The dr goes out to give the couple their private time

They move out of the docs cabin
"Dev promise me when the time of delivery come you will save the baby not me"

Saying so he places her in the car and come in the driver's seat.
He stops infront of the ice cream parlour and protectively keeps a hand on her waist as they cross the road.
He makes her sit down and goes and buys the ice cream.
He come back with three ice creams

"Oh but wait for that I will have to eat it and if I have it then I will become fat and post pregnancy we tend to gain weight "

Dev came to know that it was no use of fighting and becoming the centre of attraction as by now the whole parlour was looking at them.
They are there ice creams in silence and soon came out.

Dev makes her sit in the car and drives off. This time he does not dare say a word as he was not willing to have an argument again .

At home Dev breaks the news and everyone is happy . Ishwari asks Dev to take Sona upstairs and make her rest while she prepares something healthy nutritious and light for her.

After having her light snack Sona doses of and Dev starts doing neha's wedding preparations.
