"So, you found a flat for me and Al?" George asked James, as soon as He and Alex sat down.
"Yep. It seems great" James replied happily
"It's got 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, an on-suite in the master room!"
"Sounds great! Although, how much is it?" The short man questioned.
"Yeah, James? You never told me when you found it." Alex chimed in.
"Uhh.. it is.. £765,000..?" James said sheepishly.
"WHAT." Alex and George said in time.
James explained that he'll help with the cost, and then recommended for George to call Will and ask if he would help. They already knew he would help with the cost, but George still called him.
"Hey, uh.. will?" George said into the phone.
"Oh! 'Ello mate! How can I 'elp you?" Will said through the phone.
"It's about the flat James found for Alex and me"
"Oh! What about it? Is it nice?"
"It's..uh the um.. cost.. can you..help us..? It's around 765 Grand.."
"That's a lot, I could help!"
"Thank you so,so much will!"
The two men said goodbye over the phone, and George hung up.
"Wills helping." George said happily.
They all spoke about the flat, while having a  coffee. They said there goodbyes, and walked back to their own flats.
