How did this happen? I can't believe I let my guard down so carelessly...

I still had my card this morning, so of course it was stolen from me at some point during the day.

I should've expected something like this, I guess I let my guard down since nothing had happened since the incident. Agh... I can't believe I was so careless! It's frustrating seriously, but whatever.

I need to focus on finding a way to prove my innocence and find this mysterious person.

From what I know so far, thanks to the principal's letter, I'm starting to think they know about my condition. Otherwise, why would they be so careful about their identity? Omiko and now the principal, both contacted by them via letters, that way I can't know anything about the person, it has to be talking to them directly for my ability to work.

If they had handed my card to the principal themselves in person, I'd know from the principal's memories who they are... This person is not to be taken lightly.

The first day without her girlfriend around felt heavy for Sayori. The bubbly girl even had some trouble getting out of bed, thinking maybe she could skip school and go see the delinquent looking girl, but then again, she knew the school would ask where she was.

As soon as Sayori entered her classroom, she was once again welcomed by a bunch of glares that if looks could kill, Sayori would be 10 feet under ground right now.

The two former friends of Sayori that Ryona had beaten up the previous day weren't there unsurprisingly, probably to get proper recovery from their major injuries.

Later in the day, Sayori tried to pay attention in class for once, hoping that would distract her mind from the gloomy atmosphere, and suddenly she was hit in the head with a little paper ball thrown at her from somewhere near.

The red bow girl tried to ignore it but little by little, they became more frequent, and Sayori started to feel helpless.

Among one of the many, Sayori noticed one of the balls didn't quite have the round form and was able to notice some writting there. Sayori picked the paper that bounced from her head to her desk and unwrapped it.

"You're shit".

Sayori was TAKEN ABACK by the message surely directed to her. More paper balls kept coming and Sayori checked some of them despite knowing what she would find inside.

"I hate you", "You're trash", "Your girlfriend is an animal", "The school would be better without you".

For someone like Sayori, negativity had great repercussions inside her head. Her always cheerful personality was a way for her to avoid that as much as possible, specially during her bad days.

Once again the rainclouds started gathering inside the peach haired girl's head. Sayori tried to fight back but all the hate towards her from everyone around wasn't something easy to ignore for the poor girl.

Sayori then couldn't hold back any longer and with a voice that was about to break she excused herself to use the bathroom.

The girl with the red bow silently sobbed, locked inside one of the toilet cabins.

Despite curiosity driving her crazy, Yuri hadn't been able to talk to Natsuki about the alleged rumours about her.

Her insecurities and mostly she being scared of the pink one getting mad at her for even considering this worth mentioning was a great factor. Thinking things too much was really one of her faults she thought.

"Hey, Yuri-Yuri, did you talk to your girl about that?", the redhead asked. "N-Not yet, maybe is not worth mentioning... They are just rumours after all...", Yuri replied. "Maybe, but I still think you should", the girl of the shorter skirt of them all said. "T-Thank you, I will try", Yuri said, knowing she probably won't.

Later that day, the literature club reunited again and Yuri couldn't help but feel something bad really was going on.

"Hey guys", Sayori said not so cheerful as usual but still doing her best to seem like it. "Hey Sayori, I'm glad you showed mercy to my ears today", Natsuki said while sitting on a chair next to Yuri as both were waiting for her to arrive.

"Where's everyone else?", Sayori asked looking around the room. "Erika and Omiko are absent again, and as for Monika, well I suppose you did not check the group chat last night", Yuri responded. "What's up with Moni?", Sayori asked now getting worried. "She's been suspended for being the potential culprit of screwing the principal's car", Natsuki answered. "M-Monika did-", Sayori said with eyes wide open before being cut off. "I don't believe that bullcrap, but she said someone did find a way to incriminate her", Natsuki said. "What do we do now guys?", Sayori asked worried as ever. "For now I think we should try to investigate the matter on our own, maybe", Yuri suggested. "Okay, I'll see what I can do!", Sayori said trying to show fighting spirit.

"So it's just us 3 now?", Natsuki asked. "Looks like it, I believe we should check on Erika and Omiko too", Yuri said. "Let's try texting or calling them later, for now let's discuss ways to investigate the principal's case", Natsuki said.

After discussing the matter as well as getting updates on Ryona's situation by Sayori, the club hour went flying. The best the girls could come up with was asking people about the incident and what they knew. And so the club was dismissed by the vice president, Sayori.

Later that night, Natsuki had already fallen asleep while Yuri was on it, trying to relax, breathing the sweet scent of her lover's hair while she spooned her.

A moment of relaxation that wouldn't last long as Yuri heard her phone vibrate from the night table. The bookworm reached for it and saw a text had been sent to her.

Private: If you want to be sure about the rumours, go to Furry North Cafeteria this Thursday after school, you'll see.

You can no longer reply to this conversation.

Yuri's mind was racing at the speed of sound.

Thursday came and for the Wrestling club it was just like any other day, except for one person.

The training ended normally and Magikick approached the school cap boy, wanting to know some things. "Hey, Togashi", the white haired girl said. "Sup, Magikick, good work today as well", the funny mustache guy replied grinning. "Thanks. I want to ask you something", Mayu said. "Shoot", Gensai replied. "Do you know why Monika hasn't come to school? Does any of your literature friends know?", the white haired girl asked. "What? You didn't hear?", the short ponytail boy said. "Hear what?", Magikick asked curious. "Monika was suspended. Apparently she's the responsible for the car incident, everyone has been talking about it all week", Gensai said seriously with crossed arms. "I usually don't listen what others talk about, usually it's just trash", Mayu said tilting her head. "Fair enough. Why the question though? Missing your crush?", Gensai said with his classic crooked teeth smile. "I told you it's not that!", Magikick honored her nickname and kicked the school cap boy in the shin. "Haha sorry, seriously though why the question?", Gensai asked. "Just curious really, it's hard not to notice that presence missing", Mayu replied looking away absently.

A certain first year girl was walking out of school, after double checking she had everything she needed for the occasion.

The girl stood out among the people in school for two things. Her appearance, since of course being a child of american parents that moved to Japan when she was very young for business, gave her looks that were hard to ignore for the Japanese people around her.

The other, was her talent for drawing. Which was one of the great factors of her little reunion with a certain pink haired girl that day.

Natsuki was sitting at a table in Furry North Cafeteria waiting patiently while she checked her phone.

Natsuki heard a voice calling her name and turned her gaze towards the girl walking towards her. The blonde short hair with a galaxy streak in it, glasses, and blue eyes were unmistakable and the pink one waved a hand at the girl as she sat down in front of her.

"Took you long enough Morgan!", Natsuki said flashing her canines at the blond one. "Sorry Tsuki art club was fun today so I kinda got hooked there a little", Morgan replied. "It's okay dude, I just arrived like 10 minutes ago anyway", Natsuki said smiling.

"So how are things with Nat?", The pink tsundere asked after some small talk. "Going smoothly thanks, I still find it funny your names are alike, Natsume and Natsuki, I just hope I don't get your names mixed sometime or she'll kill me for sure!", Morgan said giggling. "I imagine!", the shorter girl said grinning. "She's my little plant though so might as well use that for now", Morgan replied grinning back. "Why plant though?", Natsuki chuckled. "That's not an story for your mortal ears to hear", Morgan said.

"Did you bring the goodies?", Natsuki asked now expectantly. "Of course I did!", The american girl exclaimed and pulled out an envelope a size slightly bigger than a normal paper sheet and a book carefully wrapped in transparent plastic. "Oh my fucking God!! This is so freaking awesome!! Morgan you're a goddamn master!!", Natsuki practically yelled as she saw the contents of the envelope and the book, not being able to control her unusual excitement, she got up her seat and hugged Morgan so tight her blue eyes almost popped out her face.

On the other side of the glass that allowed to see inside the store from outside, a girl whose mind had been poisoned by her own insecurities and fears watched, not being able to hold back anymore as she made her way inside the cafeteria furiously.

"So it was true all along!", Yuri yelled at Natsuki who was still hugging the girl with glasses just for her to jump back startled and look at her girlfriend puzzled. "W-What are you talking about?", Natsuki asked nervous. "You cheating on me! Everyone at school has been saying that but I didn't want to listen! Now I had to see it myself... Why are you doing this to me?! Am I that awful? Am I that boring?! Am I just not good enough for you?!", Yuri kept yelling while now everyone else at the cafeteria watched the scene. "Wha- Yuri you got it all wrong!!", Natsuki replied feisty. "Listen we were just-", Morgan tried to speak but was abruptly interrupted when she felt a pair of hands in her shoulders pushing her back, almost making her fall of her chair. "You shut up!", Yuri yelled at Morgan. "Yuri what the heck?!", Natsuki freaked out."Just tell me why Natsuki?! You said you'd never hurt me!", Yuri exclaimed upset. "Are you actually serious?! I'm not doing anything to hurt you! Who the heck told you that shit?!", Natsuki responded angry now. "The whole school is spreading the rumour!", Yuri said. "A rumour?! Are you fucking serious?! You really trust more a stupid school rumour than me?! Why didn't you even talk to me about it?!", Natsuki yelled angry. "B-Because!", Yuri tried to speak. "You know what? No! There's no fucking good reason you can give me!", Natsuki responded furious.

The pinkette then grabbed the envelope and the book wrapped in plastic and shoved it in Yuri's hands roughly. "Here this was for you! I just wanted to give you a surprise! Something to make it up for our Valentine's day that was ruined!", Natsuki shouted with now tears rolling down her face. "W-What?", Yuri mumbled now feeling scared as hell, then she examined the stuff she was given.

The book was a copy of her favorite of all time, Portrait of Markov. Inside the envelope was a drawing of Natsuki and her, manga style like the ones Natsuki liked, with the two of them holding hands and smiling happy while they shared a cupcake and read a book, on the top of the picture the message 'Our Valentine can be everyday as long as I'm with you', written in manga font.

Yuri felt her body tremble uncontrollably, as she realized she had just messed up. "N-Natsuki... I-I am sorry, I-I-", Yuri stuttered nervous. "No! It's clear you don't have the slightest of trust in me and you keep putting what others say or think before me! To hell with this!", Natsuki shouted with her voice broken, tears streaming down her magenta eyes and then picked up her stuff, apologized to Morgan quickly and stormed off the cafeteria. "L-Love wait!", Yuri tried to shout. "Leave me alone!", Natsuki responded and disappeared into the distance.

A dead silence filled the atmosphere while the shy bookworm, unable to move from where she was, started to cry desperately, feeling as if her own cries echoed throughout the world.
