One of the few example of a Barry Allen not being a doppleganger to Earth Prime Barry. He's well into his own career but didn't even have the name for himself until he encountered the other Barry Allen in the Speed Force. Just as intelligent but more impulsive than the  others, his speed force connection and lightning more unique.

After the restoration of his earth he nearly created Flashpoint on his own earth only to be stopped by himself avoiding the problem of messing up the timeline.
