Nefertine arrives to confront her enemies.

Jericho: Nefertine! What's the meaning of this?! Why did you send us here?!

Nefertine:... Isn't obvious? I was planning to get rid all of you by feeding my pets. As they're meant to obtain their powers after devouring pests like the rest of you all.

Jericho: wait. So you're saying that you're planning to feed monsters to make them stronger?

Mele: so that explains a lot, huh?

Magi: no wonder they're much stronger than the rest of them from before.

Liber: so that means... The other victims weren't able to survive from those monsters...

Realizing that the rest of the victims were already got themselves killed.

"If they're really dead, I wonder if they're torn apart from limb to limb." Jericho said bluntly, while seemly return to his old intimidating self.

Much to shock the others from his intimidating comment.

Mele: seriously?! What's up with your imagination?! I thought you were scared of being trapped in here!

Liber: but now you're starting to make scary comments like that?! You're starting to creep me out!

Lumi: I can see Jericho turning back to his scary self...

Magi: Yup... He is...

Yuri: *sighs*...

Everyone just watch from the sidelines, while some just sweat dropped at the specialists.

While Nefertine briefly becomes irritated with them for not paying attention on this situation.

"I never thought you could be a bunch of nuisance..."

Then Lee-yu begins to step in.

"Hey you!"

"Hmm..."

"I remember what you did to me was unforgivable!"

"Oh. You were that pesky dragon that I made you into a monster."

"It's your fault that I hurt someone!"

"Hmph! I never thought on what you look like in that form of yours, comparing to your viscous dragon form."

This surprised the military soldiers in disbelief as they learned that the little girl was the dragon that they tried to hunt it down.

"Wait..."

"So that little girl..."

"Is a Dragon?!"

"The one we tried to kill it?!"

"What a crazy world we lived in..."

While Lee-yu boldly recalls about their last encounter when Nefertine interrogate for the location of her home planet, planet of dragons.

"I have reasons to never tell you anything as I don't want to cause trouble to them! Before you brainwashed me to make me hurt people!"

"Exactly. This was a part of my plan."

"What?"

"Doesn't matter anyway... While I'm surprised to see that you defeated all of my beloved pets. I wonder how would that happened... Oh well... I'll just finished you all myself. I can't stand anyone standing in my way."

Once Nefertine brings out her scepter, the rest of the specialists and Lee-yu prepare themselves to face against her.

Only the military leader immediately orders his troops to fire against the enemy and starts firing laser.

However, Nefertine's Sand manipulation has made her body intangible as it pass through her from the incoming gunfire. Even Liber's alchemy arrow only passes through her.

Which Lumi recalls from their past encounter along with the rest of the Transylvaniacs, as she proves to be powerful to face with.

They suggested to escape from her, however Nefertine begins to summon her multiple bandages to grab the soldiers in attempt to squeeze them to death.

With them being suffocating, only Lumi uses Star Shurikein to cut off the bandages to free them.

Once the soldiers are dropped to the ground after being released, Nefertine makes another trick by using her scepter that has the power to summon a swarm of Beatles to attack them.

Making the specialists to tell everyone to duck, just to avoid from the swarm where they quickly lower themselves down to the ground.

Only when Lee-yu breathes fire to burn the Beatles to ashes.

Nefertine begins to use a technique called Sand Spike, where it begins to burst out from the ground and starts to head towards everyone in attempt to skewer them.

Causing Magi to intervened the Sand Spike from coming by blasting it.

As Jericho and the rest begins to charge towards Nefertine, only she summons a Sand Tornado to drift the military soldiers into the vortex to send them flying.

While Jericho and the others was able to avoid it, with the help from Mele, Magi, and Lee-yu who drag them to safety.

Once the Sand Storm vanishes while the ones who are drifted from the vortex have crashed down to ground, they're suddenly sinks down to the ground which is one of Nefertine's power to transform the ground that everyone is standing into a Quicksand to trap her enemies.

With the rest struggles to keep themselves from sinking, Magi uses her power to bring every victims out from the quicksand to a safer ground.

While Lee-yu quickly pulled Jericho out by using her wings to fly.

As she carries him in the air, Nefertine attempt to blast sand power on them, while she managed to avoid it.

Before Nefertine would make more attacks, only to be stopped by Yuri who uses her Umbrella Gun to shoot against her.

Alongside with Mele, Magi, Lumi to face with, as the militaries are too exhausted.

After Lee-yu puts him down, Jericho tries to help as he Rush over, but gets punched to the wall by Nefertine's sand powers.

Then Nefertine has easily overpowered them. Where she uses Binding Bandages to grab Mele and slam her to the ground back and forth then tosses her.

Lee-yu charge towards Nefertine to give a punch. But Nefertine sends her flying with her sands powers.

While Jericho stands up and catch her from falling.

Seeing how powerful Nefertine where she single handedly fend off the group, thinking there's no chance to win against her.

Only Jericho has think of a weakness against sand. Then, he remembers something.

"Lee-yu! Try breath fire on Nefertine! Since she can make her body into sand, as fire can turn sand into glass!"

"Really? It can do that? Are you sure"

"Trust me, it will work. This could turn her into glass. Now breath fire now!"

Once she comply with his orders while Nefertine is still busy fighting we enemies, Lee-yu breathes fire to Nefertine.

However...

To everyone's shocked...

It doesn't seem to be effective and also unimpeded from being burned alive.

Then Nefertine attempt to attack Lee-yu, which appears to be able cast Fire powers as well. Only to be pushed down by Jericho to duck.

Before she would come after them, she is stopped by Lumi and starts facing against each them the others join to resume it.

"I don't get it. I thought it would work." Jericho becomes confused from this. Seeing that she can manipulate both sand and fire at the same time.

But then, he noticed something from Nefertine who was wearing an accessory on her forehead, which has a gem on it that was glowing after being ineffective from the fire attack. Which starts to pick up the rock gem from his pocket to look at it.

Nefertine continues to fend off the group where she tries to attack Yuri with Binding Bandages, while she uses her Umbrella as a shield.

It won't last as Yuri lost the grip of her umbrella when it got shot from a fire, then gets whipped by a bandage.

Liber attempt to shoot one of alchemy arrow on the enemy, only she turned the ground into a Quicksand to sink him. Which he struggles himself from sinking too fast.

Magi tries to save him from the quicksand, but gets attack by one of Nefertine's Sand powers.

Mele tries to charge for an attack, only to be sent flying by a fire blast that Nefertine cast.

Once Mele crashes to the ground and is covered in ashes, Magi becomes angry for what Nefertine did. So she begins to raise her hand to unleashed her magic power instead of using her scepter.

But was stopped by her sister who grabbed her hand as she tells to not unleashed her powerful magic without a scepter that she has yet to control it. Or else, she might caused harm to everyone else like she did from the past.

But then, the twins are snatched by Nefertine's Bandages in attempt to suffocate them.

Lumi tries to save them, but Nefertine blast fire on her.

She uses Star Shield to protect herself, only her shield gets shattered then gets blown to the wall.

Then, something passes through her face that came out of nowhere. Which Nefertine sense a presence as she has easily caught something.

It reveals that Lee-yu uses her camouflage ability in attempt to sneak attack. But failed as she forget that Nefertine's sand manipulation made her body intangible.

Then Nefertine pins her down and is about to finish her off. However...

"Hey You!"

When she hear someone calling for her, a rock suddenly burst out from the ground she is standing over and grabs her.

Before struggling to get free from the rocks, she sees Jericho who's holding Yuri's Umbrella Gun. And starts shooting a single bullet at her.

Although she expects a bullet would pass through her, only the bullet aims directly at the gem she's wearing on her forehead.

Instead of shattering it, the gem only got off from her accessory and is dropped to the ground.

Before Nefertine would furiously try to charge at him, Liber shoots alchemy arrow at her back which creates an explosive flame that surrounds her.

Once the flame vanishes after that, Nefertine's entire body becomes a statue of glass.

With this, Lee-yu gives a blow where Nefertine is shattered into pieces of glass.

This caused Mele and Magi to be released from the bandages and landed by foot. While Liber stops sinking from the quicksand and starts climbing out.

"Incredible..."

"I don't believe it..."

"No one would ever stood up against the Transylvaniac."

"They're undefeated..."

"But those kids really did it..."

The military soldiers are amazed and disbelief from their efforts of defeating a Transylvaniac.

After returning the umbrella to Yuri, Jericho look at something to the ground. Which is a fire shaped gem and tries to pick it up.

"Ouch! It burns!"

His fingers nearly get burn as it proves to be very hot from touching it.

As Jericho put his finger in his mouth as he got wounded, Magi decided to give him a small case to put the gem inside. Which is immune from the heat.

"Here, Jericho. Put this one in here."

"Oh thanks, Magi."

Now that he got the fire gem in his hands, Lumi then approaches to the others.

Lumi: What's that, Jericho?

Jericho: I think... I've seen this gem before. It looks so familiar.

Mele: yet... You still have no idea. Just because of your amnesia, right?

Jericho:... Right...

Yuri: were you actually aiming on that gem that Nefertine was wearing?

Jericho:... Yeah... As I have a feeling when I first saw Nefertine's gem, it was calling me. Just like the other gems. And this one is a Fire Gem. Maybe this explain how Nefertine would control fire because of this. Just like Hakai used the other 2 gems to manipulate the powers.

Lumi: Oh Yeah. I do remember that.

Jericho: also, it could explain why Lee-yu's fire isn't effective on her. Before I get to remove it from her, with the use of this to hold her down, *Shows the rock gem to the.*

Magi: did you use that gem to trap Nefertine?

Jericho: yeah. I figure out on how to use it.

Lee-yu: I see. That's cool!

Lumi: but still... I can see that you're not scared of being trapped in the underground anymore.

Jericho: well... I have to admit... It was scary to be trapped in here and almost got killed... But I realize that, I wasn't alone at all. I have someone who's got my back. Which I'm less scared because of you guys. Thanks.

Which they're all thrilled from this gratitude.

Then they received an applause from the military soldiers for their efforts of defeating the powerful enemy. Including on Lee-yu who are cheering for her.

While Liber remain silent who looks at Jericho in grimace.

Everyone proceeds to search for a way out of the labyrinth where they walk across the tunnel together. With Yuri taking a lead as she had used her clairvoyance power to search for an exit.

"I can't believe there two more gems in here just like the rest of them as they're both element." Said Jericho who's holding the rock and fire gem.

"It's amazing how you manage to get those other gems. They could be useful as the elemental powers are so incredible." Said Lumi.

"It is incredible indeed. But we cannot let anyone use it for a wrong hands. Like what Nefertine and Hakai did. We wouldn't stand a chance" Said Jericho.

"You're right. We can't allow that to happen. But, I wonder if there's more of them. Maybe another kind of elemental powers." Said Lumi.

"At least we managed to get them. But we're not sure on where they are." Said Magi.

"Maybe we could use Jericho as our tracker. Since he's the only one who can do that." Mele jokes.

"Well... I don't think it's happening right now..." Said Jericho.

Then, Lee-yu begins to approach to Jericho.

"Hey Jericho."

"Yeah?"

"You said you have amnesia, right?"

"Yeah. I do."

"Since you don't know who you are, aren't you worried about your background?"

"I wish I could... But... There are things I remember a little that came from my feelings. Which is the reason I want to become a specialist in the first place. I want to become stronger. Because I thought someone would accept me so I could become good enough for them."

"Really? This could be another reason I want to become a specialist as well. So that I'll be accepted by being the best as well!

"That's nice. Try doing your best when you get older."

"Also, I want to know what's like to be free and having fun since I never have one before."

"Really?"

"Mhmm!"

Lee-yu's cheerfulness made Jericho smile and pat her head.

Seeing them getting along makes Lumi envious once again. Also Lee-yu being attached to him also irritated her as her left eye briefly twitches.

Also remember about hearing the same thing that Jericho has said to her from last time.

While Liber is still silent from listening their conversation who's walking behind them.

Until Yuri inform everyone that she has found a way out of the labyrinth which the they found a light from outside.

Once they check out to the surface, they realize that they're in a different planet that they're brought by Nefertine. So the military leader decided to call for a rescue.

Meanwhile...

Liber begins to approach to Yuri.

"Yuri."

"What is it?"

"Let's have a talk in private."

"Why?"

"I have to tell you something."

"..."

Once the military leader informs that he managed to call for a rescue to pick them but has to wait for them to arrive, unbeknownst from everyone, a gust of sand appears behind them.

Which is Nefertine, who seems to have recovered herself from being turned into glass but became exhausted.

But now becomes infuriated from this defeat and wants a revenge.

When she first have eyes on Jericho, who was the cause of her defeat, she begins to cast her powers where she uses scepter to blast a small flame to aim at him.

As the flame is getting close to Jericho, however, this only alerted Lumi as she noticed a threat that coming for him.

"Jericho Watch Out!"

She rushes herself to save him as she pushes him off.

Unfortunately, she received a hit instead. Although Lumi doesn't seem to be unharmed from the blast, instead she fainted.

This alerted everyone from this, which they turn around and find Nefertine standing behind from the back.

"Nefertine?! You're still alive?! But how?!" Lee-yu is disbelief.

"GRRR... this is the last remaining flame that i got!" Said Nefertine who becomes frustrated. Also has no energy left.

Lee-yu and Mele, including the few of the soldiers, becomes angry and tries to chase after her. Only she turns into a gust of sand to vanish herself to escape from them.

As they want to track her down, only to be reminded on worrying about their friend who is not feeling well.

"Lumi! Lumi! Come on! Say something!" Jericho becomes devastated as she doesn't respond anything.

Then he sees a small flame coming out from over her left chest. Which tries to touch it.

"Don't touch it! That might infect you too!" Yuri warns him.

Which Jericho stops himself from laying his hand on the flame.

Now they become more worried for Lumi's condition. Devastating for a treatment to help Lumi.

So Liber uses his power to scan over Lumi until he discover something.

Liber: guys! This isn't just a flame, it's some sort of a curse that Nefertine had put a spell on Lumi. As it's known to be the "Flames of Despair."

Jericho: Flames of Despair?

Liber: That curse would take the victim's life out. As the flame is all over the victim's heart that can drain their life force. Which makes them lose their strength, creating a massive fever all over the body, until... They die...

Much to shock the others, fearing for their friend's life.

Jericho: so... Does that mean...

Magi: Lumi will die?!

Lee-yu: oh no! What should we do?!

They become worried, and tries to think of something to save her.

Jericho: wait! Maybe we could use Curebot. It's the power sphere that can heal any kind of diseases, right?

Lee-yu: of course! I remember. Maybe that will work Like it happens to me.

Yuri: ummm... Aren't you forgetting something?

Only to remembers that it was destroyed by Nefertine as they still got a shattered pieces of it.

So they'll have to return to the headquarters to fix it once they got rescued.

Right now, they have to take care of Lumi to make sure she's okay.
