Graeme's POV

I'm glad my internal clock woke me up because I noticed Janiyah was missing. She wasn't in the bathroom.

I need to make sure she is okay, so I got out of the bed to search for her. As soon as I walked down the staircase, I heard Steven singing a lullaby.

I ran back upstairs to grab my phone. I want to record this. After grabbing my phone, I went back downstairs.

Janiyah was fast asleep in her dad's arms while he sang to her. I can't wait to show this video to our baby.

"I see Janiyah finally went to sleep."

"Whenever she couldn't sleep, I would always sing that lullaby to her. And it still works."

"I'll remember that for future reference. I'll carry her upstairs. I'm sure you would like to get some rest."

After scooping Janiyah up, Steven went to his room. And I carried Janiyah to our room. I started singing the lullaby so she could stay asleep. Thankfully, it's working.

7:30 am

While talking to Maddi, Janiyah began to wake up.

"How did I get up here?! I remember falling asleep in my dad's arms on the couch."

"I carried you up to our room around 3:00 am."

"Thanks. Sorry for waking up so crabby. And I'm guessing you told Maddi I'm not working today."

"I sure did. You have the day off, mommy Janiyah."

"You are so silly. I'm going to get ready for whatever today brings me." Janiyah made her way to the bathroom.

I took out the sonogram from yesterday and just stared at it. It's no longer a dream. I'm going to be a father to a child.

After Janiyah finished taking her shower and changing, I did the same.

We are now on our way to the set to talk with Lou.

"I should have known our parents would want to throw a gender reveal party. How are we going to keep the media away though until the premiere of the movie?"

"Only invite our family and friends. They will not tell a soul."

We pulled up to the security gate, so I rolled my window down. The guard let us in, and I parked in my space. Damion is already here.

After helping Janiyah out, I locked our doors and we made our way into the studio. We saw Lou, so we walked his way.

"Graeme and Janiyah, I wasn't expecting you in today. Hon, how are you? Come, let's go to my trailer and have a seat."

We walked over to Lou's trailer, which is the closet one to the set.

"I'm much better after the news Graeme and I received. I'm pregnant with our first child."

"I am relieved that you are okay. And congratulations to both of you."

"Thanks, Lou. What will that mean for the movie now? We are almost at the finished line."

"Well, I will adjust the scenes so that Janiyah is comfortable. For the wedding scenes, will you be okay standing for those?"

"I should be okay. I have started morning sickness though."

"Not a problem. When you get the urge, I will already know. Don't worry about the movie. We are actually ahead of schedule. December is looking to be great for the premiere. We will finish them. I scheduled everyone off until Friday. We'll begin with Carmen answering Jax's proposal."

"Thanks, Lou. We'll see you on Friday."

Janiyah and I walked back to my SUV.

"Where would my pregnant wifey like to go?"

"Janiyah and baby Harrison want to go to Cold Stone Creamery for some strawberry ice cream cake. Then, go to Five Guys for a burger with bacon and fries."

I didn't say a word. After helping Janiyah in her seat, I shut the door and went to the driver's side.

"We'll go to Five Guys first. That way your Cold Stone ice cream won't melt."

"I'm okay with that."

"Five Guys here we come."

I saw my mom's Escalade in the driveway as I parked my SUV in the garage. Janiyah got out before I could help her.

"Niyah boo, do you need help....."

"Graeme, don't touch my ice cream! You should have gotten some! This is for me, man." She rolled her eyes as she carried her bags into the house.

"Woman, I just wanted to help you carry them in the house. Calm down." Geez.

Damion beat us back to the house. Everyone was snickering.

"Janiyah, here is some of the ginger candy for you. I made you a nice batch. When you are close to running out, let me know. I'll make some more."

"Thank you, Marsha."

Janiyah's POV

Lou - "Ladies and gentlemen, we left off with Carmen about to answer Jax's proposal. Let's begin there. Action!!"

Carmen - "Jax, that is a beautiful ring. Yes, I will marry you. But if you EVER leave me and Skylar, I will cut off your jewels. Got it?"

Jax - "Ouch. I promise to never leave you again."

Carmen - "Jax, we need to plan our wedding before Skylar is born. And I don't want a courthouse wedding."

Jax - "Carmen, baby, how about we do something crazy? I want to get away from these secret missions now that you and I are getting married. Let's run away to the Caribbean and get married down there."

Carmen - "But what about my position? I love what I am doing. And, what about Neo? I'm not leaving my brother behind."

Jax - "He agreed to come with us. And I sort of already talked with your boss. He says there is an office in the Bahamas that you can work from. Please, baby? I'll get on my knees and beg, Carmen my queen."

Carmen - "You did what?! You better be glad I love you or I would go upside your head! Ugh, I can't believe I am doing this. Fine, I'll move to the Bahamas. We have to get married within the next month."

Jax - "Uh, you won't believe this either, but I already have our marriage certificate. We just need to pick a date."

Carmen - "Jax!! You're lucky I can't run because of Skylar! Fine! One month from today we can get married wherever we are going to live in the Bahamas. When are we moving? Or have you already figured that out?"

Jax - "Um, we are leaving tomorrow for the Bahamas."

Carmen - "JAX COOPER!!!"

Lou - "And, cut!!! We'll reconvene on August 30th for the final rehearsal. Everyone enjoy your break."

"Excuse me guys, but I need to vomit." I made it quickly to the bathroom in Lou's trailer. Everything I ate for breakfast came out. Dang, it. I am going to have to wait until we get home to brush my teeth and rinse my mouth. I'm fortunate I only threw up once. After washing my hands, I left the trailer to meet Graeme and Damion.

"Let's go home. I want to lay down."

Today is our final scenes for the movie. I can't still believe I am one of the stars in a movie!

And I am finished with morning sickness! Yes! I have though become moodier more than ever. Oh, and I sure have sent Graeme out on late-night food runs already. I sent him to McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, and Sonic.

Graeme and I attended Niko and Tatianna's on August 16th in Greece. It was amazing! As promised, Niko gave me a high-five. Shane and Bliss also picked a date for their wedding. They chose December 14th. I can't wait.

Jax and Carmen have just finished reciting their vows.

Lou - "Ladies and gentlemen, we have reached our final day of shooting scenes. Give yourselves a round of applause."

Everyone clapped their hands in the loudest round of applause I have heard.

Lou - "Jax and Carmen have just finished saying their vows, and are about to say, 'I do.' Action!!!"

Wedding Officiant - "And now, Carmen and Jax will exchange their rings as they say their I do's. Carmen, ladies first."

I, Carmen Clarke, take you, Jax Cooper, to be my lawfully, wedded husband

To have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse,

For richer or for poorer,

In sickness and in health,

To love and to cherish until death do you part."

Jax took his turn next.

"I, Jax Cooper, take you, Carmen Clarke, to be my lawfully, wedded wife

To have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse,

For richer or for poorer,

To love and to cherish until death do you part."

Neo passes Carmen and Jax their rings. Jax puts on Carmen's ring. And, Carmen puts on Jax's ring. They then say, "I do."

The wedding officiant then proclaimed, "In front of this gathering before us, I now pronounce you, Carmen and Jax, husband and wife. Jax, you may kiss your bride."

Graeme kissed me like we normally do. After our kiss, we walked down the aisle as our guests clapped for us.

The movie begins to fade away from our scene and back to the spot where the hole was supposedly closed. But it wasn't! The hole slowly begins to open, but Lou doesn't say how it becomes open. He left it open for a sequel. Sweet ending.

Lou - "Cut!! Give yourselves another, well-deserved round of applause!! Let's all give Janiyah a round of applause for coming through at the last minute to help us finish the movie."

"Aww, thank you guys so much. I couldn't have made it through without each of you. I appreciate the support so much. Graeme and I would like to have everyone come to the house tomorrow to celebrate. I'll send out our address in a text."

Lou - "Everyone, enjoy the rest of your evening. And I'll see everyone tomorrow night!"

"Graeme and Damion, let's get out of here. I'll change when I get home."

Narrator's POV

Now that the movie has been completed, Graeme and Janiyah focused their attention on October 1st.

The results were immediately given to Marsha so she could prepare for the gender reveal party on Saturday.

Graeme and Janiyah, however, were relieved that she was just pregnant with one child.

Saturday, October 5th, 2019

Graeme's POV

I had today circled on my calendar because our parents are hosting a gender reveal party.

We finally get to know what our baby is. Each guest is wearing what they think the baby's gender is.

My mom and Sophia also asked us for the names we chose for either a boy or a girl. I chose a boy's name. And Janiyah chose a girls' name.

Janiyah just came out of the house. And, she looks to not be in the mood for this party.

Her belly is starting to show more. And the more it does I am excited. In five more months, we will have a baby girl or boy.

My mom announced, "Now that Mommy Janiyah has arrived, we can begin the party. Let's do the reveal first. Liam and Steven will hand Janiyah and Graeme a confetti cannon. The cannons will reveal what Janiyah and Graeme are expecting."

"Yes, because Mommy Janiyah is highly irritated and wants to eat. I'm eating for two, remember?"

Moody Janiyah is here. My father and Steven handed us the cannons.

"Janiyah and Graeme, count to three then shoot off your cannons."

I did the count because Janiyah for sure wasn't. She rolled her eyes.

"One."

"Two."

"Three!"

We shot the cannons in the air and pink confetti began to fall on the both of us. I saw Janiyah smiling and crying at the same time.

"Graeme, we have our little girl. That is what both of us wanted."

Sophia is making an announcement now. "Megan, Damion, Janelle, Hunter, and Brett are now passing out cards with the baby's name on it. Once everyone has a card, we will all open them at the same time."

I already know the baby's name and I love it. Once everyone had an envelope, Sophia counted to three and everyone pulled out the cards.

"Jacee Ariella Harrison is a beautiful name. Her initials will be the same as Janiyah's. That is too adorable," my mom squeals out of her mouth.

"And, when we have a boy, his initials will be like Graeme's - GCH. Okay, bring on the food because Jacee and I are hungry."

Janiyah went to sit with Niko, Tatianna, Griffin, and Sophia. Cris or Shane wasn't able to make it so we sent them announcement cards with the baby's name on them. And, Shane said he wasn't able to say what happened between him and Bliss. I hope they work through whatever is happening. Janiyah and I were looking forward to their wedding in December.

I fixed a plate for me, and one for my girls. Then, I went to sit with the group.

"That is a beautiful name for your daughter, Janiyah and Graeme."

"Thank you, Griffin. Since the day I found out I was pregnant, we have been thinking about boy and girl names. I thought it would be cute for our daughter to have my initials. And, for our son to have the same initials as Graeme. I can already guess what our son's name will be when we have him. And, I am okay with it. I'm excited for you and Sophia. When do you find out the gender of the baby?"

Sophia replied, "We find out on the 21st of this month. Both Griffin and I hope our baby is a girl. My mom and Griffin's mom want to have gender reveal party so, we have to wait until the weekend. My mom will be mailing invites soon, so look out for it in the mail this week."

"We will be there."

"Good job, sis. When is the baby shower because you know Jacee is going to be spoiled by her aunts and uncles?"

"Niko, we'll let you know. I'm sure my mom and Marsha are planning it already. But for now, I have to find a way, without the media finding out, to start spoiling my baby girl now. We don't want the media to find out until December. Oh, and you all are invited to come to the premiere."

"We can't wait for that one. I am excited for this movie," Niko says causing us to all chuckle.

I can't neither. Can't get any better than getting married in May, being in a movie with my wife starting in July, and discovering that Janiyah is pregnant with our first child. 2019 has been the best year of my life.
