That's right, I'm back with another one, what if the the League of 3 emperors never failed. For those of you who are wondering, the league of 3 emperors was a military and economic alliance between the German Empire (under Keizer Wilhelm the first), the Austro-Hungarian Empire (under emperor Franz Joseph) and the Tsardom of Russia (Under Tsar Alexander the third).

This alliance was first set up in 1873 and lasted till 1878 before it was dissolved, it was again set up in 1884 but again failed after 3 years in 1887.

The main reason for this collapse were the continuous conflicts beyween the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Russian Tsardom over who was the protector and ruler of the newly independent Balkan region.

However what if the alliance never broke apart, what if the Russians were given rule of the Balkans, or what if Germany intervened and saved the alliance? We'll check out these 2 scenarios and without any delay let's jump right in.

So the year is January the 24th 1884 and the German Empire, Austro-Hungarian Empire and Russian Tsardom decide to try the league of 3 emperors again. However before the new league is born, in the 6 year gap between the first and second alliance. Let's say Russia and Austro-Hungaria go to war against each other, leading in total Russian victory. As a result the Austro-Hungarians have been kicked from the Balkans and the Russians are now the masters of that region.

After the treaty is born tensions quickly rose in Europe. One nation however, is even more afraid and angry at these new changes than the others. And that's none other than the Ottomans. They felt cheated out of their land which increased their anger at the League of 3 Emperors but also the leader Abdulmejid also started to fear the fact that Russia now surrounding the Ottomans from the North, the Balkans, and through their puppet of Persia.

Therefore the Ottomans turn to their other rival, Britain. Now Britain has had a similar response to the Ottomans, on one hand they are mad that this new powerful alliance was created seemingly overnight. But they were also scared of its global effects, already Russian troops could be spotted in Afghanistan preparing for a possible invasion of India. King George the 5th therefore gladly accepted the invitation sent by Abdulmejid. It is to be noted that France was also present although they didn't take any active part in these discussions as they were already on good terms with Russia.

These talks eventually led to the Anglo-Ottoman defense pact which stated the following. Firstly was that an attack in one was an attack on all, secondly Britian recognized the Balkans as Ottoman lands as well as Persia and gave up their southern half of puppet Persia to Abdulmejid.

The year is 1891, with the date being 3rd February, France has had a falling out with the league of 3 emperors. The king, Louise Philippe the first, was cheated out of land that rightly belonged to him, but was given to Germany as France was internationally alone at that point and Germany had 2 powerful allies. Therefore by next month France joins the alliance of the British and the Ottomans and thus the Entante is born.

Now most people would say that this means there would be no world war 1 as Austro-Hungary does not own Serbia so the arch duke franz Ferdinand is not assassinated.

However I'm not most people and I say let there be a conflict between these 2 powerful military and economic alliances (this is educational, don't think I love war) .

So the year is 1914 and the date is July 28th. The leader of the Ottomans Caliph Mehmed the 5th cannot allow the Russians to dominate lands which were once rightfully their's.

So with permission from Britain and France. They send 3 major armies. One army of 550 000 men through Constantinople to attack the Balkan regions, another army of 250 000 to the Caucuses to defend Ottoman lands and another army of 300 000 to defend the areas of Southern Persia gifted to them by the British.

Their reasoning, and the reason France and Britain allowed this attack was that Russia did not directly own the Balkans and was only an overseer of several independent states. So therefore Russia would not have valid reasons to declare war and convince the league of 3 emperors to do so as well. And of they did than the Entante would be seen as the victims, not the aggressors.

So on 1st of August the Ottomans successfully annexed Greece, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Montenegro. They wanted to advance further south but the Russians had already mobolised a massive army of 750 000 men along with 250 000 men from Austria-Hungary. In total 1 million men were ready to push back the Ottomans, it should also be noted that 2 equally sized armies of 400 000 men were sent to Russian puppeteered Persia and the Caucasian mountains.

Than on the 3rd of August the L.3.E (league of 3 emperors) declared war on the Ottomans and thus the Entante declared war on the L.3.E. A massive British fleet quickly entered the black fleet to both provide Naval support to the Ottoman army and to destroy the Russian black sea fleet.

On the 5th of August the Russian and Austro-Hungarian combined army of 1 000 000 meets the 550 000 Ottoman army at Bucharest. The result of the battle is victory for the L3E as the Ottoman army slowly retreats.

Defeat after defeat the Ottomans are pushed back to Constantinople and the Russians and Austria-Hungarian army retakes the Balkans, following this another massive seige of Constantinople begins with the 1 000 000 L3E troops besieging the city and the 550 000 troops and the British fleet defending the capital.

Meanwhile in the west the Germans amass an army of 500 000 to push through to France, in this time line the Germans don't have to fight the Russians so they can send their entire might to France. France also amasses an army of 500 000 soldiers to protect their German border. The 2 armies are spread out across the border and are mainly there for defence.

Meanwhile another army of 250 000 thousands ploughs through Belgium and starts to take French land, however they too are stopped by a British army of 750 000 (mainly Indians). And are slowly pushed back into Belgium where trenches are dug.

In this time line since the Ottomans are on the British side than there will be no Khilafat movement and the Hindus and Muslims of India would be more than willing to fight (which may create peace between the 2).

December the 1st of 1914 and the seige of Constantinople has become a stalemate with neither side securing any victory. The Caucasian border between Russia and the Ottomans is also not experiencing any war as the mountains are too steep and cold.

However a total army of 2.3 million men from both the Ottomans and British charge into Russian puppet Persia and Russian controlled Central Asia. They manage to capture Persia however meet the 5th Siberian regiment of 1 million men who know the lands well and are great at defence. Thus trenches are dug in the lands of modern day Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

In the West the Germans have been pushed back to Brussels, however another army of 30 000 led by general Otto Von Bismark himself. Germany has by this point secured right of way through Italy and this army moves through the Italian lands and enters Southern France. They than start conquering and plundering all the way until they reach the city of Lion where 10 000 men reside defending the city. Another seige continues however this one lasts for 3 days and ends in German victory. The Germans than attack the French army on the German border from behind and together with the 500 000 army, wipe out the French. With the French border now undefended, an army of 530 000 led by Bismark heads for Paris.

1st of January, Paris is under seige, half of the British forces in Brussels (about 315 000 troops) leave to defend Paris, however estimates show that they may not make it in time. The remaining army which is left behind struggles as the Germans start using chemical weapons.

20th January, the combined British and Ottoman troops make it all the way to Kazakhstan, however due to the intense resistance they are forced to again dig up trenches, Japan joins the war against Russia hoping to claim their islands nearby. France is on the brink of surrendering to the Germans. The Ottomans manage to raise enough troops and with a new army of 150 000, use some British ships to land in Crimea. Form there they split up into 60 000 60 000 2 armies with one heading North to Moscow and the other East to Kazakhstani lands, hoping to cut off the Caucasian areas and lay seige on the capital.

February the second. The siege of Paris is over resulting in the total Annihilation of the British and French troops. France surrenders the next day and becomes German lands, however the Northern areas of France including Brittany and the French colonies are quickly taken by the British to prevent them from falling into German lands.

Moscow is under threat of a seige however and the Caucasians have been completely cut off, leaving Russia with no oil, central Asia has also successfully been captured.

The war rages on for 19 years (date is 1934) with no apparent victor. Germany has lost all their colonies, France is now non existant, Russia now has it's modern day borders and the British Empire is sick and tired of war. The Ottomans have already collapsed and now a group of 8 nations are fighting on the Entante side, them being Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine (Israel did not exist back than).

Keizer Wilhelm the second and King George the 5th meet at Washington to negotiate and the President Franklin d. Roosevelt helped to negotiate.

The treaty of Washington was set up and released on 3rd November. The treaty stated.

France was to be divided into 2 countries, Northern France which would be under German rule and an independent Southern France having all their colonial islands only, all mainland France colonies would be given independence. Lyon is now the new French capital. The United Kingdom would keep Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan while Russia would regain the remaining central asian Lands, the Caucasian mountains would be 1 independent land known as the Caucasian people's republic. However soon this land would again be united along with all of central Asia under a communist Russia...

Austria-Hungary would keep Bosnia, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Chzekoslovakia and Serbia but the remaining Balkan lands would be given to Turkey with the exception of Greece being independent. Germany would have to regive the Belgians independence. Japan would get nothing as they were not asked for help. Britain would have to give complete independence to Australia and give dominion status to the 2 new Nations of Pakistan and India.

Overall the war would be a stalemate with the future being undecided. There would be a communist Russian uprising however it is not clear whether or not there would be a second world war. The Germans and Austro-Hungarians wouldn't collapse however the Ottomans would due to war.

I hope you all are satisfied with this ending, let's look at the other scenario now.

So what if when the league was formed, to solve the Balkan issue, those lands were given to the Ottomans, again. Well this would be the best decision that the L3E could make, the Ottomans would have destroyed any rebellion and would remain a strong ally with the 3 empires and may even join the L3E making it the L4E. I am pretty sure this would not end up in a ww1 and there would be no ww2 and no communist uprising as Russia would not be weakened and no axis or nuclear weapons or great depression. The world would be extremely great and there would be no wa-Nah I'm just kidding, I'm sure in 3 or 4 years some other conflict would be started which could lead upto a ww1 and potential ww2,there's no way the world can remain peaceful for long 😂.
