The next day, Christy and Gia are sitting at a table with their mugs of Meiji coffee.

"So, where's Max and Little Marion?" Christy asked, drinking a swig of her coffee.

"She's with her father and grandparents." Gia replied, drinking a swig of her coffee. "Is it always warm here at Mount Orasani?"

"Yeah." Christy said.

Christy's phone buzzes on the table. She picks up her phone and looks at it.

Klaus

Christy answers her phone. "Hey, Klaus."

Hi, I'm here at Mount Orasani, can you meet me somewhere?" Klaus asked on the phone.

"Sure, where?" Christy asked.

"At the outdoor patio." Klaus replied.

"Okay, I'm on my way." Christy said, and hangs up her phone and looks at Gia. "Gia? I'll meet up with you later."

"Okay." Gia said.

Christy drinks the rest of her coffee and gets up, walking away.

ROUND BALCONY PATIO

Christy slowly walks onto the balcony floor. She and Klaus exchange looks at each other.

"Klaus?" Christy said.

Klaus is gently leaning backwards on the round granite balcony.

"Didn't mean to interrupt your coffee with Gia." Klaus said.

"It's okay, I'll meet up with her later." Christy said and slowly walks up beside him at the granite balcony railing and gently leans on it. "So, what are we doing up here?"

"Elijah and I are planning a formal ball at the compound." Klaus said.

"Oh, really? That sounds like fun." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"Will there be dancing at the formal ball?" Christy asked her husband.

"Of course." Klaus replied.

"And I can assume that this is you asking me to the formal ball?" Christy asked him.

"It is." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"Come with me." Christy said and walks away from him, gently walks down the stairs and onto the granite flooring.

"What are you up to, Chris?" Klaus asked, gently walks down the stairs and onto the granite flooring after her.

Christy chuckles softly to herself. "Dance with me."

"You want to dance?" Klaus asked.

"Sure." Christy replied, offers him her hand.

And Klaus gently takes her hand and gently pulls her close to him. He and Christy intertwine their hands together. He gently wraps an arm around her waist and she gently puts her hand on his right shoulder.

And they slowly waltzes around together.

Klaus gently twirls Christy around and they continue to playful waltzes around together.

He gently pulls her close to him again and she glances at the morning sky with her eyes glow blue, creating a magical rain.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and gently leans their foreheads on each other's and exchange soft looks at each other.

"The answer's yes by the way." Christy said to him.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and they share a kiss.

INDOOR LOUNGE ROOM

Later on that day, Christy is sitting on a hammock, gently swinging back and forth, reading a book.

Luna, Trinity, Nikole are slowly walking with some demigods and demigoddess.

Luna, Trinity and Nikole small smiles at Christy and she small waves back at them.

Klaus slowly walks up to Christy and sits down on the hammock beside her.

"Our daughters loves visiting here, don't they?" Klaus asked.

"They do." Christy said.

"You're always reading books, aren't you?" Klaus asked her.

"Yeah, you know me, I'm a bookworm." Christy said. "I know you don't want to talk about Esther, but we sort of do."

"I know." Klaus said. "But I'm not really concerned about her, she could flame out at any moment, but until she does, she's been doing a good job of laying low wherever she is."

"Is it wrong for me to not care about Esther?" Christy asked.

"Not at all." Klaus replied. "You blamed her for becoming who I am."

"You know, grudges and bitterness, resentment, it's not worth holding on to." Christy said. "But you, Klaus, you're all three of those emotions."

"You're psychoanalyzing me, Love." Klaus said to her with a look on her face.

"I know." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

ST. THEODORA HEALTH CLINIC

That afternoon, the husband and wife doctor duo, Callahan and Keelin, are working their own shifts.

After working a shift, Keelin walks into her office and sees Christy sitting in a sofa chair.

"Hey, Christy." Keelin greeted her with her a small polite smile. "What are you doing here? I mean, it's good to see you."

"Nothing much, I just came to check on you and Callahan." Christy replied.

"That's thoughtful of you." Keelin said. "Callahan and I are gonna go for lunch at St. James Infirmary after his shift."

"How sweet of him." Christy said.

Keelin and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

And then, Callahan slowly walks inside. "Keelin, Darling, I'm done with my shifts."

And Callahan looks at Christy and small smiles at her. "Hello, Christy."

"Hey, Cal." Christy greeted him.

"Christy came by to check on us." Keelin said to her husband, Callahan.

"How sweet of you." Callahan said.

"Yeah, how's the Crescent Wolves?" Christy asked.

"They're fine." Callahan replied and he becomes playful. "Bonfire, parties, s'mores and beers."

Callahan, Keelin and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"Well, I'm gonna leave you two Lovebirds." Christy said, getting up to her feet. "Crescent Alpha, Callahan,
and Crescent Beta, Keelin? I'll see you two around."

"You too, Christy." Callahan said.

And Christy walks away.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That evening, in the courtyard, Christy, Luna, Trinity and Nikole are sitting at the table.

"We peeled corn from Hagarth's garden, which he made into a contest with a reward of pastries. And we milked the cows, not with our hands, but with milking machines." Luna said.

"And we made kites and played catch ball." Trinity said.

"And also, we fed the baby animals with milk bottles." Nikole added.

"That sounded fun." Christy said to them. "I'm glad you three girls had fun at Camp Orasani."

"We love Hagarth. He's a good big guy." Nikole said.

"Yeah, he is." Christy agreed with a small smile.

"We're gonna get some sleep." Luna said, along with Trinity and Nikole, getting up and walking away.

Later on that night, Christy is reclining on the sofa, reading the same book.

Klaus slowly walks inside and sits down on the sofa beside her and gently propped his feet up on the coffee table.

"That must be a really good book if you're still reading it." Klaus said.

"Yeah, it's a thriller book." Christy said.

Klaus chuckled. "Thriller? I thought you were more of a romance book person."

"I am." Christy said.

And then, Klaus's phone buzzes in his jacket pocket. He pulls out his phone and looks at it.

Marcel

"It's Marcel." Klaus said to Christy and put his phone on speakerphone. "Marcel? Have something good?"

"Fortunately, I do. Three of my guys has Esther and brought her to the old train depot cell. She's unable to use her magic thanks to the anti-magical shackles."

"Can you keep her there, Marcel?" Christy asked.

"Sure." Marcel replied. "I'll keep her here until morning. I'll see you guys."

And Marcel hangs up his phone.

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other.

"What does Esther want?" Christy asked.

"Don't know, but we're gonna find out." Klaus said.
