Ross's pov

       The girl wouldn't say anything, and she kept her head down so only her nose and mouth were visible. Also, she had a hood which made it very hard to see her. We brought her to Xenia's house and down to her basement. She was pacing around her arms crossed. She went running to Alice and Poppy and give them a bear hug"oh thank god, your not hurt" she said. She saw the girl and raised an eyebrow at Alice "So.......is she the killer?" I couldn't tell for sure but I felt the girl flinch as Xenia said the word killer.

"We're not sure, she doesn't look like a killer to me"Poppy said staring pityingly at the girl"but she won't tell us her name". Xenia slowly looked at the girl with curious eyes. Vin was still angry"She ran when she heard us, I think she deserves to be locked up in the cell" huffed Vin. "Not that harsh Vin, that's going a bit too far" Xenia said in a lady like voice. "I'm Xenia, The Lord of Demotry, what's yours?" She said. The girl just stood there, not a word from her.

"Maybe she can't talk?"I whispered to Xenia"Impossible". We all sighed. "Let's give her a few more days to get settled and to get used to us" Alice said already halfway up the stairs. "Yea I have duty as well" I said hurrying after her. "I'll show her to her room, you guys can go Vin, Poppy" Xenia said motioning the girl to follow her after freeing her from the ropes.

Risty's pov

        I was clearly bored out of my mind but the people babbling on and on. At last they left but The Lord stayed. Not that I care. She told me to follow her so I did. We stopped at a red&pink house. I don't mind red but I certenly don't like pink. "This will be your house in the mean time"Xenia said opening the door for me. I went inside, well well this is not bad, quite nice, guess it's worth it. "So ummmm, feel free to do anything, and to talk too" she said and smiled before closing the door and left. *sigh* These people really don't understand.

I closed all the shutters in the windows and locked every door in the house. When I finally felt safe I took off my hood and collapse on my bed. Man, I didn't know I was this tired. In a matter of seconds I was asleep, and the worst thing happened. I had a dream, well mostly a nightmare.

~Dream~
 
     There was fire all around me and people were calling for my help, but most of all I saw him. A man with black hair, cold blue eyes, stared down at me. He grinned as tears slipped down my face. "Well, hello there Risty" he said in a voice that made me shiver. There was a boy exactly like him beside him grinning just like his father."Long time no see Risty, do you remember me? I'm Ziyui, your.......brother"he said with a snarl. Wait, that meant, this can't be......the man is my father then? Suddenly he pointed at me and he was grinning even wider " You shall be one of us soon, Risty, we'll come back for you!" he said as a dark lighting shot out dip from his finger and hit me on the chest so hard I was blown back, for some reason, the lighting turned into smoke and was sucked inside me. The words were dining in my ears "you shall be one of us, you shall be one of us!" No no no!!

I woke up, sweating really badly and was breathing heavily. Wow, this is the first time I've had a nightmare. I'm never ever going back to sleep ever again, I can use my magic to charge my energy. I can't let the others know I'm.........his daughter. I can't, not now.....all I can do now is to........pretend.
