of West Virginia. He's a total asshole most of the time, and prefers to be by himself most of the time. He prefers calm settings but gets caught up in a turbulent atmosphere. He says he's strait, but no one knows for sure....

I put my hands in my brown pants pockets as I walked. I wore a plain polo blue and white striped shirt and black tie. I also have a dark purple sweater vest over that.

(His outfit is the same as Oliver's/2pEngland except in different colors and without the bow tie.)

I have dark brown hair and red eyes. I was raised by my sister most of the time, Alfred always had other things he was working on,I prefer not to talk to much about me if you don't mind.
I walked down the building hallway and was about to open the door to the stairwell, I didn't want to take the elevator because I knew everyone would be doing that, and then is have to run into either my Older twin sister, or Washington. Which I preferred NOT to do that...

As I opened the door to the stairwell, something shot past me nearly knocking me over.
It was a child, he waved and said sorry to me as he ran, he had a red and white baseball cap with I <3 DC written on the front of it, he had blond hair and blue eyes.

"Watch where your going! Don't run!" Was all I could say, he gave me a peace sign as he ran down the hall, but he obviously didn't take my advice....

I shook my head and sighed, "stupid children... They never learn..."
I opened the door to the stairwell and walked down the flights of stairs.

I'd thought that I would get to the bottom of the steps without any confrontation, but I guess I was wrong. I felt something green land and smack me in the face. "Ow!"

'Wait did that thing just talk?' I questioned not even having time for a second thought as the thing knocked me over, I landed on my back, feeling some of the air knocked out of me.

"Ah, darn that hurt...." I muttered sitting up and rubbing my back and forehead.

Something giggled and flew in front of me, flying around me in circles. It was a green bunny, with small pixie wings.

'Great now I KNOW I'm going insane...'

"Hello sir, and no your not going insane~ Sorry for bumping into you~". She apologized, though I don't know how the heck I knew this thing's gender...

"No it's fine... I was just leaving."
"Oh, I came here to see my friend! I didn't know you could see me too? My name is Flying Mint Bunny~" I smiled at the little creature standing up, and brushing off my trousers.

"It's nice to meet you I suppose... My name is Victor. But I need to get going."

"Oh yea sorry, you kinda remind me of my friend I came to see, he's going to the world meeting! Well, hope to see you 'round!" Mint Bunny said before flying away and up the stairwell.

I blinked watching after the bunny, not knowing what the hell just happened.
