Risty's pov

Ugh are we even going to get there before sunset? My legs are starting to feel limp. And my head is throbbing after all the worries I've had. Ziyui seems to know my expression because he lets out a small chuckle before saying "Demotry and our village are quite a long way, not that long but it takes a few mins, no worries little Tina, we're nearly there" It still feels weird that he calls me Tina. After what seemed like another 10 mins I finally caught sight of the stone brick wall gates. At last, I was beginning to think we're never gonna get here.

"Remember what I told you Tina, no hint of our relationship.....or who you are, keep hidden and don't talk if possible" he whispered to me before clearing his throught. Pheesh, he has no idea of my lack of speaking. A harsh angry voice called from what seemed to be from above. "You again! Haven't Lady Xenia told you enough times to never return to this place? What is your business?" the voice said. He seems angry, well what do you expect Risty? Their mortal enemies after all. "Glad to see me again Rian?" my brother said with a laugh and continues, not giving the other man a chance to reply.

"Can I speak to your Lady Xenia, if you don't mind?" I had to stop myself from snorting out from laughter. He says her name so delicately it just seems hilarious. "I am 100% sure that Lady Xenia does not want to talk to you, but if you mean no harm than talking......then I guess I could ask her" the man replied with a sigh. "Perfect, no worries, I have no tension to make any harm........yet" he finishes whispering the last part. A wicked grin spread on my face but of course nobody saw it, but Ziyui. He returned an even more wicked grin. This will be fun!

The disappeared for quite a while but returned with Xenia, whom I have met before, Alice, Chris,Poppy and Ross. Hmmmm wonder where's Vin. I'm relived cause I don't really want to meet him after I did spoke a bit to him. He just might be on my death list now. "Ziyui, I kindly offer you that you leave with your guards NOW, or to have to fight it over and that is not going to be very pleasant" Xenia says in a posh voice and off hand manner. I cannot believe that woman. "I am completely sure I'm not going to mind the second choice, but however, I did not come here for arguments"

"Oh?" Xenia puts her hands on her hips to show she's not scared, but I'm an expert so her slightly shown fear is still clear for me. Yup, no doubt about it, she's scared....and worried. I noticed Alice eyeing me up and down, probably wondering why I'm not in the same uniform as the other two guards. I don't blame her. Poppy was nervously hiding behind Ross and he was scowling. Good for you Chris, ya like Poppy don't ya bro? Ross was standing next to Xenia staring contently at Ziyui but he glances at me a few times, thinking the same as Alice I presume.

"I merrily came here to warn you for the upcoming war AND marriage"my brother says with a satisfied smile. "...............Marriage? W-war?" Poppy whispered, clutching Chris's shirt now. "My apologies, I'm sure you don't need them, but I think there is a misunderstanding here, what kind of war to be exact? And for what? We are doing our best to bring peace back and now your claiming a War!?" Ross stomps. Ziyui simply yawns at this as if he've seen this behavior before. "I thought you could have known, well maybe your not as smart as you look Gross, what do you expect eh? It's a war for Revenge, if you badly must know, and also there is a way to stop it" he turned to Xenia. "You will have to marry me" Xenia's mouth fell open. Ross scowled.

"First of: My name is Ross, not Gross."

"Uh huh"

"Second: Do not judge us!"

Ziyui pulls a face and yet again I had to stop myself from exploding.

"Third: You are never ever going to marry Lord Xenia"Ross finishes.

"Well, then I'll have to fight it over, what a pity"Ziyui raises an eyebrow as he turned to Xenia."You marry me, or you kiss your little tacky village goodbye" For once, I noticed a slight nervousness in his voice. Why in the world is the all mighty and merciless Ziyui nervous? " That is never ever going to happen " Chris said and shoots a glare at Ziyui and he returns it, turning it into a glare contest. I stood there watching for a bit before glancing at a tree nearby. Hmmm sounds shady. I walked over to the tree and jumped on a branch with ease. I balanced my feet up, taking care to not let the hood slip. I put my hands under my head and lean on the bark, staring into the sky which is now turning a shade of orange.

I could still feel Alice's eyes on me, which makes me shiver a bit. She's quite creeping me out.

Alice's pov

I was beginning to feel irritated at how childish Chris was acting. My gaze settles on the girl standing beside that Ziyui. She seem to be wearing a white shirt, cause a bit of it showed. She was wearing a long black cloak which covers everything but I notices that she was wearing a skirt, which is also black too. Man this girl sure loves the color black. She somehow reminds me of the girl we found in the woods. Hmmmm they look very alike. "Will you two please cut it out? It's getting on my nerves" I grumbled. "Well well well, look who's complaining now" Ziyui smirks. Oi you bastard. If it wasn't for peace then I would have punched you in the gut by now, but of course I didn't say that. I shrugged and kept my eyes on the girl instead.

Ziyui saw me looking and he grins. "Tina, would you mind getting started?" He calls to the girl that was on the tree now. I expected an answer but she just nods slightly and ran off. Hmmm maybe I should follow her. "Get started on what?" Xenia was clenching her hands into fists. "Oh you'll see, it's a little surprise, I shall take my leave now" he said with a crackle of laughter and left. Now that was confusing. Poppy has nearly fainted. Her face was white and her hands were trembling. Xenia tried to look straight but the beads of sweat were clear on her forehead. Chris was mumbling softly to Poppy. Ross was walking backwards and forwards in deep thought. I sighed. Here we go I guess. Alice, saves the day again. *groan*

"I'll be back" and I ran to the direction the girl went. She's pretty fast for a girl, who knows, she might be younger than me. I was running near the village walls when I saw a ladder had been placed there. On no she didn't. I climbed it quickly, huffing and puffing. Man she's strong and swift. I finally got to the top and there she was, inside the village. No one would have thought of that. Well I guess she's smarter than she looks. The girl was on a tree sitting like a ninja about to strike and Vin was under the same tree, sitting and mumbling to himself. That idiot really needs to pay attention. The girl was staring at him, probably listening. Hmmmm she looks really familiar.

Risty's pov

It didn't take long to get out of their sight and when I was sure they couldn't follow me anymore I pulled a rope from my cloak and tied them into knots to make a ladder. I climbed it and I have to say, the village is quite nice and tidy, and beautiful. With a lot of shade, which is quite perfect for me. I spotted Vin under one of the trees staring into space. His lips were moving as if he's talking to an invisible person. Ah, now that's where you've been. I landed softly on the thick grass and quietly jumped on the tree, cat style. I'm gonna listen for a bit."What did she even mean by that? I can't just explain it." he mumbled. "Hopefully, she won't do any harm" "She's probably one of Ziyui's people" This guy really is annoying. I took a few more steps towards him, one hand on my sword and the other on a branch. He's on my death list so it's better to make my move now. I was about to pounce on him when a female voice shouted "Vin!! BEHIND YOU! Look out!" He jumped up, dodging my attack and turned around in surprise and our eyes met. He has interesting eyes. Snap out of it Risty! I had my sword drawn and it was in mid air. Another strike now and it's the end. Why am I resisting this? Come on Risty, you have nothing to fear, kill him....I have to kill him.......
