Chapter 7 Staff

Third person POV. 

Shadow Cheshire Cat ran quickly, got into the truck and got the crystal out and back out the hard cement ground. Wally quickly got up and ran and knocked her off the crystal and into the woods. She quickly got up and rushed back to the road toward them. As Shadow Cheshire Cat got back to there Conner came and he went to punch her but instead of punching her he punched the crystal. 

Shadow jumped back more and watched it slowly to very quickly start to crack and break to bites and Cree was free. 

She stepped back slowly as she saw his big head move slightly. She was fucked. He will know who she is if he gets a very good smell of her or smells her blood. At least if she opened it herself she wouldn't have to worry about him attacking her she would have got everything ready for it being opened. 

But now she has to figure it out as it goes. She needs to make sure she doesn't get killed by him or her soulmates getting killed. She stuck her hand out and a long staff appeared.

She quickly got ready for the fight that will take place very soon. She had quickly locked eyes with what she had come for, something she has wanted for censtries now. Crystal's.

The Crystal's around his neck are trapped souls of tons of innocent people he had killed. Three of the crystals are the most important to her. Two of them being her mama and papa and the other being  guard of her parents when they were younger. 

Cree red persing eyes opened wide fast. Shadow stumbles back a bit and stares at them. Crees breathing is fast paced, his claws clawing at the ground before he growled loudly. 

The big dark and red creature got up fast like an insane creature. He was on four paws for a second before he got to standing on two legs slouched over breathing heavily as his eyes scanned around him. 

The young justices team got ready too but they weren't at all ready as Shadow was. She knew what he was capable of, she knew some of his weaknesses, well his kind weaknesses… for Cree all she knew about him is that he is one of Kains followers not really known by Kain but Kain will know if he fails him, she especially knows what is around his neck. 

“Nightwing, left. Super Boy right. Zatann-” Aqualad started but he got caught off by lightning shot at him. 

“Aqualad!” Nightwing yelled out. 

Shadow pancied as she saw Aqualad landed on the ground hard, he laid there without moving after it. Nightwing ran after him. She quickly looked back to Cree at the right time to see a bright light coming her way. She brought her arms up and she let it hit her. Lighting and fire doesn't really faze her. She's an element that deals with fire a lot. She could also use lightning because of having her fire ‘powers’ and also working on them all for so long. She has mastered it well. 

Cree growled out and screathed the cement ground with ease a couple of times before charging at her. 

Small time skip. 
Freya pov.

ALL I AM GOING TO say is that if they didn't show up this would have gone way smoother. This is a fucking mess. Zatanna, Wally and Aqualad were out cold as Conner, Dick and I tried to fight Cree off as best as we could. We have been fighting for a good 25 minutes so far. 

Conner, Dick and Cree are slowly getting tired and I of course could tell. 

Ok this is pissing me off! This needs to end now.

I ran towards Cree, he stuck his arm out to grab me but I dodge it and actually ran on his arm to where I jumped and landed behind him. I quickly grabbed my pocket knife, got it open and cut off the rope that held a good handful of crystal necklaces. 

He kicked my body into the truck behind me knocking the air out of me. I could hear screaming as I guess Conner ran at it. Fuck! This is bullshit. 

I grab my staff from the ground with my right hand as my left hand holds the crystals. I look up from the ground weakly to lock eyes with the red fiery ones. He watched me drop the crystals to the ground and he quickly went to try to catch them. I swung my staff and he went flying back. With my staff ready I did the same with the crystals. I smashed them to bits and as it did a powerful force of power and color shot me and all the others back. My back hit the hard ground a couple of times until my head hit a rock very hard and my mask came off. 

Hmmm… this kills.
