Rantaros pov

I've been keeping the little pup here for a week now. His leg has healed up but he's still limping around. He's pretty shy and often watches me from a distance with large curious eyes.

I discided to approach him "hello my little pup" I smiled at him.

He smiled and nuzzled against my leg. He's very trusting despite not knowing me very well. I can't tell if that's a good thing or not.

"you know little one I haven't given you a name yet. Now what would be a good name for you my little pup" I said rubbing noses with him. The boy waved his arms around widely.

"ohh do you have an idea little pup?" he nodded and I sat him down. He took a notebook out and started writing. It's incredible how quickly he learned how to write. He showed me the notebook. It said shuichi.

"shuichi? Is that your name?" I asked. He nodded with a cute smile. "well shuichi it's very nice to meet you"

Suddenly I heard a rumbling sound coming from shuichi. He blushed slightly "are you hungry shuichi?" he nodded looking embarrassed.

I chuckled "alright then let's get you some food"
