"She is really asking for it" Gracie comments as once again Tracie spits the food from me mouth and just smiles.

"Maybe she does not like it" Tristan comments as he wipes Tracie's face covered with the food.

"But she was eating it happily until yesterday; you think she is coming up with something?" she worries as she puts the bowl away.

"No, I think our princess is getting bored with the same flavor. How about we go shopping see if we can get baby food in other flavor?" he asks as he picks Tracie up.

"Sounds good"

"You go get ready I will clean up" he smiles as he passes their daughter to Gracie.

"Okay" she smiles walking away while Tristan picks the bowl and cleans the mess their daughter made.

"Wow, when was the last time we came for shopping?" Gracie asks as they enter the busy shopping center.

"I don't remember even coming shopping with you, now that I think it was always you or mom stocking food for me" he grins as he pulls the baby's cart while their daughter looks around wide eyes coming to a new place.

"Oh she loves this" Gracie comments as she rubs her daughter's cheek.

"She must have been bored being inside of the house all the time"

"Yeah"

"I was planning to talk to you about something" Tristan starts making Gracie look away from the product she had in her hand.

"Okay, what is it?"

"Don't get me wrong but I was thinking about meeting a doctor"

"What doctor?" she asks suspiciously.

"A therapist" he informs and watches for her reaction for a while.

"Did you make the appointment already?"

"No, I wanted to talk to you about it if you were good to go"

"Okay" she nods before turning to pick few more things.

"You sure?" he asks once again as he goes to stand behind her.

"Of course, may be talking about it out loud will help me. I have not got any nightmares lately and I want to close that chapter as soon as I can"

"Great, glad you are taking it positively" he smiles as he kisses the back of her head.

"Staying positive let me have you and Tracie in my life" she smiles turning to face him once again.

"You are the bravest person I have ever met" he smiles as he wraps his arms around her shoulder and both of them continue to walk around.

"Look baby girl a toy, you like this?" Gracie asks as she presses the toy and it makes sound but Tracie throws her hands and legs before wailing loudly.

"Oops guess she hates it" Tristan chuckles as he picks her up to soothe her.

"We should get going I think she is hungry" Tristan states as Tracie sucks on his collar.

"Now the cheeky little monster is hungry, shall I try to feed her the baby food?" Gracie asks taking her daughter in her arms.

"Evil" Tristan gasps as he pulls the trolley so they can pay and get going.

"I think I will feed her in the car if you don't mind" Gracie speaks as Tristan puts the bags inside of the car.

"Go ahead" he smiles before he goes to put the trolley back in the shopping center.

Gracie coos at her daughter as she gets in the back seat of their car and starts to unbutton her shirt.

"I would not do that if I were you" a man's voice stiffens Gracie before she screams in fright.

Tristan hearing her scream pushes the trolley and runs towards the car to find a man getting out of the back door of their car.

"Okay, okay, relax, lady please" Eric tries to calm Gracie who does not stop to shouts at Eric.

"Eric?" Tristan calls as he nears the car before stopping.

"Hey Trish, sorry man did not wanted to scare them" he points out making Tristan breath in relief as he looks inside the car to find both the girls crying, scared.

"He scared me and my scream scared Tracie," Gracie cries, as tears do not stop streaming down her face.

"So sorry baby" Tristan sighs as he gets in the car and hugs her.

"He is a friend, okay, he is not here to harm you two," he whispers rubbing her back as she keeps crying.

"Hey you girls okay now?" Eric asks as he looks inside with a smile.

"Why could not you just stay out of the car like a normal human?" she scolds wiping her daughter's tears.

"Uh because I am not a human" Eric cheekily grins and Tristan groans.

"Ignore him Gracie and Eric not a word about your humanity please, can you give my wife and daughter some privacy?" he asks before checking up on them and letting Gracie feed their daughter.

"What are you doing here anyway without any notice?" Tristan asks as both of them walk a bit away from the car but still within the sight of Gracie.

"Well, we just wanted to check on you guys and I wanted a break"

"Break"

"Yes, unlike you my love life is a mess" Eric sighs before smiling as he stares back at the car.

"You lucky bastard, you did not tell me you were married and a child" he asks nudging Tristan.

"Uh it's nothing like that"

"But that kid looks like you"

"Oh she is mine but well forget it, anyway glad you are here. There is something we need to discuss"

"Sounds serious, man I came for a vacation," he groans before they walk towards the car when Gracie opens the back door.

"So, why did I not ever meet your friend?" Gracie asks as she stares at the man sitting beside her husband.

"Because this is the first time I came down here," Eric states turning on his seat and making faces at Tracie who smiles clapping her hands.

"She likes me" he grins.

"So, how did you find us if you are new here"

"Gracie" Tristan warns staring at her through the rearview mirror.

"Its okay man, I know she must be curious to know about this new face in her life...

You guys should meet my mother she would have asked about my non existence grand kids if she met someone new in her life" he chuckles before sitting straight in his seat.

"Home sweet home" Tristan speaks as he stops the car.

"Is that Gabby?" Eric asks as he walks out of the car pointing at the girl sitting on the steps.

"Yeah, but how did you know her?" Gracie asks not trusting the man.

"I know a lot about you all" he smiles before helping Tristan with the shopping bags.

"You guys went shopping without me?" Gabby asks as she rushes to their sides and starts to look inside the bags.

"Hey Gabby" Tristan shouts as the bags in his hands slips.

"Hey" Gracie shouts as Gabby takes the baby's formula and puts it in her bag.

"I saw two bottles I am just taking one" Gabby defends as she goes to take Tracie from Gracie's arms.

"No, no, not going to happen"

"I won't drop her promise" she whines before stomping her legs as she follows Gracie inside of the house.

"Rare come on" she calls behind her.

"Rare?"

"Yes Ricardo is here, I dragged him here, he needs to meet Tracie after all she is my only niece" Gabby smiles before she carries Tracie and runs.

"Gabby no" Gracie shouts sacred she will drop her baby in the excitement.

"I know how to carry," Gabby groans before standing in front of Ricardo.

"Rare, meet my niece, Tracie meet your Uncle Rare" she introduces them before holding Tracie hand and putting it out for Ricardo to shake it.

"She never changed huh?" Eric's comment gains Gabby's attention and she turns to face him.

"Who is he?"

"Eric Antonio, I am Tristan's friend"

"Are you a lawyer?"

"No"

"I have never seen you before"

"Because we are meeting for the first time"

"Oh, well hi I am Gabby" she smiles walking towards Eric.

"I know all about you"

"You do, how?" she asks curiously getting closer to his face.

"Well Tristan and Damon mentioned about you few times" he smiles as he walks towards the kitchen to put the bags.

"You know Damon"

"Yeah I know your family a bit"

"But they never told me about you" she frowns before she rush to pass Tracie to Gracie and running back to talk with Eric.

"Ah well may be you can talk about me to me"

"That's awesome and you are handsome" she speaks in awe as she touches his face.

"Your skin is so soft and you are tall and your eyes are sparkling, oh my God, why did you all hide him away from me," she gasps before she hugs Eric.

"You are so cute," Eric laughs as he pulls her away from him and pinches her cheeks.

"No one ever called me cute, aww can I keep him, please," she coos as she looks at Tristan.

"Precious" Rare calls for her but she ignores him staring at Eric in awe.

"Precious" he calls once again before walking towards where she was and pulling her away from Eric's arms.

"Rare, I think I am in love," Gabby moans as she stares at Eric with a wide smile.

"We are leaving" he grits through his teeth as he pulls her towards the door.

"No, I want to stay here with him"

"Too bad, you won't be able to" he snaps dragging her way from the house.

"Wait for me Eric, I will escape and come back to you," Gabby shouts before Ricardo slams the door behind their back.

"She reminds me of my mother" Eric smiles as he stares back at Tristan.

"Ignore her talks" Gracie sighs.

"It's okay, I already have a mate" Eric speaks and that single word stiffens Gracie and Tristan curses.
