Shivaay pov

I made my way towards the exit gate hurriedly. Finally I came back after a month. We did it our project is success. I can't even tell what I am feeling.

As I came outside I saw dad, Om, Gauri, Ishaan with  some Office colleagues are standing and waiting for me.

" Bale papa " Ishaan shouted as soon he saw me giving his best smile. Running towards me.

" Ishaan you will fall. I am not going anywhere. " I said taking him in my arms. He hugged me tightly. He buried his head on my shoulder.

" Ishaan missed you "

" Bale papa also missed Ishaan. " I said kissing his forehead. He again hugged me. I make my way towards where all were standing.

" Ishaan now come here " Om taking him in his arms.

" So proud of shivaay you did it. " Dad said hugging me.

" Congratulations Bhaiya " Gauri hugged me. Why these are smiling like this. Why I have feeling they are upto something. I know both them very well.

" Now no work till wedding bhaiya there are so many arrangements we have to do. "

" Not now Gauri. "

" Then when shivaay only few days are remaining and finally you came choti maa and Gauri literally eaten my brain. " Om said from behind only to earn a glare from Gauri.

" Congratulations shivaay so proud of you. Finally you completed Dada jii dream. " He said hugging me.

" It's not possible without you all Om."

Soon everyone present their Congratulate me.

" Can we go now? " I said to them.

" Why so much hurry Bhaiya " Gauri asked in a teasing manner.

" Yes shivaay you know we are throwing success party for you. "

" What's the need Om. Seriously Dad I really want to go home. "

" Shivaay I know you are tried but only 5 min meet everyone then you can go home. "

" Bhaiya we have special guest waiting for you?? " Gauri said.

" And who is that special guest?? "

" That's the surprise bhaiya. "

" Okay fine I will come but for some time only. "

As I about to sit in car I asked Gauri and Om as they are moving to other car.

" Where you guys are moving. "

" You go bhaiya we are coming "

" What you guys are planning?? "

" Nothing bhaiya now go. "

I sit on back seat. Khanna start driving the car  I take my phone and switched on to get flood of messages and notifications. I will see them later.

" Khanna flight tickets are booked "

" No sir "

" What why I asked you to book tickets on priority. " What the hell is wrong with him.

" Sir.. "

" I literally don't wanna listen anything I want flight tickets or get the jet ready tomorrow. "

" Okay sir "

I can't wait for tomorrow. Yes I am going Delhi in morning. And i can't wait to meet Anika. It's been a month I hear  her voice or saw her.

I missed her so much. It's been so difficult for me to be away from her.

In this one  month I realized what she means to me. She has became the inseparable part of me. She has become everything for me.

I Fallen so deep that I was drawing close to her and moving away from myself.

I knew that the first time I saw her, there was a reason behind my heart responding that way to her.

Slowly by inches I was making my way to her and I was afraid to lose my very reason of existence in her absence.

Words are not enough to describe what I feel for her. No word can justify my feelings."

I tried to call Anika but her phone is switched off. What's wrong with her she know I am coming today then also her mobile is switched off.

" Sir we are here "

I looked outside to find beach.

" Khanna seriously what's wrong with you. We have party to attend then why are we here." I asked angrily.

" Sir Om sir and Gauri mam asked me to drop you here. "

Then got Om message.

" Stop sulking shivaay go "

I came out of car take deep breaths to calm myself. I looked around only to find a figure standing near the water sour.

Am I dreaming because I didn't expected this.  And reality dawn upon me.

Surprise, beach means Anika is here. She is here.

" Sir Anika mam is waiting for you. "

And this is the best welcome I ever get.

I make my way towards her. She is so lost looking at water that she doesn't realise my presence.

I move towards her as fast as I can and take her in boon crushing hug. I missed her so much that I can't even tell. I can't stop smiling I am craving to have her in my arms.

"This was the best surprise I ever got. Thank you so much Anika. You literally don't have idea how badly I missed you. " I break the hug and kissed on her forehead and hugged her again. I am feeling so happy. Smile is just growing each second.

After a min I realized she is not hugging me back. I break the hug.
But she is looking at me so intently that I unable to comprehend what is going with her.

" Aren't you happy to see me. " I asked teasingly.

" And what you have done to yourself. Aren't you taking care of yourself." I cupped her faced with my palms. Dark circles under the eyes skin pale her eyes are not tinkling the way they are. Her smile is looking like she is forcing.

" Will you say something " to which she nodded no and hugged me. Her hold is tight.

I let her hold me. After few minutes I asked her.

"Atleast let me see you. "

I break the hug take her hands in mine.

" You yourself completed your wish of coming here with me. " As I remembered she first time asked that she wanna come here with me wherever she will come Mumbai and I unable to complete that also.

" Shivaay I nothing you know. I have something to ask will you complete my wish " She said taking my hand in her.

" As I already told you just have to say Anika." I exclaimed.

Her hold is tighten around my hands.

" You have to give me promise shivaay that you will never ask me Or anyone the reason behind whatever I am going to ask you."

" What's going on in your mind " Because she is not looking her usual self and serious.

" Promise me shivaay " Why she is so looking restless.

" Promise " 

I felt  something cold in my hand when I look  in my hand to see the Anika's  engagement ring and bracelet that I gifted her on birthday.

" Shivaay I am breaking our engagement. "

And I felt that earth beneath my foot slip away. I am unable to understand what just she said. I looked at her and she is looking at my hand.

" Anika look at me when you are talking to me. And what non sense you are talking. "

She look at me but for the first time all I see the blank expression. Where I can't able to pinpoint anything.

" Shivaay I know what I am saying. But I can't marry you. And you promised me that you will not ask me the reason."

" Why I can't Anika. It's not about your life only. It's about my life, our life. "

" Shivaay listen "

I snatched my hand from her. I am feeling angry . How can she decide it by herself. Whatever it is between us is nothing for her.

" What I listen Anika tell me. Are you listening me " I shouted.

" Shivaay it's for our own good."

" What's good are finding in this. Because I am unable to find any. "

" Shivaay "

" No you listen tell me honestly. It meant nothing to you whatever we have, our relation. Because I know you exactly feel same for me that I feel for you.

We both don't need words to understand each other. And don't you dare to lie to me. Tell me you don't know what I feel for you or what you feel for me.

Do we really need words to tell what we feel for each other. " My eyes become moist.

Never in wildest dream I think this going to happen. Few minutes I was happy about us. I was thinking about our wedding. And now what I have nothing. Absolutely nothing.

" Now why are you standing silent?? "

" Shivaay I have no answer for your questions. But I already told you about my decision. "

" And what about my decision?? "

" Shivaay maa papa also want this. And I know you will not force me. "

" So you know that I will not force you but you don't know what I am saying."

" Shivaay look at me once please. " She tried to take my hand I moved back ward.

" Please shivaay "

She move forward keep her hand on my cheek making me look at her.

" Shivaay I am not only girl in whole world. There are so many. You will find the one who is made for you. Because I am not the one.
I will always cherish our memories because they are the best days of my life. And whoever will marry you will be the most lucky girl to have you as her life partner. "

" How could you do this to me?? "

"I have to shivaay. I am really sorry. Because we are not meant to be together. And I will pray to God that you will get the one who you deserve."

" No you don't have to. You made up of your mind. See in my eyes and tell me this is your final decision."

She lift are eyes and looked at me.

" Yes shivaay it's my final decision. Don't ever come in front of me.
If you saw me please then change your way. If I ever saw you then turn way. Don't answer me even if I call you. "

" Will you able to live without me. "

All I get the silence from her.

" That's what you want right.
If this will give you happiness.You will get this Anika. And I will make sure of it. "

I keep my hand on her head.

" I swear on you that I will never ask you or anyone the reason behind your decision. And I will never come in front of you or see your face. " And I saw the crack in her expression which is of pure hurt.

I take my hand back. I am feeling so suffocated. Like somebody is choking me. Taking my life for me.

" Shivaay " She said in a whisper.

" You got what you want. Now what else is remaining. "

" You will not hurt yourself because of me. You will not punish yourself. "

" Now why you care. It's my life and you are no one to tell me what I will do Or not. Because you yourself lost your rights. "

" Shiva.... "

" Just leave me like you are leaving my life. Just give me my heart back and go. Just leave " I tried to my voice imperative. I don't know how I am going to control myself.

" Just one last request please don't say no. I will go shivaay. "

" What "

She came forward wound her arms around my neck tightly. I just closed my eyes tightly from breaking down there only.

" Anika please don't go. "

" I have to shivaay. I am sorry Thank you for coming in my life and making it so beautiful. " And without looking at me she left. She didn't even looked back at me. I saw her retreating figure.

The great shivaay singh oberoi failed. I lose everything today. I can't even able to stop her.

Their she gone. She doesn't want to see me again in her life. Is it so easy for her to leave everything they shared. Their love, their relationship, their friendship.  She left and she didn't left alone she has taken my heart, my soul, my life.

I don't what I am going to do. It's like my whole existence just crushed in few minutes. This heaviness, pain is becoming unbearable.

I don't know how much time I stand there. Looking at the way she left.

I take deep breaths to calm myself down. This water which use to give me calm now giving me uncertainty I had to go from here.

I made my way towards car.

" Khanna give me keys. "

" Sir are you okay."

" Khanna I said something give me keys. "

" Sir I will drive"

" Khanna do that what I  told you to. "

He gave me keys. I take the driver seat and start driving. I don't where I am going I just keep driving. It's quite late when I came back home.

I was at door when I saw everyone is sitting in living room having tea, coffee and enjoying. Even ishaan is sitting with them.

" Shivaay finally you come. " Mom said as soon as see saw me. She come and hug me.

" So proud of you shivaay. "

" So bhaiya you met with special guest do you like the surprise " Gauri asked.

" Definitely Gauri that not even a question to ask. " Om said giving me the teasing look.

" No one will tease him?? "

Mom took my hand and made me sit beside her.

" Now you came so no work no office. Only 20 days are remaining for wedding we have so much to do shivaay. "

" Yes bhaiya your clothes, decorations and we have to prepare dance for your sangeet also. "

" Shivaay are you even listening " Om asked me.

" I think bhaiya is thinking about bhabhi only. "

" Balii maa is coming " Ishaan asked.

" Yes soon your badi maa will come here and will live with us " Mom said to which he become happy.

" Yes balii maa will come . "

" Shivaay about wedding I am saying.." And I lost control. I stand from my place.

" Stop no wedding is going to happen."

All of them stand after listening to me.

" Shivaay what are you even saying??" Mom said in a same tone that I used.

" I break this engagement with Anika. So no wedding nothing is going to happen. "

" Shivaay are you out of your mind?? "

" I made my decision and it's final. And no one is going to contact Anika or her family . Also I don't wanna hear anything about her again in this house?? "

" Shivaay what the reason behind why did you this?? " Maa asked coming towards me.

" It's my life and it's between both of us. So I am not answerable to anyone. Am I clear?? "

" But bhaiya " Gauri said.

" Am I clear?? " I said in a finality tone. Clearly and loudly.

" Shivaay this is not way to talk. " Dad said.

" Balee papa "

" Ishaan stop " I snapped. He is scared this is the first time I talked with him like this. Before I do something wrong in anger I came in my room. I closed the door.

And I closed everything around me.

Here is update. I hope you guys liked this one. Surprise I know but what even I can do. So let's see what will happen. I am not getting time to write so today I didn't go college so I can complete this one. But one request I genuinely want from you guys to know your views please comment and tell me.
