*A few months later*

*Poppy stayed in that same closet tied up, gagged and blindfolded with starvation issues and dehydration issues (Well her dehydration issues weren't as severe as her starvation issues*

*suddenly she heard someone breaking into the kidnapper's pod, she squirmed and whimpered and then she heard the door being pick-locked*

*Then a greyish-blue troll wearing a leaf vest and brown shorts opened the door and he saw her squirming and whimpering*

??? (softly): Hey there, how'd a pretty girl like you get in here?

*Poppy whimpered and trembled*

*then the troll looked around*

???: Hang on i'll be right back

*the troll ran off and grabbed some valuables and went to the closet and picked poppy up and he rushed out of the house with her in his arms*

*The next morning*

*Poppy woke up and opened her eyes and saw she was on a bed but she wasn't tied up or gagged or blindfolded*

Poppy (weakly): Huh? Wh- what happened?

*Poppy tried to get up but given that she hasn't eaten or drank in a few months, she fell back down on the bed*

???: Well, look who's finally awake

Poppy (Weakly): Huh? who are you?

Branch: Oh right i'm branch and you are...?

Poppy (weakly and shyly): I'm uh poppy...

Poppy (Weakly): But why did you bring me here?

Branch: Well i was breaking into the house you were in and i heard whimpering, i picked the closet lock and found you in there and you looked pretty weak so i brought you here to help you regain your strength, now *holds out a stack of berries* eat these, it'll help you gain your strength

Poppy (weakly): Okay...

*poppy ate the berries and was feeling quite sleepy*

Branch: alright now get some sleep princess...

*branch told her as he stroked her head and she fell asleep*

*Branch admired how she slept, he chuckled softly before he left the room*
