Cassie POV
"You aren't going anywhere." James and Sirius were holding onto Sev. They spun him around, and I saw the look of fear in Severus's eyes.
"Watch this, Padfoot!" James said, whipping out his wand.
"Leave him alone, Potter!" Lily said, storming up to James. I stormed up beside her. Much as I hated the greasy boy, I hated evil treatment more.
"Oh look, guys! Its Evans! She's here to protect Snivellus!" Three of the boys laughed. The one hadn't, Remus, had still smiled and bit his lip. He returned to his book. Sirius looked at James.
"Hey, James. Are you gonna do it?"
"Nah. These two pretty little ladies don't want me to. So I'll leave them to deal with Your Greasiness." He bowed to Sev while his friends laughed, and I narrowed my eyes.
"By the way, Sniv, why so wet? Did you decide to jump back into the lake? Any new pretty girls?" I blushed, embarrassed. So did Severus. Something flashed in my mind. A glimpse of something. Something important.
"Potter...." James looked at me surprised. My vision blurred. New images filled my mind. I crumpled to the floor as the images became clearer.....
