SPECIAL CHAPTER: 7 years ღ

Roschefort Family ღ

TODAY was Killian's 7th birthday. He had a Jurrasic park themed birthday, and a huge dinosaur cake that was made by Raya, Dustin's best friend. Killian was wearing a cute zookeeper costume, and everyone was fond of him.

The party was held in our massive backyard garden. After we married in the church, Reeve and I decided to reside in Ayala Alabang Village. Our house now is much bigger and modern than before. We now own a swimming pool, movie theatre, and an indoor mini-basketball court.

Even though we already left our old house, Reeve and I made a lot of memories there that are forever written in our hearts.

"This is my gift for you, pamangkin!" Khrizanta offered her gift to Killian, who was looking excited at what was inside the big box. "I hope you like it, Killian!"

"Thank you, Tita Khriz! You're the best tita in the world!" Killian says and hugs Khrizanta, who's now crouching a little to equal his height.

"Welcome, Killian!"

"Hello, Tita Kelsea! Hi, Tita Khriz!" Ashiro, Dustin's firstborn, came closer to where we were.

Khriz kissed him on the cheeks, and greeted him. "Hi, baby!" She says.

"Hi, Ashi! Are you enjoying the party?" I asked with a smile on my face.

He nodded, showing his dimples. "Opo, Tita!" he replied before he turned to my son. "Killian, let's go there! The twins already arrived with Tito Zach and Tita Ari!" Ashiro says.

I invited them since they're a family friend, and we live in the same village.

"Mommy, can I go see Zacki and Zhara?" Killian asked politely.

I nodded, smiling. "Of course, baby. Don't forget to show your respect to your Tito and Tita, ha?" paalala 'ko.

"Opo, Mommy!" Killian answered.

I smiled as I watched Killian and Ashiro run to welcome the Silvestre family. The passing of time is inevitable. I still remember his first birthday celebration. He had a toy story-themed birthday while wearing a woody costume. He was the center of attraction, and everyone couldn't take to hold him and take a picture with him.

I surveyed the surroundings and smiled when my eyes lay on the tallest man talking with a bunch of men while carrying an adorable little girl in his arms. I can't believe it's been seven years since we had Killian. Seeing my lovely husband carrying our daughter warmed my heart.

Kirsten Imogen is our secondborn. She turned three last month. Kirsten got her father's amber eyes, and medium tan skin color. A lot of people said that she was my mini me. . .

He became extra ultra mega clingy and protective of me in my second pregnancy.

My eyes flew down my fingers. I couldn't help but smile and feel amazed because I was now wearing two rings on my fingers. Reeve married me twice, first when we were both sober and secondly when we married in Immaculate Conception Church in Cubao.

Finally, my dream wedding and my dream family came true. . . I'm forever grateful to the man I love, Zuriel Reeve Roschefort for making my dreams come true.

Reeve didn't know that I am pregnant again with our third child. I wanted to surprise him about my pregnancy, causing me to lie about my menstruation. I pretended to have a period last week, but it was actually spotting. I wore a pad at that time, making it more believable.

I know it was a silly idea, but I really wanted to surprise him.

"Thanks for coming, sis. I know how busy you are these past few weeks, but you still made it here. Ibang klase na talaga kapag international supermodel na. . ." I said teasingly.

She chuckled. "My God, ate! I will free my time for my family! Besides, I really cleared my schedule for Killian's birthday."

"Thank you, sis," I said and hugged her.

"I'll be back in the US tomorrow tho. Alam mo naman, aside from being a model, I also have a responsibility sa Areno. Ewan 'ko ba kay Daddy! Ako pa talaga ang ginawang president ng Areno," reklamo niya.

I chuckled lightly. "Temporary lang naman, right? And besides, you're the only one who has a background in Tourism,"

She frowned. "Ayon lang," she says, chuckling.

"Anyway, tell Dwight to come home. It's been two years already!"

Her expression was saddened. "Yeah, 2 years. . . Umalis siyang broken hearted, babalik siyang broken hearted," she jested.

Mahina 'ko siyang hinampas. "Ano ka ba! Don't say that," I admonished.

"Mommy! Mommy!"

When I looked down, a smile immediately peal on my lips when I saw Kirsten, waving her tiny hands on me. She was wearing a cute zookeeper outfit, but not like Killian, she was wearing a brown dress-type uniform. I squatted a little to equal her height.

"Hi, my pretty baby. Where's your papa? Hmm?" I softly asked.

"Ninong!" she says and glances at my sister. "Bonjour, Tante belle!" my daughter says.

"Bonjour, my favorite niece!" Khrizanta replied and hugged her.

Reeve was constantly teaching Killian and Kirsten how to speak French so they would know their father's native language. In my case, I'm also learning how to speak French, and of course, my tutor is no other than my husband, Reeve.

The party went well. There are dinosaur statues and a real zookeeper with pet-friendly animals for a great Jurrasic vibes experience.

Killian was in front of his cake.

"Happy birthday to you. . . Happy birthday. . . Happy birthday. . . Happy birthday, dear Killian!" Everyone sang around us.

"Make a wish now, baby. . ." I whispered.

Killian closed his eyes and clasped his hands. "I wish I would have a baby brother just like Zacki and Zhara," he whispered.

I coughed weakly because I felt like I was caught off guard. My eyes flew to Reeve, and I felt my cheeks blush when I caught him looking at me already. His eyes was sparkling in happines while staring at me.

"I love you, wife," he mouthed as he stared at me directly.

Mas nagliyab ang magkabila 'kong pisngi. "I love you," I mouthed back before lowering my head, smiling like a teenager.

We both kiss him on the cheek after that while Kirsten gave his brother a tight hug.

"Joyeux anniversaire à toi, Kuya. . ." Kirsten says in her tiny voice.

Killian smiled. "Merci, bébé," he replied.

Kirsten giggled and kissed Killian on his cheeks. He smiled, making me smile in so much contentment.

The party went on after that. Kirsten was fond of my parents company.

We only go home on Sunday afternoon because Killian has school the next day. When it comes to work, Celine and two babysitters were there to keep Kirsten safe. He only works for five hours, and he'll go home straight after working. He's a good husband to me and a great father to our children.

Reeve is hugging me on the back, and his chin resting on my shoulder. We were standing a little far away, but we could still see the entire party. My cousins were here although they weren't complete. Haze and Dwight weren't able to attend. Dustin and his pregnant wife was here. Hazel and Duke were talking over a meal. Duke was now studying in med school, and next year, he will start working as an intern in Areno. Hazel was now making her own name in the Fashion industry.

Unfortunately, Dwight wasn't here. He was in the USA for an important matter. Tito DC, his father, was now the newly elected vice president of the Philippines, making our family more influential. Thank God, no reporters went to our house to invade our privacy.

Eunice, and Vernon, Reeve's friend was of course here. Inaalalayan ni Vernon si Eunice dahil buntis 'to. They haven't married yet but Vernon already proposed to her last year. Harper and Rejie, with their two adorable kids were also present.

"I can't believe Killian turned 7. Parang kailan lang at kaagaw 'ko pa siya breast milk mo," Reeve says, chuckling in his own sentiments.

You also competed with Kirsten!" I admonished.

His eyes were gleaming in mischief as he laughed out loud. "You can't blame me, wife. Your breastmilk tastes good," he said huskily.

Halos irapan 'ko naman siya.

His hug tightened, and I could feel him sniffing my neck. "You smell so good, hmm. . ." he mumbled.

"This is Miss Dior, Reeve!" sagot 'ko at mabilis na umikot paharap sa kaniya.

"And you're Mrs. Roschefort," he winked at me.

I sniffed his scent and giggled when it lingered perfectly on my nose.

"Wife, did you know you made of a rare material?" he muttered.

I look up at him, confused. "What do you mean?"

"Wife Material," he grinned.

My cheeks instantly flushed when I understood what he meant. His face broke out into a dazzling grin when he saw my reaction.

"Hubby! Seriously? Pick up lines? That's not you!" I said, stifling a smile.

He pouted like a warrior who lost in his battle. "Hindi ka kinilig?" he asked in disappointment.

I chuckled lightly. "I did, hubby! I'm just teasing you. I love you, hubby. . ." I muttered, chuckling louder.

A contented smile appeared on his lips. "I love you more and more each day, wife. . ." he whispered.

My heart swells.

Ngumiti ako at inabot ang pisngi niya. I caressed it while staring at his amber orbs. No doubt, His face is still my favorite face. Hindi na 'yon magbabago kahit anong mangyari. . .

His hand snakes on my lower back, pulling me against his body. Then, he slid his other hand on my nape, not releasing his passionate gaze on mine. I slowly closed my eyes when his face came closer to me, and when it finally landed on my lips, my heart went frenzied as if it was our first.

"Oh mon Dieu! Tita Khriz! Papa is eating mommy's face!"

Her tiny finger pointed at us while her innocent eyes darted into my sister's as if she were reporting us.

"Papa is a dinosaur, Tita! He's eating Mommy's face!" my daughter complained.

Khrizanta eyed us teasingly. "That's normal for adults, Ten. Nagmumukbang lang sina Papa at Mommy mo,"

Heat immediately rushed through my cheeks and neck when I heard what she said to my daughter. Kirsten tilted her head, eyeing us innocently while her lips puckered.

"Khrizanta!" I chastised.

"What? Mukbang naman talaga 'yon," makahulugang aniya at sinamahan pa talaga niya 'yon ng malakas na pagtawa.

Reeve wrapped his arm around my shoulders casually. I felt his chest vibrate when he let out a low and soft chuckle after hearing Khrizanta's response. I looked up and scowled at him.

"I'm not laughing, wife." he reasoned, but I saw the smile he was trying to bite back.

"Prends soin de ta vie, Reeve!" I chastised and held Kirsten's hand before I marched my way out.(Translation: Bahala ka sa buhay mo, Reeve)

Days and weeks went in the blink of an eye. Last two months, we celebrated Killian and Kirsten's birthday. And now Reeve and I will celebrate our 7th anniversary as a husband and wife. We've been married for 17 years, but we are celebrating the anniversary of our second marriage. . .

"So. . . You'll be back next month?" Mom asked in curiosity.

I nodded with a subtle smile. "Yes, mom."

"Ingat kayo doon, okay? Message me after the airplane lands at the airport," she said, making me nod.

"Don't worry about us, Mom, we will be fine," I assured her.

"I'll miss you and these two adorable children," she says and proceeds on hugging Killian and Kirsten. "I'll miss you both, sweetie pie," she says.

"I will miss you too, Lola pretty!" Killian muttered.

"Love you, Lola," Kirsten says, kissing mom on the cheeks.

Nakangiti ako habang nakatingin sa kanila. When the boarding was announced, we knew we needed to let our feet walk until we reached the inside of the plane. I was pulling our luggage, and on my other hand was Killian's. Reeve is carrying Kirsten in his arms while his other hand pulling our other luggage.

The moment we embarked on the plane, all the crew greeted us. The chief flight attendant guided us to the business line where customised aircraft seats were located. I couldn't help but feel amazed when we reached our stop.

This isn't my first time booking in business class, but this is my first time booking in a VIP business class. This can be compared with Qatar Airways business class. The business longue has an incredible private family area decked out with widescreen TVs, leather couches, abreast table, and a dual-screen interface that allows kids to play games and watch movies at the same time.

"Let me help you with your luggage, Miss Altamirano," I glanced at the chief flight attendant who spoke.

I shook my head, smiling. "It's alright. We can handle it, thank you," I said gratefully.

The kids were already settled down while Reeve and I were still standing because I was helping him put our luggages in carry-on.

"I couldn't believe our airlines would be this extravagance!" I muttered in awe.

I heard Reeve chuckling. "Same here, wife. I haven't tried riding a plane with this kind of interior. It's giving me a private jet vibes," he says.

I glanced at him. "I know, hubby! I should have asked Dad about it when I told him we were going to France," I answered back.

The flight from the Manila to Paris, France will be 16 hours and 45 minutes non-stop flights.

This is the first time that Kirsten will be going to France. Si Killian naman ay pangatlong beses na. The kids owned a French passport and a Philippine passport since they were dual citizens just like their father. In my case, I own a Philippine passport and US passport since I am also a dual citizen.

"Kirsten, tell Mommy if you want to pee or if you're hungry, alright?" I whispered.

She nodded, grinning. "Okay, Mommy!"

"Very good, anak," I complimented.

She just giggled. I let her watch an educational cartoon, then I glanced over at Killian, who was sitting beside Reeve. The only divider of us was the abreast table and the dual-screen.

"Are you okay, baby?" I asked him.

"I'm fine, Mommy."

"Hungry?"

He shook his head. "Not yet,"

I smiled at him. Inabot 'ko ang ulo niya para haplusin. Reeve reached for my hand and squeeze it a little. Ngumiti kami sa isa't-isa.

"You okay, wife?" he asked.

"I am, hubby," I answered back with a smile on my face.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is Kendall, and I'm your chief flight attendant. On behalf of Captain Kristoff Altamirano and the entire crew, welcome aboard Areno Midways' non-stop Service from Manila to Paris, France."

I gasped after I heard the announcement. "Si Dad ang piloto?!" I muttered.

"Lolo is the Pilot, Mommy!" Killian says, making me look at him.

I nodded. "Yes, baby," I said, feeling proud.

"Did you know about this, wife?" Reeve asked.

Umiling ako. "No, hubby!" I uttered in astonishment.

He nodded, smiling. "Me too. Since we got married, everytime we travel, iba ang piloto. Ngayon lang talaga natin naabutan si Dad," he says.

I chuckled lightly. "Right! Let's wait for him to exit the cockpit so we can greet him," I said, making him nod.

A snack was delivered by a flight attendant when we reached the midway. Then, another flight attendant came over and equipped the kids with activity packs and colouring books.

"Thank you," I said when the flight attendant handed each one of us a glass of orange juice.

"Is there anything you need, Ma'am?"

Tipid akong umiling. "Nothing. Thank you,"

Time passed, and the sleeping duration of the flight arrived. All of the lights in the aisle are now going off. All the passengers were already asleep, but some were still awake, using their laptops, maybe working.

I wasn't able to sleep well during the sleeping duration because I had a sudden headache in the middle of my sleep. I even threw up in the comfort room.

When we woke up, the flight attendant delivered us our breakfast. Reeve requested a coffee while I had a chocolate drink since I'm avoiding coffee. The kids have their own milk, so I only requested hot water.

"Eat your Apple, baby," sabi 'ko nang napansin 'kong hindi kinakain ni Kirsten ang prutas na nasa plato niya.

"I don't like apples, Mommy!"

My eyebrows knotted. "Why? Is there something wrong?"

"You don't like apples, princess? How about the apple pie I made last time? Hmm?" Reeve softly said.

She shook her head. "But. . . Mommy will be gone, Papa!" she says and hugs my arms.

Kapwa gulat kami ni Reeve. Killian chuckled before he took away the apples on his sister's plate. Then, he put his banana on the plate instead.

"An apple a day keeps the doctors away. Kirsten heard it a while ago, Mommy," he says.

My lips parted while Reeve laughed out loud.

"Oh, baby. . ." I cupped her face and kissed her forehead. "Mommy won't go anywhere, alright? Even if you eat apple a hundred times, Mommy will be here."

She pouted. "Really, Mommy?"

"Yes, of course, love," sabi 'ko habang nakangiti.

After over 16 hours of non-stop flight, the airplane safely landed at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Reeve got our luggage on the carry-on while I readied the kids to disembark the plane. But before we leave, lumabas si Dad mula sa cockpit para batiin kami.

I was mesmerized seeing him wearing a pilot uniform. Dad gave me a peck on my cheeks before he tapped Reeve's shoulder.

"Lolo, you're here! You are amazing, Lolo! You navigate this big aircraft by yourself!" Killian jaunty says.

"Thank you, buddy," sagot ni Dad at bahagyang ginulo ang buhok ni Killian.

"Lolo is a pilot?" Kirsten innocently says.

Dad nodded, chuckling. "I am, sweetheart. How's the flight?" he asked cooly.

"The flight was fine, Dad. Thank you for landing us safe," sagot 'ko.

"Of course, sweetheart. That's my job, to make you all safe in the air and to make sure the plane will safely land on the runaway," he answered.

"You're so cool, Lolo!" Kirsten spoke, jumping.

"I want to be a Pilot just like you, Lolo!" Killian says.

My eyes grew wider.

Dad jested.

A little more catch-up with dad before we finally disembarked the plane. The moment we reached the end of the Paris airport, I could hear people talking in French! I'm not really good in foreign languange but based on their accent, they were British, and German.

A friend of Reeve, when he was still in the military, pick us up in the Airport. Ninong siya noong binyag ni Killian. The blue sky and the leaves of the trees are gold and red, compliments the chilly weather. I couldn't believe how majestic it is here in Paris. The historical structures of the buildings and houses are eye-catching.

We stopped in front of the Novotel Paris hotel near the CDG airport. The building was creme with a flat-style roof. The hotel is near the metro station, some coffee shops, and the Eiffel Tower, which would be convenient for us.

She was like 'You're from the family of Roschefort-maître cuisinier!' sikat pala talaga ang pamilya ni Reeve dito sa France. His ancestors also gave tribute to the country's food industry.

When we had our key card, a Concierge escorted us to the floor of our suite. The room was enormous. The receptionist mentioned that it is a superior Double Room with 60 square meters. There's a dinner table, a double king-size bed, a grey sofa bed in front of a television, and next to the corner is the bathroom that probably has a bathtub. All things considered, the room is fabulous and worth the price since we have the majestic view of the Eiffel Tower.

"Merci pour le service," Reeve said. (Translation: Thank you for the service)

"C'est mon plaisir," the Concierge smiled genuinely. "I'll be going now, enjoy your stay, monsieur et madame," he says politely. (Translation: It's my pleasure)

Thankfully, I was able to sleep at peace.

The next day, we're having breakfast on the balcony of our suite. The Eiffel Tower is our view while having breakfast. Even though I already visited Paris many times. The Eiffel Tower never failed to amaze me. It always feels like the first time.

"After breakfast, let's go to Zooparc De Beauval. Hmm? What do you think, wife?" Reeve asked between his chews.

My eyes twinkled. "The kids would surely love that, hubby!" I answered back. "Who wants to see a panda?!"

Killian raised his hand. "Me! I want to see panda, mommy!" Killian says.

Kirsten joined. "I want to see panda!" she says.

"Zooparc, then," Reeve said, making the two kids squeal in excitement.

Our first day in Paris was fun. We went to Zooparc De Beauval, then after an hour of taking pictures and feeding the animals, we went to Notre Dame to attend a mass. We also went to Tuileries Garden after we bought pastry in the nearby bakery, and then we had a picnic.

While we were eating, we asked a random stranger to take a photo of us. After two shots, we took another photo but this time, by ourselves.

"Let me take a photo of you, hubby!" I said, giggling.

"Hmm? Sure," he smiled beautifully when I focused my phone's camera on him.

After taking two shots, ipinakita 'ko na sa kaniya ang resulta. "Here! You look so handsome," I giggled.

"Wow," he commented and smiled. "Let's take a photo together, wife. Come here," he tapped his lap.

I glanced at the kids. Kirsten and Killian was busy eating their food— Croissant and French Fries.

Reeve and I didn't mind the people who took a glance at us. My cheeks heated up when his breath hitched, and a hard thing between his legs instantly hardened. He cussed under his breath, but we still managed to take a photo together.

"Fuck. I miss our sexy time. . ." he whispered huskily.

Napalunok ako. "S-So do I, hubby. . ." I whispered back.

It's been three weeks since the last love we encountered. Sometimes, Killian was also sleeping in our bedroom. God knows how much I miss having him inside me.

"Hmm? Should we have some sexy time later when the kids are sleeping?" he whispered huskily.

I moistened my lips. "But you knew the kids. Especially, Kirsten—"

Reeve interjected. "I'll handle that little princess. Hmm. So. . . Later, wife? Hmm? Kahit sa banyo lang?" he whispered.

Bahagya akong umikot paharap sa kaniya.

His amber orbs flickered into mine, making me swallow hard. "A-Alright. Kapag nakatulog na 'yong dalawa, hubby."

When the night came, we had a dinner in the famous Seine River cruise.

On our second day, we went to the French Aquarium in Le Bon Marche. Kirsten and Killian enjoyed their time there since they had some activity regarding sea creatures. We also went to some high-end brand shops to buy pasalubong. Then, we went to the Eiffel Tower. Tomorrow, we decided to visit the Disneyland Paris.

I was staring at the magnificent view of the sunset when I suddenly craved steak. I wanted to eat steak, but not the usual steak that was cooked by a normal chef. I want it to be exceptional!

I pulled the hem of Reeve's jacket. I looked at him in doe when he glanced at me in confusion, yet his aura looked radiant. Palibhasa, natuloy kami sa pagdidilig kagabi. And I swear it was so good that we had four rounds!

"Hmm? What does my wife want?" he asked while grinning.

"I want steak for dinner."

He looked dazed. "Steak? I knew a steak restaurant in the corner," he says.

I shook my head in disagreement. "No! Gusto 'ko 'yong luto ni Gordon Ramsay! I want him to cook the steak in front of us," I said with finality.

His lips parted. "W-What?"

My face crumpled. "Paulit-ulit ka naman, hubby! I'm craving steak na si Gordon Ramsay ang nagluto!"

Nalaglag ang panga niya. "Why? That's so random, wife. . ." hindi makapaniwalang aniya.

"Please, hubby. . ." I pleaded while doing a puppy eyes.

Reeve granted my request. My eyes sparkled while watching him talk with someone over the phone.

"You were saying that he's a family friend?" I asked in astonishment.

He licked his lower lip. "Sort off, wife. He's an old student of my grandfather," he says casually.

How could he say that casually?!

When the evening came, I couldn't believe the famous celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay was in front of us. He was towering over me, but Reeve was still taller than him. With his blonde hair, blue eyes, and strong features, I could say he looked really intimidating. Pero hindi 'ko maiwasan ang hindi mamamangha.

"Nice seeing you here, Mr. and Mrs. Roschefort," he offered his hand, and I respectfully accepted it.

I smiled widely. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Ramsay,"

"Welcome to Le Pressoir d'Argent, Bordeaux," he welcomed us inside his restaurant with a smile.

Thank God, Reeve told me that the restaurant of Gordon Ramsay was a fine dining restaurant inside a five star hotel. I'm wearing an olive evening dress that I partnered with my newly bought Dior heels. Reeve was wearing a white button-down longsleeves that he folded up to his elbows and dark gray pants. Killian and Kirsten also wearing formal clothes— dress and button-down longsleeves polo.

The ambience is relaxed elegance. And when he started cooking our steak, I couldn't help but capture it until the last step. He is really a good chef, but of course, my husband is the best.

My stomach rumbled abruptly the moment I saw the salivating smoking steak. It smells so good that I felt my mouth watered.

"Here you go, lovely couple. Dig in, and enjoy." He served the steak and tapped Reeve on the shoulder.

"Thank you so much, Mr. Ramsay," I said in sincerity.

He waved his hand as if telling me it wasn't a big deal before he stormed out to give us privacy. Before I ate, of course, Reeve and I sliced the steak for Killian and Kirsten. I bought plastic silverware for them so they won't get hurt using the stainless knife and fork.

The sparkling and looking masterpiece at night, the Eiffel Tower, was our view while having dinner.

"Hubby. . ." I called my husband.

My heart started to pound when our eyes locked in each other.

He smiled. "Hmm? You want more?"

Umiling ako. "I just want to thank you. Thank you for being my husband. Thank you for not getting tired of loving, understanding, and taking care of me and our children." I reached for his hand and squeezed it gently. "Happy seven-year anniversary to us," I uttered genuinely.

His eyes gleam in happiness. "More years with you, wife. . ." He kissed the back of my hand.

"More years with you, hubby. I love you, Reeve." I smiled and leaned forward to give him a quick kiss.

"I love you forever, wife. . ." he says adoringly.

As if on cue, Mr. Gordon Ramsay came back with a plate of dessert. It was a slice of chocolate cake. He smoothly slid it onto the table and then smiled at us.

"Congratulations to both of you. Enjoy the rest of the evening," I want to laugh when he winked at Reeve.

Reeve shakes his head, grinning. "Baliw talaga ang isang 'yon," he whispered, making me laugh.

"Ikaw talaga, hubby!" sabi 'ko saka ngumiti.

He smirked and winked at me. I sip on my juice before I glanced at my children, enjoying the dessert. I think this is the right moment to spill my secret to everyone. . . My heart started to pound like crazy again.

"Hubby. . ."

"Hmm?"

"Congratulations because you're going to be a dad again!" I announced while smiling so wide.

He gasped, and his eyes grew wider. Killian and Kirsten innocently looked at us in confusion.

"What happened to Papa, Mommy?" Killian asked in confusion and curiosity.

Ngumiti ako at hinaplos ang pisngi niya. "I told him that there's a baby inside my belly," sabi 'ko, naluluha na.

Killian touched my belly. "I'm going to be a big brother again, Mommy?" he asked, hopingly.

I bit my lips, teary-eyed. "Yes, baby."

"Yes! My birthday wish granted!"

Kirsten suddenly cried. "I'm going to be a big sister?"

"Yes, love, You'll be a big sister," I answered, smiling.

"Yehey! I'm going to have a playmate!" Kirsten clapped.

I smiled as I looked at my kids, who were happy about the news. My eyes laid on Reeve, who stood up from his chair. He went near me and kneeled on one of his knees before I felt my stomach tickled when he buried his face in my stomach, kissing it gently.

His eyes were heavy and overflowing with emotions.

"I love you, Kelsea. Thank you so much for giving me another blessing. You're the best wife. . ." His weak voice cracked.

I brushed my fingers through his hair.

"I love you, hubby. Thank you for being the father of my children. I will forever be grateful that you're the one I married," sabi 'ko at hinaplos ang mukha niya.

Reeve kissed my stomach again before he caressed my cheeks. Then, he slowly leaned to kiss my forehead.

"You're my home, my wife, my love, and I will always love you," he says as his tears abruptly cascade.

He held my hand and kissed my ring finger with so much adoration. Then, he slowly looked up at me and smiled despite his tears. I smiled in contentment while holding our hands.

I thanked God that he gave me a wonderful husband like Reeve. . . With Reeve, Killian, Kirsten and the baby inside me, everything is easier. A world without them would be unbearable.
