The space pirates begin to invade the city of planet earth.

Where all the pirate army is dropped out and begins to attack this place.

While the civilians are running away in terror.

But then, Yaya arrives to stop their invasion. As she easily fends them off, while defending the civilians and the city.

Like using gravity powers to grab most of the army, then send them flying.

Deflecting the cannon shots that were trying to aim at the gravity user.

Then physically beat them down.

Once she defeated the whole army, the captain of this crew uses the ship's cannon to aim fire at Yaya.

But the gravity user immediately flies towards it, which she has smashed across the ship in full strength and speed, which explodes.

Soon...

The captain and the other crew members have survived the explosion but were arrested by TAPOPS who had arrived on earth after Yaya defeated the space pirates.

But she immediately leaves without saying a word to them as she flies off.

Elsewhere at the Alphas academy from planet Astropolis...

The students of the last grade class who are in their battle outfits instead of a uniform are gathered in the assembly area Where they attend the ceremony.

When Garu steps on the stage, he announced about participating mission. As they had tracked down the invaders that terrorize the city right now, which is on another planet besides planet Astropolis.

But only 8 students for those who get good grades in class (Since a week is already passed of their first day of classes), shall be chosen to participate in a mission on fighting against villains or criminals, but also protecting people.

While the rest shall resume with their class with a substitute teacher, as Droyd will be leading this mission, and he'll be the one to access on activating the student's armor.

Since every chief's device has a connection from the Alpha license, whenever the time is needed. But only for an emergency since it only lasts 15 minutes.

Also, reminding them about participating in a mission is a record that would earn achievements of becoming a top-ranked specialist.

So the general announced the selection of the 8 students who are joining the mission:

Mostly Sukar,

Mele,

Magi,

including Lumi.

Then to the other 3 students:

Felisa, an 18-year-old tall Young woman with blue hair and yellow eyes. She may look like a human but possess cat traits on her body, (ears and tail).

Mei, an 18-year-old tall young woman (but shorter than Felisa), with black hair, who looks like a human. But has wing-shaped robot ears.

and Yuri, an 17 years old young woman, but in short stature. She resembles a human being with bowl-cut silver-white hair, and a gothic appearance, but has white eyes.

As Mercury is confident that he would be included on this mission like he always does for the past few years as a student, however, he's proven wrong.

To the student's disbelief, Garu reveals that the 8th selected specialist is Jericho.

Much to dismay Mercury, as he has always been seeking to become a top rank while objecting about allowing a "puny" human to participate in it.

Garu tells him off that Mercury's constant violent stunt whenever he went on a mission over the years, has caused harm to someone and destruction because of his deadly Powers.

Due to his disobedience, recklessness, and arrogance. As he's under probation in every mission for the rest of the year. Which he won't achieve himself to become top-rank.

Also, Jericho has been selected because of his good records for his studies and training, including that he's less violent and destructive than Mercury.

Which he starts to argue with the general.

"There's no point in picking him over me! As I am way stronger than him. Since I spent years aiming to become a top rank so I could prove myself to be superior!"

"Don't forget that you're trained to protect anyone, not to become better than them. But we shall not tolerate with that behavior of yours. If you continue to act like that, then you're out of here."

Garu threatens to expel Mercury, which the latter becomes more frustrated.

But then someone taps on his shoulder.

???: Mercury...

Mercury: *turns around to see someone behind* Mirage?

It is a teenage girl named Mirage in punk attire, while she has the same skin as his, but has white messy hair. While he has known her.

Mirage: 😑 please don't ever think of trying to embarrass yourself like you always do that.

Mercury: embarrass?! I am no- *notices that Mirage starts to make a ferocious look of her face. Which he sheepishly silent himself*

Once he has shut himself off, Garu proceeds the mission with the chosen students.

Once the selected students leave the area where they're headed for the ship just to depart themselves to another planet, Mercury may be dismayed but arrogantly doubts that the white-haired boy wouldn't be able to survive his first mission since he's only just a normal human being with no powers.

Only to be smacked by Mirage out of annoyance for talking big, and tells him to shut up.

Soon...

When the Alphas operators arrived on another planet, they see the city being terrorized by the army of evil robots.

But before they would do, they encounter a flying drone, which they received a transmission from Garu from this device.

Where he reminds them that they send a drone to analyze the student's skills and recording them during the battle, as this would be graded.

So the specialist and Droyd begin to attack the evil robots, but was reminded to keep civilians safe from being harmed and some who needed rescue.

As the specialists are fighting against the horde, the alien student's special powers are revealed.

Felisa, since she's part cat, capable of destroying the robots in combat skills with feline-like abilities. Even can grow out razor claws from her fingers to slice one of them in half.

Mele is a brawler, capable of striking down on her opponents with her bare hands in immense strength. As she can enhance her athletic skills.

While her sister, Magi, assisted her. But unlike her twin, she only relies on her powers. Where she uses her scepter to cast magic, like using a defense shield on Mele to protect her. Then casts an energy beam to blast the robots.

Mei has the power to manifest her body into machinery. Like turning her legs into rocket boosters that allow herself to fly. Then both of her arms turn into machine cannons that blast energy beams.

Yuri doesn't seem to be using her powers in the battle, but only to be using her umbrella as a weapon, which can shoot bullets like a gun. And it's also a shield as it's also bulletproof.

Even Sukar's powers aren't shown. Only to be an expert fighter. As he can take down his enemies with his bare hands. Even intercept the attacks, where he kicks off the laser blasts from being hit before taking them down.

As Jericho is watching their battle, he then starts catching attention from Lumi who is surrounded by a group of robots.

Only to prove herself to be a capable fighter, where she physically beat down the robots before blasting star powers at them.

Making the human boy feel impressed from seeing this.

While one of the robots attempt to attack him from behind, but the boy immediately shot it down from behind with a gun without looking back at it.

But With more robot army coming, Jericho jumps into action.

He charges at the first enemy, striking it down with his sword and gun before the robot has any chance to use its weapon. Then blast it with a gun.

Jumping between the street lights, the boy deflects laser shots from the next two opponents, before slamming one of them into a tree with his hilt of the sword. Which breaks its circuits and loses power.

Proceeding onto his next target, he knocks the other robot over with a swipe of his hilt, sends it flying into the air by ramming the hilt up the robot from the front body, before knocking it out by leaping upwards to kick its back down into the ground, And slices into half.

Leaving his classmates in awe upon watching his actions.

Once there are no other robots left to exterminate, Droyd tells the specialists to check on the condition of the civilians since most of them became a victim of the attacks. But needs them to evacuate that the swarm would continue, as the evil robots were released from the spaceship from the sky.

After following orders, the specialist splits up to search for civilians.

As Jericho is on a search, he hears a commotion that is in the forest which is outside of the city. So he decided to check it out.

While Lumi notices that the human boy is approaching the woods, so she curiously tries to check on him on what he's doing.

While looking around, Jericho notices a trail of broken trees and burned ground. So he tries to approach it.

Which he finds a place to encounter that shocks him from seeing it.

The boy has discovered that there's a black and green dragon, laying on the ground. Which is trapped by a bola net.

When Jericho carefully looks closer, where he sees that it's still alive. But is severely injured which it won't free itself from captivity. Even notice that there's a bear trap that is stuck on its right leg.

Although he has just encountered an injured dragon, the white-haired boy brings out a sword in an attempt to kill it. Believing that the dragon could still be a threat.

Meanwhile, Lumi has followed him in the woods. When she finds him, however, she witnesses that Jericho is attempting to kill the monster.

So Lumi decided to hide just to observe on what he's really doing instead.

As Jericho is about to kill it, however, when he sees the dragon's green eyes as it's looking at him, he was shocked to see how frightened the creature was. Despite its vicious appearance.

Which he remembers the lectures from the mentors about being judgemental would never prosper anything, like he doubted Sukar's attitude when he first met.

So he can't bring himself to kill it. As he shouldn't doubt something immediately without any good reasons.

So the white-haired boy decided to set the dragon free instead.

Once the boy carefully removes the bear trap off, then cuts it free from the ropes, the dragon begins to rise, (which startled him).

Although the dragon is being hostile towards the white-haired boy, the creature decided to leave him be.

Then its abilities are revealed where the creature begins to camouflage itself so it wouldn't be seen. Then rushes off as far as it could, as it's still injured from flying. While briefly causing a commotion in the forest.

Once it's gone after setting it free, Jericho is relieved as he thought the creature would try to hurt him. Only to see that the dragon doesn't intend to cause any harm.

Then notice something on the ground, which Is a large claw. And realized that it belongs to a dragon that he had encountered. So he picks it up and puts it in the pocket.

Seeing this...

"He just let that dragon go instead of killing it. ... at least it didn't try to hurt him... But still... He doesn't seem to be a bad person like everyone thought about him... Or maybe he has changed of heart right now, after what he did..."

Lumi is impressed of Jericho for sparing the dragon.

Unknowingly to them, the camera drone secretly records him from the sky without being spotted, where Garu is watching from the monitor. Which he becomes impressed by what he did.

Then Jericho's Alpha License begins to ring (including Lumi's), which is the call from Droyd as he needs all the specialists to gather up back to the city.

So Lumi leaves the forest immediately to avoid being caught spying by Jericho.

Once all of the 8 specialists are gathered in the middle of the city while the civilians are already evacuated, their leader informs about more enemies would keep on coming to attack.

But this time, they bring out a bigger robot army and they're much tougher.

When the time has come, Droyd activates his device to allow access to the specialist's Alpha License to initiate the transformation, which they received a special armor.

As the bigger evil robots are getting close to the ground, the specialist starts attacking them.

Which they easily destroy them, with the power they possessed being enhanced by the armor.

While some can summon a weapon that is based on their powers. Like Lumi summons a claymore that is made out of her star powers.

Even upgrading their weapons to make it stronger (temporarily), like Jericho's sword and gun, Yuri's umbrella, and Magi's scepter.

Which their fight becomes easier.

As Jericho easily slices 4 robots into pieces that gather around the boy, he sees one of the robots that try to attack Sukar from behind. As he's too busy taking down the enemies physically, where they constantly running towards him from the front.

Upon learning from his errors after meeting a dragon, the human boy jumps in to save Sukar from the robot.

Which catches attention after seeing him destroying the robot. And become confused from being saved by his roommate, despite being cold to him at first.

"Did you just save me... After all the things I said to you?"

"Well-"

Before he would give a response, there are suddenly called by their leader.

Droyd alerts them that the ship is launching missiles. Which one of them is getting closer.

Before ordering them to aim fire, Jericho immediately jumps in to slice the missile in half before it explodes after that. Thanks to Angsa's training to improve his skills and strength.

Which surprises his classmates from seeing his actions.

Then they noticed that more missiles are all launched towards the city, forcing them to destroy it with their firearm weapons, while the others uses their powers to shoot at it.

But this distracts the group as the other evil robot army attempt to attack them.

Only to be saved by Jericho, where he took them down just to defend his classmates.

"Go destroy that ship! I'll cover for you!"

The boy fends off the whole army on his own, even Sukar helps. Which they continue to destroy the missiles, to prevent them from destroying the city.

With no other missiles and robot army left, this allows the robot leader to fly up towards it. Where he draws out weapons and blasts lasers to destroy the ship.

While being assisted by his students, where they aim fire at the ship with their weapons and superpowers.

Which causes the ship to explode immediately.

After the mission, the 8 specialists return to the Alphas academy where they're at the assembly area to meet with the general.

Droyd informs about their succession of defeating the enemies. While the students did their best on stopping the enemies and protecting the city.

As Garu congratulates their efforts, he then checks the results of the specialist's records of their mission. Only those who get the highest shall gain many grades.

When the results are shown from the monitor, the highest student would be Jericho.

While Sukar is 2nd, Felisa is 3rd, Mele is 4th, Mei is 5th, Yuri is 6th, Lumi is 7th, and Magi is 8th.

This surprises them about a normal human who can beat the alien's records.

Garu explains that not only to test their skills and prove their capabilities, it's also about supporting their teammates and helping each other out that also counts.

This recalls when Jericho buys them some time to stop their enemies, even defending them from being ambushed. Like he saved Sukar.

While he gets the most count on defeating tough enemies.

Garu: you did well Jericho. You seem to warm up to your comrades, even though you're not interested in connecting with them.

Jericho: 😒 well... I'm just doing my job to accomplish the mission.

As the boy denies it, not wanting to admit it, the wolf general remains faithful as he believes in Jericho's potential would reach his succession of becoming a top rank specialist after graduating, (as he's proud of him for what he did to the dragon from earlier).

Once they are dismissed, however, Mercury is watching from behind the entrance door that he's outside of the assembly area. As he grows envious of the human's succession of his mission, after spying on the meeting.

Later, outside of the Alphas academy...

Mercury punches the tree out of frustration.

"No!!! It's supposed to be me! I can't believe Garu turned down on me, and never allow me to have a mission ever again! I was so desperate to become a top rank to prove myself better than anyone else! But with that Jericho brat show up, it would be humiliating from being beaten by that normal human freak that would take my spot instead!"

Mercury grows jealous of the human boy, so he plots to get rid of him.

But needs to think of a plan without being caught up by the headmaster or the other staff members. As he needs some help.
