Manik and Nandini are being seated in a restaurant.

Manik whinned like a baby :  "Nandu.....I can't do this Nandu"

Nandini angrily :  "Manik.....If you want  "US" then you have to surely do this"

Manik whinned :  "But Nandu.....I don't know acting and all..."

Nandini chuckled :  "Then....What do you know? You know to do 24 hours romance right? Then can't you do this small thing?"

Manik started to make face hearing this....while Nandini laughed at his expressions.

While laughing, Nandini saw Dhruv from a distance who is entering the restaurant.

Nandini panicked :  "Manik....Dhruv came....Start your act.....I will be seated behind you...All the best"

Manik with a small smile :  "Okay"

Dhruv came to Manik's table and sat with him.

Dhruv happily :  "Bhai....What's the matter? You invited me for the lunch for the first time....And that too you told that you wanted to tell me about something urgently"

Manik too laughed...

Manik smilingly  :  "Yes...Dhruv....I am very happy today.....Happy means...feeling the most happiest person in the world"

Dhruv happily  :  "Wow Superb bhai...Can you tell me the reason?"

Manik smilingly  :  "Yeah....I will tell that...For that only I called you.....You know that I am working in Saxena Industries right?"

Dhruv hearing the word "Saxena" just nodded his head...

Nandini who is seated behind them could clearly see Dhruv's expressions changing from time to time.

Manik happily :  "Can you just imagine Dhruv? If I am going to become the owner of the company in which I am just an employee?"

Dhruv gave a confused expression.

Manik smilingly :  "I know Dhruv....That you cannot understand anything...Let me tell you clearly..."

And Manik told Dhruv about all that Atul Saxena came and said to him.

Dhruv stood up from his place shockingly hearing this.

Manik smilingly  :  "I know you are shocked Dhruv....Be seated.....This opportunity will not come to all persons.....That too A company along with A GIRL?"

Dhruv with a angry tone :  "But bhai....How could you accept this? I know very well that you are not a money minded person.....Then how could you do this to an innocent girl?"

Manik chuckled and gave a cunning smile.

Dhruv became very angrily seeing this.

Manik smilingly :  "How could you say that she is an innocent girl? She is a rich girl.....She is just like any other rich girl who is money minded and etc..... our family too needs money right?."

Dhruv  angrily banged on the table :  "Bhai...Stop it Bhai....I know about Alya....She is not that type of girl....I agree that she is a rich girl...But never flaunted her richness"

Manik smilingly  :  "How do you know about Alya Dhruv?"

Dhruv hesitatingly  :  "That...That...Haan....She is Mukthi's best friend"

Manik smilingly :  "OMG....That's great...Then there will be not sister-in-law fights.....Even I am confused how am I going to convince Mukthi....But it seems she will accept Alya"

Dhruv again angrily  :  "Bhai....I never thought you will do like this.....Okay fine....If you want properties and assets, take everything....but leave Alya .....She might be in love with someone....How can you do this?"

(Yes....Dhruv knows that Alya is in love with him as Mukthi told him once about it and also know that she is afraid of confessing it)

Manik chuckled :  "So what if she is in love with someone? I don't care"

Dhruv angrily  :  "Bhai.....Will you not even care if she is in love with your own brother and your own brother also loves her?"

Manik confusingly :  "What are you trying to say Dhruv?"

Dhruv took a deep breath  :  "Yes bhai....I love Alya and Alya loves me.....So you can take all the money and assets....But no one can separate Alya from me"

Manik angrily banged on the table :  "Then when are you going to say this to Alya? After Atul Sir gives an invite to me saying mine and Alya's marriage is fixed?"

Dhruv being scared :  "Bhai"

Manik again angrily  :  "Tell me when are you going to say it to Alya?"

Dhruv afraid :  "Bhai....I will confess it today itself to Alya .....Mother promise"

Manik chuckled at his expressions  :  "Then go soon and do it...."

Dhruv gave a confused expression.

Manik smilingly :  "What I said all this time is half truth and half lie...........The truth is Atul Sir really approached me with this proposal.....But I came to know that Alya loves you....So only I came up with this plan...."

Dhruv became happy hearing this.

Manik worriedly  :  "And I am sorry that I said like that about Alya....It is not intentional"

Dhruv happily hugged Manik  :  "It's okay....Thank you bhai....Thank you so much....I will inform you as soon as I confess to her"

Manik smilingly :  "All the best"

Dhruv happily left the restaurant while Nandini came to Manik's table clearing her throat.

Manik smilingly raised his imaginary collar  :  "So how was my acting?"

Nandini smilingly  :  "That's awesome Manik....You had done well....But how can you say that it is your plan?"

Manik chuckled :  "Who cares about whose plan it is.....?   One should only think about the benefit of the plan"

Nandini smiled :  "Yeah...Manik....Dhruv too loves Alya and I am happy now...."

Manik smilingly :  "But Nandu....I am talking about the benefit which you promised to give"

Saying this Manik touched his lips and winked at Nandini.

Nandini chuckled :  "No way....You will get your reward only when this problem get solved completely...Until then you will get nothing"

Manik whinned :  "Nandu...."

They both left the restaurant

Since Nandini is the new PA of Manik, they both are doing their respective works....

Dhruv called Manik...

Dhruv over the phone  :  "I confessed to Alya and she said YES"

Manik happily  :  "That's great Dhruv.....Congrats"

Manik then put off the call and conveyed the message to Nandini too.

She too became happy.

The Next day - Saxena Industries

Atul Saxena came to Manik's Cabin.

Atul sadly  :  "Manik...I am sorry .....I didn't ask about this to my daughter...When I asked she refused immediately and in anger she also went to France after telling me that she is going to do marriage only after achieving something in fashion designing....So sorry......And she also clearly told that she loves someone"

Manik and Nandini secretly smiled at each other as Dhruv already informed Manik about Alya's departure to France for her career.

Manik smilingly  :  "It's okay sir....Asking Alya is very important...And moreover about business, you need not worry sir....Don't spoil your health at all....You please take some rest. I will handle all your business under your supervision sir...."

Atul smilingly  :  "Thank you Manik....Thank you for doing this help....I hope you are not angry on me"

Manik smilingly :  "Not at all sir..."

After Atul left the Cabin, Manik hugged Nandini happily and started to claim his reward from her lips for which Nandini cannot find any excuse now, so she happily gave in.....
