Graduation
The day had finally come, Yuri woke up that morning with a crazy mix of feelings.
Achievement, excitement, nervousness, joy, but also sadness, nostalgia, fear, uneasiness.
She knew that day would close a chapter in her to start a new one, but closing that part would also mean leaving some things behind she wouldn't want to leave.
The literature club. Ever since she joined she felt she had found a place where she belonged, a place where she could be herself without being judged and enjoy one of the things she likes the most.
Things happened there, many things.
Monika and Sayori. When she first joined they were the only other two members, president and vice president, and they welcomed her with open arms.
Monika encouraged her to stay and share what she could do. Poems, tea, her recommendations on books and so on. It was one of the few times she was motivated to do what she wanted.
Sayori and her cheerful personality always made her feel welcomed there, even though she didn't really understand much about literature in general, she always would listen to you and try to get a little into what you showed her. In general, she was really open minded and Yuri appreciated that.
However, a few months later, a new member joined. A pink haired girl with a feisty personality.
Yuri tried getting along with her at first but it didn't take long for her to see they were polar opposites, and that combined with the aggressive attitude of the younger girl was the perfect formula for disaster.
Yuri and Natsuki would fight most of the time the crossed words. But Yuri never wanted that, she just wanted to get along but her poor social skills made it difficult for her to find the right way to do that and it would always end up with Natsuki taking her words as an offense.
Things were rough at that time but she certainly never imagined the short pink haired girl would end up being the love of her life months later.

Yuri arrived at the school hall, where the principal would always conduct the addressing sessions regarding school stuff and such, and where Yuri also did something she never thought would ever be able to do.
Yuri smiled remembering Natsuki's red face when she used the microphone to apologise to her and tell her that she loved her.
"Yuri! Good morning!", a girl with a ponytail said breaking Yuri from her train of thought. "Good morning Monika", Yuri replied. "It's so rare to see you without Natsuki haha", Monika giggled. "She said she would meet me here because she needed to prepare something apparently, but honestly it is obvious she is planning to do something that will embarrass me and her, but that I will love regardless", Yuri giggled. "Haha, I can imagine", Monika chuckled.
"Hey there hotties!", a twintailed girl said as she approached the two. "Good morning Erika", Yuri and Monika said. "It's finally the day, isn't it?", Erika said. "Yeah, honestly I wouldn't want to leave this school yet", Monika said with a nostalgic expression. "I know, you don't wanna leave your white haired gi-", Erika said. "It's not like that!", Monika interrupted her blushing madly.
"Okay, okay!", Erika laughed and Yuri giggled. "Anyways you still can graduate without much regrets, you enjoyed your time here at it's fullest, unlike me", Erika said looking sad. "Why do you say that?", Yuri asked. "Cause I couldn't get a girlfriend! Yuri got her beloved pink babe and Monika you at least met Mayu but I got nothing", Erika sighed. "Umm, I am sure you will find someone eventually", Yuri said placing a hand on Erika's shoulder. "Well yeah, at least now I'm coming to college completely out of the closet haha!", Erika laughed, followed by the other two.

"About freaking time Sayori!", a very angry Natsuki yelled at the two girls who approached running and carrying tube like things. "We're sorry! I overslept and then-", Sayori said as she caught her breath.
"Enough of that, let's just go already, it must be awkward for Omiko to save seats for us, she probably apologized to a lot of people and told them off our seats", Natsuki sighed. "Poor Omi-chan!", Sayori said feeling bad for her. "Agh, I knew it was a bad idea to leave these at your house", the pink haired girl sighed again. "Anyway, let's just go, I already asked for some help", Ryona said. "You what?", Natsuki asked confused as the sound of motorbikes was audible enough for her to hear.
"Oh! The Kanto Deathly Monitor Alliance!", Sayori exclaimed happy. "Motorized", Ryona corrected her as she gave her a head pat. "The fuck?", Natsuki asked puzzled. "I just hope you're not afraid of Motorbikes", Sayori said smiling, as Natsuki started to feel nervous.

"Aren't you sad to see her graduate so soon?", a funny mustache boy asked. "Honestly, a little, I mean we haven't spend much time as I'd like to, but that doesn't mean we can't be friends after this", the white haired girl replied. "True", the school cap boy said.
"Imai-chan, sorry for the wait", Mayu said as she and the boy sat down on some of the seats Omiko had saved for them. "I-It's okay, ummm, haven't you seen Sayori and the others?", Omiko asked. "No, we didn't see them on the way here", Gensai replied. "The ceremony is about to start I hope they get here soon", Omiko sighed.
Seconds later, the sound of motorbikes caught the attention of everyone in the hall and shortly after through the door a pink haired, peach haired and dark blue haired girl entered hiding something behind their backs.
"Omi-chan! We're sorry!", Sayori said as they approached the seats. "Don't worry about it", Omiko replied with a smile. "Do you think they noticed?", Natsuki asked. "Maybe, I saw Yuri and Monika noticed you entering but I don't know about the stuff", Gensai responded. "They'll see soon anyway, so let's just get ready and coordinate how are we going to do this", Magikick suggested to everyone's agreement.

The ceremony started and after a short speech from the principal, the representative for the third years was called to the stand.
"I guess it is time", Yuri said to Erika who was sitting next to her. "Yep, no one better than Moni to do this though", Erika replied.
Monika then arrived to the stand and watched at the whole crowd, the four third year classes and the people in the back invited to see them graduate. The girl of the white ribbon then took a deep breath and started.
"Ladies and gentlemen, classmates, schoolmates, teachers, friends. Today, we have reached the end of one of the most important episodes of our lives. We came to this school to learn and prepare ourselves for the always upcoming future, and in the process we met people, people we can now call friends. Our time here was something we most certainly will never forget. We made a lot of new memories, we learned a lot of things, and we enjoyed our youth to the fullest. Some say highschool is the best season of one's life, and so far I could say that I agree. I want to thank each and everyone of you, teachers and friends for all I learned from you, because yes, we just don't learn from our teachers, we also learn from the people we meet along the way, our friends, so far that, Thank you very much. Now it is time for us to look into the future and get the better from what we are taking with us. We don't know if we will see each other again, but I certainly will not forget you. My friends, please don't forget me as well and always seek for your happiness, I pray and wish that all of you can live up to your own expectations and never forget that you are the masters of your reality."
Monika finished and after a brief silence everyone gave her standing ovation, causing her to blush a little as she bowed her head thanking everyone.
The principal then thanked Monika and proceeded to deliver the diplomas, starting with her. Monika received it humbly bowing her head and turned around only to see back in the family and friends section Mayu and Sayori holding a large banner visible enough that read:
"Long live the literature club president! Congratulations Monika!"
Monika covered her blushing face with one hand and giggled, thanking Buda they were sitting right at the last row so they wouldn't obstruct anyone's view with that thing. Monika then waved her diploma at them with a happy smile. "Thank you guys", Monika mumbled quietly with a warm smile on her face.
A few names later Erika was called and just as Monika, she humbly received her diploma, bowing her head at the teachers and audience, finally noticing the huge banner in the back held by Omiko and Ryona that read:
"Happiness awaits you, congratulations Eri!"
Erika smiled happily and made a piece sign to her friends in the back as she went back to her seat. "I hope you're right, I love you all guys", Erika thought to herself with a sweet smile on her face.
Finally Yuri was called and nervous as she was, she walked calmly to the stand, thinking about how this will finally be over. It took her a while, but in the end she enjoyed this part of her life and only wished it could've last a little longer.
The principal gave her the diploma and Yuri bowing her head like everyone, humbly received it. She then turned around to the crowd and finally and probably the biggest banner of the three was visible, held by Natsuki with the help of her school cap friend-like brother, that read in pink and purple cute letters, surrounded by cupcakes and books cutely drawn as well:
"🧁 We'll be Always there for you!📖
💗I love you and congratulations purple dummy!💜"
Yuri then smiled brightly with her violet eyes sparkling and her cheeks blushing.
Yuri then thanked to the universe for letting her meet that amazing girl and was never more happy to be alive. The bookworm mumbled quietly, "I love you so much, Natsuki", and after seconds of standing there running her fingers through one strand of purple hair, she waved a hand shyly at her friends in the back and returned to her seat with a beautiful smile.
