Xenia's pov

I woke up with with bright red light shining into the cell. What do ya expect? It's the neather. No sunlight. I miss the over world, and hopefully Demotry can manage without me. I'm just so worried!!

I opened my eyes and yawned but stopped in mid air. The wolf. It's HUGE. I was so shocked I forgot about yawning. Shadow wolves are big black creatures with huge wings and fierce red eyes. They kill ANYONE for food. Their known as mercy less beasts. Legend says that their powers fully form on the day of full moon. When the moon is big and clear in the starless sky. When that time comes, nothing can stop them. Except...........the Alisyu Sword. (It's pronounced
A-lis-yu if you don't know) I'll explain that as well.
The Alisyu Sword is an ancient oranmanet. It can be used as well. It has a golden sleek handle and a very sharp long blade. I've seen in some books. There are words carved into the sword which no one but the chosen person only can read. People all over the world has been trying to find it but its location stays unknown. Only the right person who can wield it can kill the beasts.

But this wolf was different. It has white fur. Ordinary wolves can be of any color but shadow wolves are only bkack. But this one has red eyes. Shadow wolves are the same. I'm so confused. -_-?

I heard some footsteps approaching. I quickly got up. It was a guard yet again. He unlocked a cage and dragged ANOTHER wolf with its leash and left. He's being doing that since last night. I wonder.............

*growl*

What was that? I looked towards the wolf beside me and it was now on its feet, eyes gleaming and growling quietly looking at the cell door. It must want to leave too. I didn't realize. I thought shadow wolves were heartless and always cold. I guess I was wrong. They want freedom too. Their just fighting and killing because they fear us.

"It must be tight in that thing" I whispered looking at the pedant which seem to grasp its neck. The wolf turned around and looked at me into my eyes. I took a deep breath and looked back. I saw deep red fire as if they were dancing around in those eyes. I was about to turn away when something caught my eye behind those flames. I concentrated and stared hard. Those eyes rippled like water and then I saw something. Behind all those red fire..........a girl.........with black hair...........crouching there, face buried in her knees so that I couldn't see her face. I blinked in disbelieve and she was gone. Just an illusion. Barely able to see. Hidden away deep beneath those layers of darkness. The wolf blinked too and turned away, whined softly and sat itself on the rug again. I'm getting fed up of sleeping on the cold floor. The wolf rested it's great big head on its paws and closed its eyes.

And I did something VERY risky. I slowly made my way to the wolf hoping it wouldn't notice. The wolf didn't flinch. I sat myself on the rug and very slowly leaned on its furry back. I held my breath and waited. It opened its eyes once again and looked at me, blinked a few time and closed them again. Ummmmm does that mean I'm welcomed? Well welcomed or not, I'm tired. I didn't get a wink of sleep last night either thanks to that guard entering and leaving all night long. And the option to do here us sleep.

I made myself comfy and snuggled into its soft fur, my head on its forehead. And to my surprise, it curled its tail around me, like a blanket. I smiled to myself and patted the wolf's tail and slowly drifted off to sleep....warmly.

That day I learned that I shouldn't judge someone you hardly know. Yes, this is a shadow wolf. Yes, their dangerous creatures. But, they have hearts too. And I just looked into one. I got to know what really lies beneath..........

   Hey my fab readers! How are ya all doing? Not feeling great? Well 'I'm' not feeling great. My exams are in 4 days!!!!!! SOMEONE KILLLL MEEE NOW PLEASEEEEE!!!!!! I wish I was dead. ToT. I haven't studied a single sausage. Im supposed to study History right now. Lol XD. I'm too lazy and I can't help that~ I'm craving burgers and French fries. Yum TuT. Well anyways, I know this is short...again. Butt I promise I'll make the next chappy long. Well see ya meh fabbies!
