All the world's a park
And all the humans wait in line
They go up and down on the roller coaster

So your ride begins seven stages...

You enter as an infant,
Screaming and hugging at your mother's legs.
And more puking if you didn't follow my advice.
So keep all hands and feet inside the car at all times
And leave your common sense at the entrance!

And then you go to school
Your eyelids flutter open as you fight the exhaustion.
Staples sells tape for pretty cheap if that makes a difference.
The rollercoaster goes up.

And then in high school:
"Mother, I love him!"
You think you'll be together forever,
But he's straight, so get your hands off.

You're done with school,
But the workforce calls.
What's this?
An internship for your dad's big company.
Hope you have something other than that dirty t-shirt
You've worn for the past 6 weeks.

Life goes on,
The job fell through
McDonald's is hiring forty year old unmarried men if you're interested.

Still no children to carry your legacy,
Your ride is coming to an end.
At least you have your cats.
