Autumn P.O.V.

“Bye mom it’s not like I’m going to be gone forever. I’m just going away for a week.” I told her as she gave me a tight hug. “Mom you’re suffocating me.” I told her trying to unwrap her arms from around me. 

“I’m sorry if I’m going to miss my baby girl. It’s just that you’ve never been away from home for this long and I’m going to miss you.” she said as tears escaped her eyes again. 

“No, no, no! No more crying mom. When you cry you make me want to cry.”  I told her and that was true but I’m trying to be the stronger person and not shed a tear.

“Well, sorry. I just don’t want my daughter getting hurt again.” she said wiping tears from her eyes and smiling at me. 

“Mom I’ll be just fine. I can take care of myself.” I stated. “And Nathan will take even better care of her.” India said from behind me. 

I looked around to see if Nathan was anywhere near and it’s a good thing that he was off to the side talking to Seth about god know what and trust me I don’t want to know what they are talking about. “India!” I yelled.

“What?” she asked putting her hands up in defense. “What did I do?” 

“You keep saying.. Stuff that’s what you keep doing.” I told her crossing my arms over my chest. 

“Well, sorry. I was just putting my opinion out there.” she said with a small smile on her face. 

“Well do me and favor and keep your opinions to yourself.” I said and she just shook her head. 

“Sorry but they seem to slip out a lot.” she said shrugging. And without warning she wrapped her arms around me. “I’m going to miss you sis.” she said and that when the tears started coming out. “I’m going to miss you to.” I wasn’t going to see India as often when I came back home from the fact that she was moving in with her mate. 

She pulled away and looked at me as tears escaped her eyes. “You know that I’m going to be living two blocks away from home and I’m going to be at the house most of the time so it’ll be like I never left the house.” she said “Sometime I’ll even sleepover, even though I’m too old for sleepovers. But you’re the only exception.” 

“I think that’ll be a good idea.” I said hugging her again before my dad hugged me. 

“Now, your flight leaves in five minutes to let’s hurry with the goodbyes.” he said kissing my cheek and going to my mom. 

“Bye, sis!” Seth said picking me up and twirling me around in the air. He kissed me all over my cheeks as I just giggled. “Seth you should probably stop doing that I think Nathan’s getting jealous.” India said and quickly covered her mouth. 

Nathan just shook his head looked at me sending shivers down my back. I quickly broken my gaze from him and waited for Seth to put me back on the ground. “Well I think this is a good time to tell you guys my big news” Seth said looking over at all of us. “I’m getting married.” he said and everyone cheered.

“That’s great!” I said punching him in his arm.” I bet Marissa is one happy girl” 

“Of course she is, if she has the honor of marrying all this.” Seth said motioning towards his body. 

“That’s great son! But it’s time for these two to leave. We don’t want them to miss their flight.” my dad said. We said our last goodbyes and lucky for me I didn’t shed anymore tears. Once we got on that plan. I quickly fell asleep. 

“Nathan I can carry my own suitcase.” I wined. Nathan didn’t want me carrying my own suitcase for the fact that he just didn’t want me to carry my own suitcase. 

“No, you just held from serious injuries and just because you held you shouldn’t work yourself out to much.” Nathan said. 

“But look at me, I’m fine. I can walk perfectly fine. My wrist held and my ribs held to, what can possibly go wrong from here?” I asked 

“Lots”

“Please?”

“No” 

“Why?” I pouted putting my arms over my chest. He just laughed at me and shook his head. 

“Do I really have to explain myself again?” he asked. 

“Yes” I stated.

“Well, I distracted you until we got out the airport so now let’s find a taxi or cab.” he said smiling to himself. I wanted to smack that smile off his face. 

“I’m not a baby.” I said following behind him. He just ignored me. We found a taxi and Nathan but the suitcases in the trunk. Him and the taxi driver did that all by themselves since he told me to get in the car. 

“SO where are we going?” the taxi driver said pulling out the entered to the airport. 

“The closet hotel from here.” 

“No problem.” the taxi driver said. Fifteen minute late we ended up at a huge hotel call the ‘Marion Apple Hotel.’ going into the lobby there were a lot of people sitting on love seat watching TV. Or eating. This hotel looked expensive!

“Come on, we have to go outside and around to our room.” he handed me the room card key and brought me up and around the hotel. The sun was already setting and the cool night air caused me to shiver. 

I enter the key card and the door open reliving a huge suit. The first thing that I noticed is that there was only one bed. Without thinking I said “There’s only one bed.” Nathan pulls out suitcases into the room and dropped them on the floor. 

“Yeah, is there a problem?” 

I wanted to say yes but this isn’t going to be the first time we slept on the same bed before but now sleeping on the same bed as him is going to be different. Now he knows how I feel and I kind of know how he feels about me. I think we should stay as far away from each other as possible. There’s no telling what I might do, or what he might do. Since lately he’s been so touchy feely and it’s… different. 

“You have a problem sleeping on the same bed as me?” he suddenly appeared in front of my. His voice was deep and cold and his hazel eyes were a shade darker then they usually are. 

“N..No” I croaked out and by saying that his eyes instantly were back to their originally color and he had a small smile on his face. 

“Good.” he said before kissing my cheek and going into the bathroom. You see what I mean?

Going into my suitcases looking for my PJ’s I felt my phone vibrate but ignored it. I was digging at the bottom of my suitcases when I pulled out a Black lacey bra with rim stones on it and a matching thong. I quickly shoved it back into the suitcase and found my PJ’s right next to it. Who the hell would put that in my suitcase? I asked myself and without any farther more thinking it instantly came to me. 

I pulled out my cell phone and it rung three times before India picked up the phone. 

“Hello, hello?” she asked into the phone.

“Why did you put lingerie in my suitcase?” I asked making sure Nathan couldn’t hear me from the bathroom. 

“Oh, well I brought it just for you and I was about to tell you about it but then I thought twice. There was no way you were going to let me put it in your suitcases so last night when you were sleeping I slipping it in at the bottom of your suit cases.” 

“Why did you do that?” 

“You you can wear it, obviously!” she said laughing at the end. 

“ Well, guess what I don’t need it!” I whispered/yelled. 

“Well, maybe if I call Nathan and tell him about it then he would want to see you in it.” 

“No!”

“Why, not I bet you can put on a show for him.” 

“I don’t want to put on a show for anyone!” 

“Well, see about that. I’ll call him and ask him.” she said and the line went dead. 

I sat there on the floor waiting for his phone to ring and when It didn’t I relaxed a little. I quickly changed my close and by the time Nathan came out the bathroom he was only in a pair of boxers.  That’s when his phone rang. I jumped off the floor and to the bed where is phone was but he bet me to is. Holding it out of my reach. 

“Nathan  give  me your phone.” I said jumping up and down to reach it but failed sadly. 

“Why do you want my phone so badly?” he asked as it was still ringing. 

“Just give me it!” I yelled at him he looked on the caller I.D. and I took my that opportunity to jump on his back and try on reach it. “Nathan  give  me it!” 

“The number looks familiar but I can’t remember where I saw it from.” he said his phone stopped ringing and I hopped off his back in relief. That was close. 

“You know I can always call them back right?” he asked with a smirk on his face. 

Just when I was about to defend myself his phone started ringing again and he quickly answered it. 

“Hello?” he asked and then I jump on his back again.  I couldn’t hear the other voice on the line but I knew all too well who it was. “What kind of show?” he asked with his smile getting wider. 

“Nathan  give  me your phone now! It’s not funny anymore!” 

“ She wants to do what to me?” 

“Whatever she’s telling you isn’t true.” I yelled at him. What the hell was she telling him? I tried reaching for the phone again but Nathan just flipped me over his should do that I landed on the bed. 

“You know what, be like that than! I‘m never talking to you again” I yelled at him before going under the covers and hiding under then Nathan voice faded away but soon he came but into the room, he wasn’t on the phone anymore. The light turned off and the other side of the bed slightly went down. 

He pulled the covers from over my head down and got under the sheet with me. “Cupcake.” he called poking me in the sides. “Cupcake are  you mad at me?’ he asked. I wasn’t mad at him but I’m determined not to talk to him until morning.

Without warning he pulled me into his hard chest. “I know you’re not sleeping, because if you were sleeping you’ll be snoring by now.” 

“I do not snore!” I yelled sitting up and when I did that’s when I as his amused face. ‘Way to not talk to him Autumn!’ I yelled at myself. 

“I know you don’t I just wanted you to talk to me.” 

“Well it’s not going to happen again.” I stated before lying back down and facing the opposite way from him. 

“Will you talk to me if I did this.” he said before his lips kissed my neck.

I shoved my head under my pillow. So that he couldn’t reach me. “You’ll come around.” he said. After a couple of minute I place my head back on my pillow, I was slowly drifting off to sleep but his voice woke me up a bite. “I love you, Autumn.” 

“I love you too Nathan.” I said before complete falling to sleep.
