Malia's pov

The scent. It hit my nose like a truck hit me. The scent of fresh pine and vanilla overwhelmed me so much that I almost fainted.

"Mate" I whispered I ran towards the scent then I saw him. This big buff guy with brown hair and hazel eyes. As I looked in his eyes they flickered and I knew mine did too.

"Mate" we whispered

"What's your name" he said and walked to me.

"Malia parks" I said and his eyes widened

"As in Marcus parks?" He said and I nodded

"What's your name?" I said

"Mason. Mason Woods" he said

"The alpha here?" I said and he nodded

"Oh there you are I see you met alpha mason" Sam said and put his arm over me earning a growl from mason and Sam jumped back.

"What?" Sam said

"Yeah what's your problem?" Jeremy said Marcus Anthony and Aaron joined us where we were and they looked at us.

"She is my mate" mason said confidently and Marcus growled.

"Calm down dude" Aaron said

"That's the feeling I kept getting my wolf kept scratching at me like something was gonna happen. Like she wanted to tell me something this was it" I said and Marcus looked at me.

"That's like our thing Parks get a feeling their wolf goes crazy because they feel it coming it's like an itch or something I don't remember but we get it everytime something good or bad is coming" Marcus said and I nodded

"Oh we get that too but we get it in our dreams it's like a nightmare even if it's good. It's weird but they are just called our warning dreams every alpha bloodline gets them yours are called the suspicious scratch slash itch where your wolf scratches and sometimes it scratches so much you catch your self feeling itchy and you scratch yourself" mason said

"Creepy" I said and mason looked at me and smiled. His smile made me melt in ways I can't even explain. He put his arm over me and it sent shivers down my spine. I felt weak and I hated that I moved away because it reminded me of something. I needed to be cautious I didn't want to repeat last time.

"So um there is a party tonight just for people our age" mason said and smiled

"I would love to go" I said and smiled

"We came for pack business not for parties" Marcus said and I rolled my eyes.

"Maybe you could consider it" i said and smiled and Marcus looked at me and I gave him puppy dog eyes.

"Ugh fine" Marcus said and I smiled

"Thanks" I said and he rolled his eyes and I chuckled.

"Well I guess we can meet a little later I would love to get to know my mate" mason said and they looked at me. I felt a lump in my throat. I felt sick to my stomach. I felt like I was gonna cry. I ran inside to my room and locked the door.

FLASHBACK

"Your so beautiful malia" Roger said and I blushed. It's my 15th birthday and I'm at my boyfriend's house. Wow. Not alot of girls can say that. He made me feel happy. I felt tingles everywhere when he hugged me.

He rubbed my thigh and I got nervous so I moved a bit.

"What's wrong" Roger said and I sighed

"Nothing um just not comfortable with that" I said and smiled another thing about Roger is that he was a wolf too. He said he could help find my pack but we got distracted because I fell for him. I met him around a few months ago he was helping these people do something he spoke Czech and English. He taught me how to speak Czech so I could help him help those people. I soon found out it was drugs that he was helping them with. I didn't want to leave him so I just helped. Alot of stuff happened during it and it's still hard to process some of it.

"It's okay" he said and he got closer. His hand got closer to my spot and he started kissing my neck. I let out a nervous laugh and shifted in my seat. It didn't phase him that I was uncompfortable so I got up.

"I said no Roger" I said and his eyes went from light brown to jet black. He got up and slammed me against the wall and I knocked out.

When I woke up I felt groggy. When I got up I winced in pain my pelvic area hurt bad. I tried to get up but I couldn't it hurt so bad. I finally managed to sit up and I looked back at the bed and there was blood. I put my hand to my mouth and I looked around and on the floor I saw a used condom.

"No no no" I cried he raped me. I realized that he raped me when I was unconscious. I knew he was gone cause he was no where to be found so I grabbed my pants and underwear and put them on. I sucked up the pain and got up and I ran. I ran far away. About ten miles away. I hid for days. I felt weak. I felt hopeless. I felt worthless.

FLASHBACK OVER

I wiped the tears from my eyes when I heard a knock at my door.

"Malia it's sam" he said and I stayed still.

"Malia come on you can talk to me Yeah? I know we just met but I promise I won't do anything" he said I heard my phone buzz and I looked at it. It was from Jordan.

Jordan-hey black wolf

Me-looks like we know why you "liked" me so much😂

Jordan-no I really did like you I thought you were beautiful but I also knew you weren't my mate but I felt so protective and I didn't know why. Now I know lol

Me-lol um you kind of got me at a bad time can I text later?

Jordan-you okay.?

Me-yes

Jordan-liar talk to me Malia

Me-i swear I'm fine

After that I ignored his texts and texted eve.

Me-eve. I can't do this who am I kidding? I found my mate..

Eve-thats great! And wtf do you mean you can't do it? You met your SOULMATE!

Me-i know but he makes me feel weak. He makes me feel all the things HE did. And it being a back the memory of it..

Eve-Malia Hayden Parks! You are a fighter! You are strong Malia your a damn BLACK WOLF YOUR PRACTICALLY ROYALTY!!! You got this Malia you got through that your worth everything your important and you are NOT weak. Your hell of alot stronger you haven't shifted in a long time and your still strong Malia so do not give up on someone you didn't get to at least know first. Just be precautions.

Me-your right. I hate when your right. It makes me wanna kick your ass.

I put my phone down and I cleaned my face up. I opened my door slowly and I saw Sam.

"Hey" I said and smiled

"What happened" Sam said

"I forgot I left my straightener on" I said and smiled

"Your a terrible liar" he said

"Can you just tell mason I need time to um process this" I said and he nodded and I went back into my room. I don't want to feel like this. Every damn bone in my body is telling me to go to him and just kiss him. My wolf is hurt cause we don't have our mate right now. She understands though she gets why I'm like this. He makes me feel weak when he touches me.

'you okay Malia?' Aarons linked me and I sighed

'I don't want to talk about it' I said

'Open your door please' he said I got up and went to the door and he stood there with two boxes of pizza, ice cream, candy, and movies and I smiled. It reminded me of Jordan. I let him in and he put the ice cream in the little mini fridge I had. Then I sat next to him on the bed. The movies he had were: Step brothers, Ted, and Neighbors.

"Which one" he said and I pointed to neighbors. He put it in the DVD player and sat back down and we watched it.

After a half hour we were laughing our asses off we ate all the pizza and the ice cream. Thats when mason walked in on us laughing.

"What is this?" He said and crossed his arms.

"We are watching neighbors" Aaron said

"Why are you two alone" he said and glared at Aaron.

"Whoa dude I respect the whole mate bond thing and she's my bestfriends twin it would be weird so chill" Aaron said

"Well I want to talk to her so" mason said and Aaron looked at me and I nodded.

"See you later malia" Aaron said

"Bye aaron" I said and he left the room.

Mason came and sat next to me. I looked at him and he looked sad and hurt. It hurt me that he looked like that.

"Why did you run" he said softly
