Reuniting the literature club again was easier than expected, both the 4 original members and the 3 newest members settled whatever problem MC caused between them thanks to Monika explaining the situation the best she could.

Omiko apologized to Natsuki and Yuri again for trying to get between them and made it clear that was never her intention, finally retrieving her friendship with the club members and the peaceful days at school.

However, while her life outside school wasn't a mess, it wasn't exactly peaceful either.

Both her and Airi had jobs to attend and their quality time was very limited.

The nature of their relationship in the past, for some reason the space lover girl didn't quite finish to understand, conflicted her greatly. Perhaps her parents did have an effect on her and it felt like a great sin, perhaps she just didn't quite believe in it yet, Omiko didn't know.

Airi on the other hand, seemed to be very fixated on earning Omiko's trust and love, and Omiko felt bad about it. Not because she didn't like Airi, what made her feel bad was seeing Airi try so hard for her to only be awkward and dismissive about it, she always felt it hurt Airi and that conflicted her even greater.

Despite Airi making room for her at her own home, providing her with food and warmth when she most needed it, not to mention vowing to help her realize her dream, all that Omiko did to repay her was find a job herself to try and release some of the burden from her and help her out at home, ignoring the ever present love Airi tried to give her as well.

It wasn't until the first days of May of that year, that things finally changed for the better.

After another long day, Omiko's turn at the convenience store was over and she could finally go home to get some rest. That day however, she was feeling unusually hungry and in need of something sweet.

The green mint haired girl decided to stop by a coffee shop on the way home and order a slice of chocolate cake and a latte express. Omiko pulled out another of her astronomy books and started to read it while she waited for her order.

The sound of girly laughs suddenly distracted the glasses girl as she glanced at the entrance only to see Airi with what appeared to be a co-worker, based on the similar clothes they wore. Omiko then hid her face behind the book and sank on her own seat hoping they wouldn't see her wanting to avoid an awkward situation.

Either her plan worked or Airi and her friend were having too much fun to notice her because they sat down at a fairly far table yet still visible from Omiko's seat.

"I wonder what are they doing here... Ah, that's a really dumb question, of course they are here to talk and have something to eat, like most people going to a coffee shop would...", Omiko started thinking before the waitress interrupted her, delivering her cake and coffee.

Despite Omiko's efforts for focusing on her book and food, she couldn't help but keep stealing glances at the black haired beauty and her friend who had middle length around her shoulders brown hair and seemed to be around the same age as Airi, and had a remarkably pretty face as well.

Airi and her kept chatting lively and never stopped laughing and smiling, but that wasn't all, Omiko saw it in the black eyes of that girl, even from that distance it was clear. The same look Yuri had when she looks at Natsuki, the same look Ryona had everytime she sees Sayori, and viceversa, she had spent enough time in the literature club to learn how to recognize a loving look.

She didn't see, or rather didn't want to see if Airi had the same look at that moment. The co-worker girl discretely rubbed Airi's hand sometimes with hers making it seem like a convenient accident, she even wiped some cake leftovers from Airi's face with a paper towel, to which Airi didn't really protest aside from being a little surprised.

Omiko didn't want to be there anymore and silently paid for her food and left the place.

"Perhaps it's better this way... All I ever do is reject any intent of Airi for giving me love... Why do I even... I'm so dumb... It's not like what happened between us was actually bad... While the circumstances were odd, I think it still was nice... Then why? Why am I always running away from it? Why am I always hidding my true feelings? Why must I always avoid what makes me happy? I've done it since I have memory, perhaps if I would've been honest to my parents from the very beginning things could've been different, I could've lived different, maybe I would've had a happier life... No, not anymore, I won't run away ever again. I still have the chance, I already have all I need, so all I must do is embrace my new life and be there for the person that's been there for me all this time I've needed it the most. Airi...", as she continued walking home, Omiko finally put her mind in order and realized what she had to do, before it was too late again.

"Welcome home!", the girl with glasses said cheerfully as soon as the door of the small apartment opened. "Hmm? Miko! What's got into you? Did something good happen today?", Airi replied with clear surprise written all over her beautiful face. "Nope, nothing in particular", Omiko said smiling sweetly. "I'm still not buying it", Airi said giggling as she finished taking off her shoes and leaving her stuff in a nearby table.

"Okay then, I-I've got something for you", Omiko said shyly. "That's starting to sound more like you, but still I'm curious what it is!", Airi replied excited. "C-Close your eyes then ", Omiko said nervously. "Yes!", Airi obeyed and closed her eyes, extending her hands in front of her ready to receive whatever Omiko had for her.

Omiko saw the expectant expression on Airi's pretty face and felt more nervous than she already was, but she continued nonetheless. The mint haired girl then moved Airi's hands aside gently, stepped on her tip toes and wrapped her arms around Airi's neck pressing her lips against Airi's kindly and shyly. ,

Airi's surprise was great when she felt that nostalgic soft feeling on her lips from 3 years ago that somehow felt even better now. Airi then kissed back gently and grabbed Omiko by her waist gently.

After a long loving kiss, both girls pulled away and stared at each other, losing themselves in each other's eyes with blushing faces.

Finally Omiko broke the silence and spoke. "I'm so sorry", she said and buried her face on Airi's chest. "What are you apologizing for? That was all I ever dreamed of!", Airi hugging the younger girl. "I'm sorry I'm doing this until now, I'm sorry I ran away from your love until now, I'm sorry I never returned your kindness until now, I'm sorry I've been so dumb until now", Omiko said sobbing quietly.

Airi felt like crying too, from happiness however as the love she once thought lost had finally returned to her. She then ran her fingers across the green mint hair of the younger girl while she kept hugging her gently until she stopped sobbing.

"Miko", Airi said. "Yes?", Omiko said with her face still leaned against Airi's chest, lost in the sound of her heartbeats. "Look at me", Airi said to which Omiko complied, looking at her with still puffy eyes behind those round glasses of her. "I love you!", Airi said smiling sweetly at her, causing Omiko to cry again and bury her face on Airi's chest. "I love you too!", she replied, hugging back the black haired girl tight as if she would disappear if she let her go.

Later that night, both girls were getting ready to go to bed as another long day awaited them tomorrow. Omiko then looked at herself in the mirror and checked her pijamas which now consisted of baggy pants and a baggy t-shirt. Omiko then removed her pants and was left with the t-shirt that barely covered her sky blue panties. "I hope this is good enough", Omiko muttered to herself.

Airi was about to get up and turn off the lights after finish reading something, when the knocking on the door surprised her a little. "Come in!", Airi said loud enough for however was behind the door.

The door creaked open slowly, revealing a madly blushing Omiko, who had only a baggy white t-shirt, leaving her white and bare legs out to the public. Airi's face went red as blood and tried not to stare too much into her also visible cute panties. "H-Hi Miko, do you need something?", Airi replied embarrassed. Omiko didn't speak and simply walked towards her, pulled the covers off  getting in the bed with the beautiful woman there.

Airi was frozen as she saw how the mint haired girl intertwined her legs with hers, feeling her soft skin against her also bare legs as she always slept wearing shorts. Omiko grabbed her hands and guided them to her waist gently, finally looking up at Airi in the eyes with a shy expression. "I want to repay you for everything, please be gentle and do what you want with me", Omiko said shyly and expectantly.

Airi then smiled warmly at her, got up  to turn off the lights and returned next to Omiko, pulling the covers back on them wrapping her arms around the younger girl, nuzzling her face on the green mint hair of the space lover girl, relaxing herself as she breathed softer everytime about to fall asleep. "U-Ummm are you-", Omiko asked quietly. "I just want to sleep with you in my arms, and me in yours, is that bad?", Airi responded with a smile. "No", Omiko said smiling happy and wrapping her arms around Airi, giving her a soft kiss on her cheek before saying one more thing. "Sweet dreams", Omiko said and buried her face on Airi's chest, both girls quickly falling asleep after that. Omiko finally learned what being home felt like.

A/N: Alright boys and girls, next up is Natsuki and Yuri part 1, next is Monika, and finally Natsuki and Yuri part 2 before the final chapter. I'm still thinking if I should dedicate Erika and Morgan/Nat a chapter or leave their epilogue for a section in the last chapter because I'm not sure if I have enough material to work with them yet, I mean I left Erika with no one lol and Morgan/Nat haven't had much background... what do you brothers think? Also I'm not forgetting any relevant couple/character out, am I?
