SELENE BLACKWOOD WAS born for greatness. She's the daughter of Faustus and Emilia Blackwood, two very powerful beings. Selene inherited their power, but she's also part banshee since her grandmother was one. That's why she's her father's heir to the Church of Night.

The Dark Lord sent Selene to protect his daughter, Sabrina Spellman when she was only a few weeks old. So she's lived two lives for most of her life; amongst her own kind and amongst mortals.

Her father is a power hungry psychopath that wanted his infant twins to grow up to marry each other and her aunt killed dozens of witches, warlocks, and mundanes. Her aunt was witch bipolar, and so is her cousin, Quinn. Her half-sister, Prudence, isn't insane, but she will definitely do morally questionable things. Her half-brother was killed a few years ago, but Selene recently decided he's the best way to bring her ex-boyfriend, Nick back to life.

But here's the thing... Selene quickly learns that her brother is exactly like the stories that have been told about him. He's a trickster, and enjoys being that way.

And he shares the same darkness as Selene. But unlike him, she tries to fight it. She's never wanted to be malicious, but now things are different. She's willing to do whatever it takes to bring Nick back and hunt down her father. That's why she broke up with Ambrose and bought along her resurrected brother. But will she be able to do so without becoming just as bad as her father?

AUTHOR'S NOTE
ALL of my oc's in this book are bisexual or pansexual and ambrose is pan. i like for my oc's to be able to be with whoever i want them to, so it's just easier for them to be bi or pan. if you're homophobic, leave now.

please don't ever comment "update" on any of my chapters. it won't motivate me to update any quicker, because if i haven't updated a book then it most likely means i'm having writer's block or i'm busy with school. i try to update as much as i can, but like all of you, i have a life outside of wattpad. i will simply delete your comment, and move on with my day.
