Stein's POV 

(y/n) has been out cold since I brought her into the infirmary. Maka and Soul woke up not too long ago, the rest were awake as well. It's been almost two weeks since the fight with Asura. I was listening to the slow beep of the cardiac monitor as I was filling out paperwork on the other side of the room. She's been stable just nothing has changed. Seeing her like this makes my heart ache. I wish I could tell her how I feel. But since she's my student it makes things a little more complicated. 

I sigh gently as I stand up and put the files into the filing cabinet. I heard a small noise as I turned around to look at her again. Her brows were furrowed. I walked over to the bed and touched her hand. Her head moved slightly. She groaned quietly. I smiled gently. Her eyes began to flutter to life as I saw the (e/c) irises that I missed. 

"Hey, professor." she said. 

I sat down on the chair that I pulled over. 

"I'm glad you're awake." I said. 

She smiled at me. My heart melted. "I'm proud of you, you know." I said. 

She blushed gently. "Why's that?" she asked. 

"You beat the kishin, even though you doubted yourself the entire time." I said. 

She giggled gently. "Maka was the main one who did it. If she wouldn't have been there I probably wouldn't have made it." she said. 

I nodded and stood. "I'm just happy to see you awake. You've been asleep for almost two weeks now." 

"And the rest?" she asked. 

"They're awake and moving around, they've been in here to visit you a couple times. I sent them home for them to rest though." I said. "I" I paused, "I think we should discuss the way you left before the mission at Baba Yaga Castle." 

She nodded and looked at me for a moment. "You never let me get a word in before you stormed off. That kiss meant something to me too, the madness wasn't what was clouding my judgment. My heart was. I'm usually not one for words but, just know that I'm trying to tell you that I love you." 

Her eyes widened for a moment before she grabbed me and pulled me down. Our faces were only inches apart and I could feel her breath on my face. She sat forward a little and our lips met. I smiled a little and pulled away. 

"I feel the same way." she said. 

Your POV

I smiled at him as he looked at me gently. "You can be cleared to go home." he said. I nodded and sat up. "I feel like I got hit by a truck." I said. He chuckled gently. "You got hit by a kishin." he said. I grabbed the pillow and threw it at him. 

"Unhook me from this IV." I said. 

"Yes, ma'am." he said as he walked over removing the IV. I stood up and pushed him onto the bed before I sat on his lap. He looked at me for a second before smirking and grabbing my hips and pulling me closer to him before kissing me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and ran my hands through his hair tugging gently as his breathing hitched. I pulled away as he wrapped his arms around my waist and nuzzling my neck. 

"You drive me mad." he mumbled.  

I smiled and ran my nails up and down his back before he shivered a little. He stood up and sat me down on the bed before going to another room and coming out with scrubs for me to put on. I stood and he looked at me for a moment before I took my shirt off. He blushed and looked away as I smirked. I got changed and walked over to him. "Ready to go?" I asked. He nodded and we walked back to the patchwork lab. 

~Time Skip~ 

I was thrown onto the couch as he crawled over to me after taking off his lab coat and glasses. He kissed me slowly and gently as his hand cupped my face. I smiled and could feel the heat between my legs and my breathing hitched. He grabbed my hips and pulled me closer to his. I blushed gently as he kissed my neck. 

I smiled as I felt his hands go under the hem of my shirt and wrap around my waist. He ran his thumbs in small circles as he pulled me closer to him. He pulled away enough to put his forehead to mine. His breathing was quick as he looked at me. 

"Do you want to move this in the room~?" he asked. 

I smirked and kissed him. "We can continue it here~" 

He smirked back as he sat up and pulled me onto his lap. I wrapped my arms around his neck as I kissed him. He lifted my shirt slowly before taking it off. He began to kiss along my collarbone before moving in between my breasts. I made soft noises as he unclipped my bra and pulled it off before grabbing each mound of flesh. He kissed one as he played with the other. He pushed me back over onto the couch before he took off his shirt and unbuckled his belt. He leaned over to me and began to kiss down from my chest before he unbuttoned my pants and started to pull them off. 

I could feel his hot breath on my womanhood and I gripped the stitched fabric of the couch. He threw my clothes on the cement floor of the lab before putting his hands under my knees and spreading my legs before he began to kiss along the inside of my thighs. My hand met with his silver hair as he met with my clit. I moaned in surprise as he began to go to work flicking and swirling his tongue. 

He put one leg over his shoulder as he brought a digit to my entrance, teasing it slowly. I moaned a little louder as he pushed it in slowly. He curled it as he pushed it in and out. I could feel a tightness start to form in my lower abdomen as he continued this, my heartbeat and breathing quickened as well. Not long after my toes started to curl in pleasure as my legs twitched and my back arched. 

He pulled away and I was sure he was smirking wildly. He pulled me to the end of the bed as he kissed me. I could feel the tip of his member against my core. He intertwined my fingers with his as he nibbled my ear. 

"Ready baby~?" he asked. 

I nodded as I grabbed his shoulder. He pushed in slowly as he massaged my clit with his thumb. I moaned gently as he was all the way in. He started to move gently as he kissed me again. I moaned into the kiss at the feeling of his movements. I smiled as I wrapped my arms and legs around him and he started to move a little faster. His coarse hands met with my hips as he held me still. 

He began to push deeper with his thrusts and I could feel him reaching my cervix. He began to pant as he kept going. It wasn't long that he started to get sloppy and breathe heavily. I felt the same tightness as earlier form in my lower stomach again. With a few more thrusts we were both done. My back arched and my toes curled as his grip on my hips tightened. He pulled out as he panted. He stood up before kissing me and picking me up. I loosely wrapped my arms around his neck as he carried me to the room and put me in bed. He crawled into bed with me before he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me over. 

I laid on his chest as my eyelids became heavy. I felt him kiss the top of my head as I smiled. "I love you~" he said, and with that I fell asleep.
