In the Rintis island highschool...

GiGirGirl went outside of the high school as the class is over.

"Hey GiGirGirl."

"It's nice to see you."

"You're awesome for our hero."

She's also greeted by her classes as she's very popular for being a current hero and protector.

After waving them goodbye and is about to go home in the afternoon, GGG hears a phone call.

Once she answers the call,

"Hello?"

But then, she suddenly froze up in schock for a moment after hearing the news. Then she runs off as fast as she can.

.

"*Groans*..."

Jericho slowly wakes up, while having a headache as he couldn't remember the pain from what happened.

Then he noticed that he was in a different place. It appears to be a dark and abandoned laboratory. But realized that he's also shackled to the table and he couldn't free himself.

Wondering how he ended up in this place, Jericho remembered when he was taken by a giant hand. But also becomes familiar that it's made of shadows.

Suddenly, someone came to this old lab. To his shock by the appearance, they're a group of aliens but they have black and shadowy markings that cover half of their bodies.

"Hey! Hey! What's all this? What do you want with me?!"

He demanded. But the aliens don't seem to bother answering.

"Answer me!"

But no avail where the aliens don't show any emotions.

But they seem to be getting something, then, when they approach Jericho the alien places some kind of a helmet on his head which has a wire that connects to the machines that the aliens are working on with it. Making Jericho feel uneasy about what they're going to do to him.

Once they start activating the machine, Jericho recieve a painful electrical shock that jolts through his body.

"*Screams in pain*"

Being completely helpless as he couldn't get himself free but to feel in pain, suddenly, his eyes started to glow silver. Then his body is surrounded by black energy, which this energy starts to transfer to that machine the aliens had started, like they're trying to drain the life out of Jericho. Then, Jericho starts to see something through his head which appears to be quite terrifying.

As the black energy continues to be transferred in the machine, out of nowhere, the machine suddenly explodes. causing it to stop operating and no longer drains the life out of Jericho while he feels in pain from it.

The aliens check on why it suddenly blows up, but then, someone shows up, which is Lumi who qucikly beats them down with shooting stars at them.

Then she quickly turned herself into a shooting star so she could grab Jericho and head to the exits at full speed.

Once she and Jercho are now out from the laboratory, but the aliens begin their pursuit where they attempt to chase after them. The aliens start to act like predators that pursue their prey.

So Lumi uses star power to blast on the ceiling to make the debris, which causes it to fall on the entrance door to trap the aliens in the laboratory so they won't chase after them before Lumi carries Jericho to flee through the corridor.

Once they stop to take a breath as they're away from the aliens.

"Hey Jericho. Are you okay?"

Lumi is concerned for his well-being for what the aliens did to him.

But he didn't say anything as he appears to be traumatized. Making Lumi angry for what they did to him.

"Okay. I don't know what's going on, but what matters is we have to get out of here safe and sound. This is why we need each other to survive this together."

Lumi tries to get Jericho to stand up and proceed to look for the exit.

Jericho remains quiet and uneasy while looking at the corridor, but what he sees is that the corridor looks more like a tunnel of the cave. Making him feel anxious as this reminds him of his claustrophobia.

Before Lumi would ask if he was alright, someone came to them. Which are more aliens but also have black markings that cover half of their bodies. While they act like a feral beast.

Lumi notices that the aliens seem to look like ordinary civilians. Wondering if the black markings would mess up their minds.

But she and Jericho have to get away from them as the hands of the aliens start to turn into sharp claws.

Lumi subdues the aliens when they start to attack. But Jericho only stares at the aliens with his eyes wide open in a blank state, like he's familiar with the aliens he had seen in the past.

Once Lumi charge to give an attack, the other aliens attempt to take on Jericho, however, he only stares at them as they remind him of the monsters from his memories.

When they get closer, Jericho does nothing but freeze in fear, continuing to trigger  flashbacks of being attacked by a terrifying monster.

"NO! PLEASE! DON'T!"

Jericho shouted in anguished and he starts to sit down and hold his head, while trembling in fear.

"No! No! Go Away...! Go Away...! Go Away...!"

Upon taking down the black marked aliens, Lumi notice how Jericho started to become more fearful from facing the black marked aliens. Forcing to turn herself into a shooting star to charge against them to save him.

"Hey Jericho, what's wrong?"

She becomes worried on why he's like this. Only to recognize the way he's scared of, which she remembers the time where Nefertine brought them to the underground labyrinth where Jericho becomes scared because this place reminds of his bad memories despite not being able to remember.

Only to realize that more black marked aliens are coming after the two. So Lumi blast with her star powers at the ceiling to collapse on them, before carrying Jericho by turning into a shooting to a safer place at full speed.

Now they are alone in farther places of the corridor, Lumi tries to call for Jericho, only he said,

"It's happening again..."

"...?"

"It's happening again!"

Jericho becomes more anxious than before.

"Was it the one when you mention that you're afraid of being trapped in the underground cave since the time Nefertine trapped us there?"

Lumi recalled.

However, this only retraumatized as Jericho starts to screams in anguish and tears runs through his eyes while holding his head.

"So-Sorry! I did't mean it. I'm just worried about you."

Jericho continues to cry out in anguish.

But then...

The horde of black marked aliens has find the two and begins with their pursuit.

With Jericho being unable to do anything but to freeze in fear, Lumi will have to step in to protect him.

Lumi bravely fends off the black marked aliens by turning into shooting star to charge against the monsters, then blast stars at them.

But more of the monsters are coming after them, which they're surrounded.

Lumi continues to blast stars at the monster but one of them doesn't seem to be effective from the blast as they continue moving forward towards them. 

Now completely surrounded and nowhere to escape from them, which makes Jericho more fearful to face against them, Lumi summons a large star shield in an attempt to keep them from getting close.

But she doesn't have enough strength to keep from getting close as they try to move the shield away.

She may feel overwhelmed as they're outnumbered, but still determined to protect Jericho.

When the star shield starts to crack as the monster persistently tries to break through, Lumi begins to raise her power as hard as she can to strengthen herself which causes her body to be surrounded by golden light.

But then, the golden light suddenly makes an explosion, causing it to briefly blow away the black marked aliens, and Jericho gets thrown to the wall.

Then he sees a large glowing light that he couldn't see well from the brightness.

Once the light slowly vanishes, Jericho notices something different from Lumi.

"Lumi? What just happened? When did you suddenly change your clothes out of nowhere?"

Jericho is surprised to see what he sees in disbelief from what happened to Lumi as she suddenly changes, which she appears to be wearing in a sailor outfit!

"I what?! *looks at herself* Huh?! How did I change clothes?!"

She's confused as Jercho from what happened.

Only to realize that the horde of black marked aliens continues with their pursued on the two where one of them launch to tackle them.

Lumi is about to subdue where she raised her hand to use her power, suddenly, instead of star powers, it blasts water that gives a powerful blow to the black marked alien.

"Is that... Water?"

"You can do that?"

"No... It just... Came out of nowhere after I got this sailor suit."

As Lumi is surprised to discover her new ability, she realizes that water is flowing out from her hands.

"Hey! Hey! Stop it!"

Lumi tries to make the water stop coming out of her hands, but it keeps flowing out. It was so strong it flooded the whole corridor.

While it sends the black marked aliens away, they end up getting themselves engulfed by the water where they're driven away.

The water is so strong they get dragged down to the stairway until they land on the bottom of the floor.

"*Coughs*... Hey, Jericho. Are you okay?"

"*Coughs*... Yeah... I think so... But... I'm just surprised that you can control water. I mean, I don't remember that water is related to your star powers."

"I was wondering the same thing."

As Lumi is looking at her sailor suit she's wearing, suddenly, her eyes start to glow and she zones out.

In her mind, she starts to see a vision like she discovered her true power.

"Lumi? Are you okay?"

Jericho tries to call her if she's okay.

Once Lumi goes back to her senses,

"I found what my powers are."

She tells Jericho about learning her true power. This water ability came from the zodiac power called aquarius.

"Aquarius?"

Jericho never thought of her star powers having unique abilities.

Lumi states that since zodiacs are directly connected to constellations of stars, her own kind with star abilities can unlock their zodiac transformation as their true potential once they manage to master their powers.

She can become other kinds of zodiac like pisces, aries, taurus, and more with unique ability.

"*In his mind* Her power seems to be familiar..." Jericho briefly becomes familiar with something similar.

However,

"I don't think my own kind weren't able to use that power for a long time."

Lumi states that no one, not even her own kind, hasn't seen this unique ability for centuries, which becomes a myth.

"Well... That's too bad..."

This only makes Lumi sad for the loss of her kind, making Jericho to give her a sad look, knowing how much pain to be the only one alive.

Lumi recalls when she first discovered her zodiac powers when she faced Mirage, she doesn't have the memory of how she defeated her. But she remembers when Mirage attempted to make her lose control of her power. Only to unexpectedly witness their discovery of the zodiac power. Meaning, Mirage might be the reason Lumi has awakened her new power by accident.

As she wonders how she would learn to use this power and try to change into other forms to see what other kind of ability, only to be interrupted as more black marked aliens show up to pursue them.

This makes Jericho to be traumatized again and he's too anxious to fight against them.

"Stay back Jericho. I got this."

Leaving Lumi to protect him again, then attempts to use the aquarius power where she shoots water from her hands which sends them flying from receiving a blow.

She continues to blast water at them, but one of them launches itself to tackle Lumi.

"*Gasp!*"

"*Slash!*"

It appears that she has received a blow.

However...

Lumi learns that her water power can make her intangible.

Then, the black marked aliens received a blow by a blast of water. But it's not from Lumi, it's from Jericho who uses water stone on his weapon, which takes the form of a Trident, to blast water to help her.

"Together, Lumi!"

They both blast water powers together which creates a huge tidal wave, causing the black marked aliens to be sent away.

However, there's one of the monsters who attempt to ambush them behind.

Only Lumi quickly steps in to counter it. Suddenly, she gets surrounded by golden light.

Jericho is surprised to see what's going to happen to Lumi while stopping the attack by grabbing the monster with her bare hands.

Once the light vanishes, Lumi has changed into another look, but not just another outfit, but now has kind of a trait of a lion on her body like ears, tail, paws, while her hair is wild and messy which is like a mane of a lion.

Once Lumi gives a blow to the monster, showing she has gained strength.

Lumi realizes that this is a form of Leo, which she now has the power of a lion.

When more of the black marked aliens show up, Lumi immediately gives them a strike with sharp claws, Then she runs over at high speed to charge against them, and then Lumi gives a last blow by giving a roar which her voice is so hyper it creates a sonic wave that sends the black marked aliens flying.

"Gah! Too loud! Too loud!"

Jericho covers his ears as he couldn't handle hearing her roar so painfully that he almost became deaf.

Having to drive away the monsters, Lumi reverted back to normal which she retained her tournament outfit.

Then she approaches Jericho to see if he's alright, which he only checks if he can still hear after the loud roar.

"Jericho... Are you okay?"

"Hmm? Yeah. I think I can hear you well."

"No. I mean..."

What She meant is that Jericho doesn't seem to feel claustrophobic anymore.

"Yeah... Maybe I feel a little better. It's just... Your power is so amazing."

He admits he was stunned with her new abilities, and how she managed to use it very well.

"Sorry that I froze up."

He apologized for freezing up that keeps him from helping Lumi.

"Those aliens try to put an experiment on me, I started to remember those memories".

"So do you remember from your memories like who you are or where you come from?"

Lumi asks if he remembers the past or his identity of his old self.

"No... I still don't know who I am... But I wish to forget something I don't want to remember..."

He admits that he still can't remember his identity in his old life, but he wishes to forget about the horrors he has seen. To which Lumi gently pats his back to comfort him.

Also,

"Thanks Lumi."

He's grateful for sticking up by his side.

"A promise is a promise, Jericho."

Lumi recalls her promise to never be a burden to him.

"You know what, I feel better from watching you with your new powers. It's pretty cool."

Jericho admits about feeling better after watching her facing off the black marked aliens with her new power as he no longer feels scared, but being amazed.

"But I want to get out of here right now. I hate staying here much longer."

He still wants to get out of this place, or he'll get traumatized again.

"Alright, let's go."

So they proceed to look for the exit.

As Lumi went ahead, Jericho silently looked at her with a smile. He is touched by how she's willing to protect him no matter what, proving how much she cared for him.
