It's been a week since my break up with zayyad and yeah I'm cool, atimes forgetting he exist perhaps because i took that as my fate. The most beautiful part of it all is that, our parent are returning to nigeria today after their three month trip to Australia and Saudi Arabia.

"what am i going to prepare before their arrival i thought before finally making my mind to just go ask Aisha.

I strode to her room directly without any hesitation, i rattled the door knob and entered without her realizing i was in as she was engrossed in her conversation on the phone. What held me stiff was her utterance. It's obvious tasleem was the one she's speaking to. Saying she was pretending to be nice didn't bug me that much until she talked about the framed picture. Like yeah she sent him the multimedia messages of me and el-ameen but couldn't figure out who sent the three different photos to which tasleem said something which left her astonished at the end she squealed the word "shegiya, bakida kyau kawata" before bursting out laughing.

Immediately she hung the call and turn around, our gaze locked for a couple of seconds. She let out a coprophagous grin walking towards me. "Sis i was just speaking with Umma. Em-m she said they will be back in nigeria tod......?

My punch on her chin left her words on hold. Like seriously, i couldn't resist the urge to punch her very hard.

"What did i do came her question looking awe.

The punch i gave to her lips again made her startled as blood roll from the edge of her lower lip down to her jaw.

"This is more than one bargained for. You never saw this coming right? "Why would you do this to me? I clamored in tears raising my hand to slap her when she quickly held it "STOP IT.  I won't have you hit me again. She voiced firmly turning her back at me saying:

"I have always wanted us to live in harmony but, your investigation won't let us be so now that you have found out, I better tell you all the rest! I am the one who brought a rift between u and your boy lover! "I hate you ameera. And I've made a vow before Allah to defeat you! And here you are standing dumbfounded..... So sorry.

You have really lite up this fire Aisha and it's gonna come back to hurt you! You think you have won right? Yeah you have but.... Never forget I called off the relationship. I broke it into a million pieces cos I value my family legacy and won't jeopardize it cos of some kinda love or emotion. You can woe his love if he desires you! I'm done with you and him. I explained every bit of what i heard her say on the phone.  Hyfer scoffed walking into her bathroom. She came out with a full bucket of water and said "i told you not once that she is a shrewd but you wouldn't listen. Anyways that's not the priority now. Yes she said making her way to the backyard, after some seconds. She came holding a very long line. (su hyfer an samu abinda akeso). They began to tie her hands, down to her legs before finally rounding it around her waist and neck. In the process, hyfer kept mumbling to which the noise woke her, but it was another few minutes before she was fully conscious.

"Untie me please, she said her voice a bit low.

Neither of them answered her until she became persistent. "if you don't keep hush wallahi I'm gonna swoon you again but, this time around it will be the end of you. I said turning to exit the room. Hyfer also came along.

"I wanted going to speak some sense into zayyad but, i won't as he isn't worth it. Now I'm going to get some vegetables. "you should oversee her movements because she could do anything. she's Aisha after all.

I went out looking for ibro to take me to wuse market but couldn't see him around and not the car either. He probably must have gone to the airport i muse before deciding to just go with a cab.

On stepping outta our gate, i saw a cab underneath a tree very close to the house, i was surprised cos it's unusual for cabs to be here. Before i could finish wondering the cab driver drove to were i was standing.

"you de go madam? He spoke in pidgin.

Zayyad has being in a state of dilemma ever since they broke up. He hasn't been himself in spite his boldness. He has tried so many times to be spirited but all failed to happen. He spoke rash words to her but she wasn't ready to understand too. Yeah he knew Ameera will do no such thing with that, he made up his mind to just go speak to her for the last time.

On his way outta the hospital building, an envelope ✉ was throw at him, he quickly picked it up, rend the envelope only to come in contact with a short note which says;

You were kept in the dark for way too long zayyad. Your beloved Ameera's life is in danger. Guess what? Aisha has sent people to go kidnap her. Do something before she's being taken away.

Immediately after reading the short note, he drove quickly to Imran's residence.

I alighted outta the cab handing him his money with two bags of vegetables  on my hand, i strode towards the house gate when i sense a person tailing behind me. I paused before turning around. "who are you and why are you following me? I asked with a creased forehead. He kept hush sharing a glare with me.

"Speak up i hollered and before i could actualize, he pulled me close to him very hard, placing a tissue-like paper to my nose. I struggle to get outta his grip but couldn't and immediately i inhaled the chloroform in it, i swoon.

Right on cue, zayyad drove into the street. He alighted outta his Car and was about to strode towards their house gate, When he saw ameera been dragged to a car, the flabbergast overcame him and he just stood and stared, too shocked to comprehend what he was seeing. His heart made a sudden, involuntary movement in response to his shock.

"Stop it!  "Let go of her he clamored running towards the car but,  before he could reach they zoomed off.

Hyfer was in the lounge moving forward followed by a return to the same position wondering why ameera wasn't back. Ina kika shiga ne- where are you? She mused to her self, writhen her fingers.

"Assalamu alaykum! Came two voices.

WA.. Alaykumus Sal.......? She paused seeing her both parents standing by the door with smile plastered on their faces.  She was overtaken by their arrival, perhaps because she never knew they were coming back today, and neither of her siblings told her.

"Are you not happy to see us? Umma said jolting her outta her trance.

Oh I'm excited she said hugging them.

"where are the rest siblings? I can't get a sight of either of them... "Ameera! Ameera! Your Abba is back.

Hyfer was panicking internally knowing clearly her sis has spent more than two hours in the market and it's obviously unlike her.

What's wrong hyfer? You're looking stressed.

It's nothing umma, well, husna is e-mm in the room. Yeah in the room she concluded with a beck.

And Aisha? She asked but before hyfer could respond, the word "HELP ME" echoed through the house.

Isn't that Aisha's voice? What's happening in this house? Umma asked panicked making her way towards her room.

She and ameera did it.... She concluded steadfastly pointing at hyfer.

Hyfer gulp her spittle in dread saying "she went to get some vegetables two hours ago and she hasn't come back. I'm scared.

"It's a lie umma, she flee with her boy lover, i tried too many time to stop her but she wouldn't listen, that's why they got me tied up. Her boy lover including.

On hearing what Aisha said, umma collapse to the floor speechless trying to get things straight as abba slapped her for saying that.

"my ameera and your sister will never do that, now if you don't wanna be slapped again then, you tell me what's going on.

And you hyfer, why would you tie her up?

As hyfer was about explaining, aisha interposed ranting, voicing some fibs that not even an animal would wanna believe.

No. No. My girl won't embarrass me, she won't do this...! Something is happening. Abba kept speaking as if he has lost it not until she finally showed him the pic on her phone. On seeing that, he slumped and fell unconscious.

"Abba" "Abba" "Abba" they all rushed to him, calling out as umma was in tears. Husna came in quickly, what she saw made her join in the clamor.

After a few sprinkling of water, he became awake saying "she has ruined my reputation, she has broken my trust and i won't forgive her for that.  Henceforth, I imran disregard her as my daughter and i would also like you all to do the same. he finished in tears. (big man in tears. This is serious)

"No abba wallahi it's all a lie, aysha formed all this, it's her conspiracy and.... ?

A slap on her cheek cut her off. You're trying to take her side when you saw what she did. Umma uttered sternly

Zayyad went into the house panting heavily calling hyfer's name when suddenly he saw Mr and Mrs imran in a state of muddle.

Have they heard about her kidnap he thought.

"Abba i saw a stranger taking ameera with him in a car and.....!

Yes we know and I pray she never come home.

Why zayyad asked in confusion.

Because she choose a guy over her family.

Enough zayyad. Now i would like you to keep shush and pretend she never existed. Ameera isn't my daughter anymore, i never knew she could put my family to shame until today. Wallahi who ever talk or mention her name in this house will not be forgiven by me.

Zayyad turned to look at Aisha with hatefulness evident in his eyes. Thinking of what he's gonna do to revenge on what she did to ameera. Yeah he knew she brought a rift between them and no matter what, he's gonna look for her but for now he got to go for the overling. he sighed and said "it ok abba. I promise to not mention her name ever again and in addition to that, "I WOULD LIKE TO GET MARRIED TO AISHA!

What? Aisha exclaimed as she was boggled at the surprising news.

Yes abba, they've been together ever since you both left for another country and yeah she loves him more than a soul could tell and he loves her to. Hyfer said sarcastically sending hateful daggers their way.

Abba listened to what they both said and for him to really show he isn't bothered about ameera's issue he agreed to it gladly. Even saying the wedding date won't take long before it will be fixed.

I woke up drenched. My cloth dripping wet, mouth sealed with an adhesive tape as my hand were tied up horizontally. I tried pulling outta the rope fathom but couldn't instead my wrist began to hurt a lot.  What should i do? I thought before mumbling an unintelligible vocalization with my vocal cords. It drill didn't work. I looked around to see me in an untidy cottage, ripped clothes littered around a corner, a piece of carton all over the place as the wall have cracked.... The place stinks - causing some discomfort to my stomach.

"Please try not to mumble so i can rest please.

I tilt to see who spoke only to spot a familiar face. My heart jerked.
