Rose Tyler swore she saw him that day. She swore on her life. Her parents thought she was crazy, but she knew she saw him. They kept telling her that, "He said there was no way back." And, "Rose, he's gone." But she knew that he was there. No one believed her.

That was two months ago. Now Rose Tyler was in an insane asylum for people who were going insane. At first the doctors would try therapy. Then if that didn't work they would use shock therapy. Lastly if that didn't work they would drill into her brain. She didn't want her brain drilled into and she didn't want any type of therapy, but she knew that she saw him.

The Doctor. She knew that she had seen HER Doctor. Two years ago Rose had gotten trapped in a parallel universe, and had been taken away from The Doctor. But she was able to see him one last time on Bad Wolf Bay. He broke her heart that day. He didn't even finish talking to her when the gap he was talking through had closed. His last words to her were, "Rose Tyler I-" before disappearing.

Rose Tyler was sitting on her bed in the asylum when she heard a voice. "Rose... Rose..." It cried. "Hello? I-Is someone there?" She said, looking around her small room. Then he appeared. The Doctor appeared. "D-Doctor...?" She said. "Rose..." He said, looking at her with his big said brown eyes. "Y-You look like a ghost." Rose whispered making sure none of the guards over heard her. He nodded, "I know, but I can't change that." "How are you here? You said you could never get back here." "I know I said that, but I'm a Time Lord after all." He smiled sadly. Rose held out her hand and The Doctor tried to hold it but his hand slipped right through.

"D-did I really see you two months ago?" She said softly. "Yes you did, but I wasn't at the correct time and place so it only showed myself for a second or two. Why are you in here...?" He asked. "I'm in here because I thought I saw you... No one believed me..." Tears started welling up in her eyes. "Rose... Back on Bad Wolf Bay... I never finished what I was saying and it's something that I have to say." He said, stepping closer. "Y-Yes...?" She said, a tear falling down her cheek. "Rose Tyler... I love you." He then kissed her. Even though he was a ghost in her dimension he could still feel her warm lips against his. Rose kissed back. She had wanted to kiss him since she met this version of him and he had wanted to kiss her since he met her. She was his Bad Wolf Girl after all, even though he had forgotten all about the encounter with his older selfs at the time.

A guard opened the door to Rose Tyler's room to see her kissing the air. Only Rose could see The Doctor. "That's it!" The guard yelled, as Rose pulled back from the kiss, "You are going to shock therapy!" He grabbed Rose's hand and dragged her to the shock therapy room. "NO!! He was really there this time! He was!!" Rose yelled, trying to hold on to The Doctor's hand, who was following quickly behind.

They got to the room and Rose was quickly strapped in. "D-Doctor..." Rose said, crying. The guard pushed the button to start the therapy. Rose started to scream very loudly. "Rose Tyler..." The Doctor said, "I love you... And I will always love you..." The Doctor said, before disappearing. Thirty minutes passed and the therapy stopped. Rose walked out of the room not remembering anything from earlier or from two months earlier.

Rose Tyler walked out of the asylum a week and a half later. She was walking to her mother's car when she thought she heard a voice, "Rose... Rose..." It called. Rose looked around but didn't see The Doctor, who was on the other side of the street. Rose just shrugged it off and continued walking. The Doctor watched her sadly as she got into her mother's car and drove away. The Doctor said for the final time, "Rose Tyler, I love you." Before disappearing.
