Rey walked into high school with a pep in her step. She was excited.

She was going to be a freshman here. Rey now had two new friends who had made her forget all about Ben or Kylo Ren as he said. Poe and Finn were going to make this a good year.

Rey walked into her first class with a smile on her face. That smile dropped when she saw a familiar face.

It was Kylo Ren. He was there, headphones in his ears, his black hair in his eyes. Unfortunately the seat next to him was the only one left.

Rey walked quietly to the back of the classroom and sat silently in her seat. Hopefully Kylo wouldn't notice her.

Too late.

He turned to face him, surprise in his eyes.

"Rey? Rey is that you?"

Kylo looked at her, eyes pleading. Rey looked at him for a split second then turned away, not saying anything.
