Chapter 7
Jason's POV
I finally came out of my closet, after the storm passed on by. Thunderstorms really frighten me, and my closet is my safe place. The sun was back out, with puddles scattered everywhere. But, I still can't get over the fact that David's grandmother died. She must have been a heavy smoker, to have developed lung cancer. I am so glad she lost the fight to lung cancer. Teach her a lesson, that smoking is bad for her health.
I wonder when the funeral is? I should meet David's grandmother, before she is buried. What church will it be at? Some church here in Beachside, I assume.
I would have to ask David, the next time, I see him. Better get me a suit to wear to the funeral.
A/N Hey, guys! Sorry, this was a short chapter! But, what do you think of what Jason is about to do? For one thing, the funeral isn't gonna be in Florida! And, why would Jason want to attend, anyway? He never knew David's grandmother! Don't be a silent reader! Please show some love and support, by voting, leaving feedback, and sharing this book with others! Thanks, babes!
