Anika Pov

After taking the plates I came in kitchen to find Gauri is boiling milk.

" For Ishaan "

"  Yes bhaiya had his dinner "

" Yeah "

" Finally their is someone whom he listen. " She said.

" Why are you saying this "

" Because bhaiya opened his room door itself is big deal. Whenever he gets angry or in very bad mood he never open his door unless it's Ishaan. So we always send him. "  She said giggling.

" It's a great way " I said.

" I am taking his milk or else he will come here only " saying she left.

I washed the dishes and come back in room. I hope shivaay will listen me and not going to hurt him again. When I saw his hand bleeding I felt the pain and their he is standing unaffected like nothing has happened. Why he never share his problems. Always tried to act strong  infront of others. I know I started liking him long back. He really don't know how to express himself.

Next morning,

I get ready in suit as we are going Jawala Devi Temple. I heard it's a small and ancient temple.  As we reached I put the dupatta over my head.  Today it's not cold so I didn't bring my jacket also. Shivaay as usual in his formals.

It's an old temple with old stone idol of goddess durga. It is surrounded by  thick green forest and many tourists are there.

As we are going inside as my dupatta is falling  again and again making me irritate.

" What happened ?? " Shivaay asked walking beside me.

" Nothing "

As we reached inside we both did pooja and Aarthi together. We both bend and take blessings. I folded my both hands.

"Please god keep your blessings on us. I wish everyone happiness. Specially, Shivaay in such a short period of time he has become a important part of my life. Keep him away from any kind of danger or harm.Our journey has started and we need your blessings that we always remain together with eachother in every situation. "

I open my eyes and look beside me to see Shivaay wishing something. Looking at his face only bring smile on my face.

As we stand my dupatta again fall. But this time shivaay put it back on my head.

" All couples here go and do parikarma  hand in hand. " Jhanvi aunty said.

" Come " Shivaay said giving his hand which I gladly held.

As we are doing parikarma. I asked shivaay.

" What you wished today ??"

" Wishes are not told to anyone "

" I think you don't believe in all this "

" I don't but this time I want to "

Ishaan come running behind us.

" Bale papa "

" Heyy boy why are you running here and there be with gauri and Om. Their are so many people around."

He said taking him in his arms. And with other hand  he held my hand.

" I am hungry " Ishaan said.

" We are going back in sometime then we will have Ishaan favourite " I said to him which he start grinning.

" Balii maa come with us moobai " he said not able to pronounce  Mumbai.

" Bale papa tell balii maa to come " he said to shivaay.

" I am with you only Ishaan "

" no you don't in house "

"I will come soon then we both will play together "

" Bale papa " he said wining.

"She will come soon Ishaan you are hungry that's why you are  behaving so cranky "Shivaay said to him to which he glare him. This little man only has authority to this with Shivaay.

" Don't give me that look it's your balii maa mistake " I instantly look towards Shivaay.

" How it's my mistake " I asked him.

" You are the one who agree for this date " he said innocently.

" And who is the one saying you decide I am ohk with anything " I said mimicking him . They both start laughing.

" Balii maa is so funny " Ishaan said.

" Ishaan in which team you are me or your bade papa "  I asked him.

"Champ remember that I am the  one who is going to listen your demand and most importantly your milkshake"

" Ishaan I can also make milkshake for you . And bribing is wrong "  I said looking towards Shivaay.

"  Tell Ishaan " Shivaay asked him.

" Umm  " he acted like he is thinking.

" Bale papa and balii maa " he said grinning.

" Heyy choose one " I said.

" No you come moobai " he said.

" See he is making deals from now only " I said.

" He is an Oberoi and it is in our blood" Shivaay said.

We completed our parikarma.

" Ishaan you again went to them . They are here only come down. " Gauri said coming.

" It's okk gauri " I said.

" No bhabhi this boy is not listening to anything. Now come dare you move." gauri said.

" Where are others ?? " Shivaay asked.

" Everyone left only we are remaining . We have to wait as car is on the way " Om said.

Shivaay Pov

We came outside I excused myself as I got call from office. As I complete the call I am coming back I saw Anika running towards the main road before I can process what happened I saw Anika at the corner as she hit by car. And my breath stop at that moment.

I run towards her. As I came near I saw Ishaan in her arms.

" Anika Ishaan " I go towards them Ishaan is crying uncontrollably where Anika is trying to pacify him.

I helped Anika to stand. She held Ishaan protected.

" Shivaay why he is not stopping crying. "

" Ishaan look at me bache see nothing happened" I tried to pacify him but he was scared not even ready to look at my side.

" Ishaan please stop crying you are okk Ishaan " Anika said caressing his head.

She looked towards me with teary eyes.

" He is fine Anika. " I hugged both of them. What if something happened to both of them. I feel something on my hand. I looked to find blood on my hand and I panicked.

" Anika your hand " I said looking at her left hand which has scratched above her elbow.

" Ishaan " gauri and Om come towards her.

" Ishaan why you never listen to me. I told you not to move from their then why you came here " gauri shouted on him crying.

" Gauri he is fine " om said trying to console her.

She take Ishaan in her arms. Ishaan is still crying. She kissed on her cheeks and wipes his tears.

" Stop crying Ishaan Mumma is here " he hugged her tightly. What if Anika didn't save him on right time. I even can't imagine.

" Anika come we have to go hospital " I said seeing her hand. I take out handkerchief and tied around her arm.

" Bhabhi your hand "

"  Shivaay car is here take bhabhi"

" Bhaiya wait I am also coming " Gauri said.

" Gauri take Ishaan with you. He is already sacred . I am going " I tell her.

I asked the shopkeeper about any nearby clinic and hospital.

" Sir 3 km from here go straight take the left turn. "

"Anika sit and keep your hand upwards " I open the door of car. I helped her to walk. Then I take the driver and start driving . That particular scene is coming in mind again and again. Today I am very grateful to Anika. Today because of her Ishaan is safe and fine. Without thinking of herself she saved Ishaan.

We reached the clinic . It's some local small clinic. I held one hand of her in mine and put my other on her shoulder.

" Where is doctor " I asked as soon as we came inside.

" Sir you have to wait for sometime doctor is not here now "

" How much time?? " I asked controlling myself.

" Sir "

" Call the damn doctor " I again said in  a tone which I used in business.

I felt tug in my hand.

" Shivaay please calm down. We have to wait for two minutes only." Anika said taking my hand in her.

" Anika first you sit "I made her sit on chair.

" Sir doctor is here "

We came inside. Doctor checked her.

" Their are some scratches. I am prescribing painkillers take them on time. You should get the dressing done in other room. "

" Doctor anything else we have to take care  what she can eat or not." I asked the doctor.

" No it will heal  in some days. So don't worry. "

" Nurse do the dressing " doctor inform the nurse.

" Mam this way " we follow her to other room.

"Sir if you want you can wait outside"

" No I am coming "

Anika sit on chair. I stand beside her. As nurse start cleaning the wound. Anika winch in pain she held my palm in her tightly.

" What are you doing. Do it slowly." I said to nurse.

Anika hide her eyes with both of our hands not looking that side against my abdomen.  With other hand I caressed her back to soothe the pain.

" Just a minute it will be ok." I can't able to see her pain. I should had not leave her alone then it shouldn't happened.

" Mam it's done "  Nurse informed us.

"Anika you wait here I will get the medicines"

" Shivaay I am also coming"

" No you sit here "

"But it's my hand injured not my legs I can walk. Moreover, I don't like this smell I am feeling suffocated."  She reasoned trying to make faces.

" Fine come but you will sit in car " 

" Stubborn head " she muttered but I heard.

" I heard. "

" It's meant for you only "

" But what's the need for you to be super women "

" When I saw Ishaan I did  the first thing came in my mind. It's just the small injury I am not dieing " she said.

I stopped in trek only. 

" You said  this thing today, if  you ever speak again, then no one will be worse than me. "

"Why you get so angry in small things. I am just joking. "

"Now go and sit" she moved towards car.

She is sitting silently in car lost in her own world. I came after buying the medicines. I started the car. Anika Phone started ringing.

" Yes gauri... No ...we are on the way .. coming in  10 mins ... Gauri listen please don't  tell anyone they must be worried ... Ohk byy "  I smiled listening  her again thinking of others instead of her wound.

" Now what happened why are you smiling like this " she asked .

" Nothing I remembered something. Anyway  I want your help "

"Do you want  my help" 

"That's what I said "

" No you yourself asking for help that's by i am just confirming it "

" Now if you are done can I say "

" Go on "

" So rakshabandhan is coming. And I didn't get time to buy any gift for gauri and priyanka.  So now I am giving you this responsibility to buy gifts for them. "

" But being a brother it's your responsibility to buy gifts for sister. " She said frowning.

" And being a sister-in- law it's equally your responsibility also. As in our family they also tie rakhi to their sister-in-law. " I said as priyanka tie rakhi to gauri also.

" And when you are going to tell me this after Rakhi "

" I am telling you. We have 3 days. "

" Fine I will think something "

We reached the farm house. Manav and Rudra were teasing us. As if they know what had happened. Anika go to her room while I came to check on Ishaan.
