I opened my eyes and saw a skin color I put my hand out and touched it it was really warm. I curled up next to it and it moved in a rhythm. Bump- bump- bump- bump. A sound came with the rhythm a laugh. I groaned in frustration as my mind made me wake up all the way. I looked up to the sound and sun flooded my eyes. I groaned again and rolled away from the warmth, I experienced a little fall then hit a cold, hard floor. I sighed.
"you ok?"
"I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed."
"you can have this side tomorrow."
"ok," I said tired.
~~hiccup pov~~
I snickered at her agreeing to sleep with me tomorrow and pushed my legs over to the side of the bed so I could she her. She sat up too.
It took her a minute, "wait? Did I miss something? Wait no I- can't- I- I-"
"I get it."
"I'm sorry hic. Wanna' have a day to our selves?"
"as in a date?"
"Do you want it to be a date?"
"No I kissed you for no reason yesterday," i let sarcasm ring through my voice.
"Oh yeah I need to finish something I started yesterday."
"what?"
She crawled over to me and lifted herself up on to my lap. She held my face and pressed her lips against mine. Finally what I had been waiting for. I kissed back of corse, this is what I had wanted but I noticed something different. I couldn't put my finger on it.

Come on Astrid you saw that coming! You should just kill her.
No, that would make you look bad and jealous. There has to be a better way to make him want me back! I KNOW!

~~hiccup's pov~~
I saw Astrid sitting alone I felt sorry. Then I remembered this morning. Her soft lips and gorgeous smile. How nice of a person she is and how great she is with d/n. And d/n and toothless. I snapped out of my thought as y/n's lips moved.
"what?"
"you were thinking about?"
"not important."
"what?"
I had to think fast.
"uhhh, my flight suit."
She squinted, "Fine haddock, don't tell me I'll get it out of you later."
I sneered. Did she call me by my last name?
"Sure you will (y/l/n)."
She grabbed my collar pulling me down to her level.
"don't think I won't haddock! Or you'll be in for a surprise."
"don't call me that!"
I saw her eyes widen with my sudden burst. She blinked a few times and sniffled. I felt so bad.

"No No y/n don't cry on sorry!"
He hugged me because I was pretending to be upset. I put my arms sound his neck. I whispered in his ear, "You totally fell for it."
He let go but not in time I had already grabbed his ear and was pulling him to the training arena.
"OW OW OW OW Y/N!"
I twisted a little just for my amusement. Hiccup being the dork he is gasped in pain.
"you have a -300 pain tolerance. How did you live dating Astrid?"
He laughed.
"it was hard."
