Turns Out Getting Kidnapped Isnt Fun. (Five)
Allison's POV
I woke up with a serious headache. I looked around and found myself in another strange room. (How many times will this happen to me?) I got to my feet and looked for a way out or at least a window. Some way to know where I am. I run towards a window and gasp. I was met with dark, dark blue. Water. I was under water. I started to hyperventilate. My hearts felt like they would explode. How was I here? Where is the Doctor? Will I ever see him again? I shook my head as I looked for a way to escape.
There was a control panel so naturally, I checked it out. I turned on a screen and it lit up with information regarding as to where I was. There were electronic journal entries. I selected the last one.
"Day, I think one hundred and nine of our journey."
The man looked in his late thirties. His hair was a mess and he looked he'd been through Hell.
"I am the only one left of the expedition. I came with about ninety crew members. All of them dead. There are creatures. They are like wolf-human demon hybrids. We call them Lupus Diaboli. Wolf demon in Latin. They killed all my men. They seem to be after one of their own. About one month into our mission, we captured one of their kind. To study it and understand them more but then they started to attack. I haven't released the creature yet and I don't plan to. It's only a matter of time before they get me as well. I only pray that these creatures won't be able to get a hold on the station and learn to grow to other planets. God knows what they'll do. That's why I'm bringing the station into the water so they can't get to me. Hopefully that will slow them down. If Earth ever received this, do not return to this planet I repeat, do not return to this planet. Captain Flanagan signing out for the last time. Security number 1834"
Then the recording ended. I pulled out the field and information on the creature they captured. It seemed to be larger and have different patterns. It stood out from the rest. I turned on the surveillance cameras monitoring the lab. I pressed another button and voice made me jump.
"Hello! I am the interface. You may make any request and I will do my best to help you." It was a female voice. Okay. I looked around to see where the voice was being projected from.
"Um hello. Can you pull up the medical files on the Lupus Diaboli that you're monitoring in the lab?" I waited a couple of seconds and then the voice spoke again.
"Pulling up medical files. Any specific file you wish to see?" I stroked my chin.
"No. Just show me the files. Please." A bunch of files popped up on the screen. I skimmed through them until I found what I was looking for.
"Bingo! Okay, let's see what you fellas are." The medical files filled up the majority of the screen. I clicked the he scan on the creature. It seemed humanoid but the brain functions were not even close the Human. I noticed a section that they colonists skimmed over. They seemed to have a low-level telepathic field. Of course the Humans would ignore that because they don't have telepathic abilities so they don't bother looking into it.
"Um, interface?"
"Yes?"
"Give me directions to the lab."
"You are not authorized to go near the lab. Under the captain's orders." I started to pace the room. So the captain said no one should go there. I scanned through my mind in search of a way to bypass the system. I pulled out the sonic, stick, or whatever and tried to use it on the monitor. It just started to beep, not allowing me to bypass the rules.
"Actually I am." I remembered Captain Flanagan said his security number so if I can convince the interface to let me in using that information then.... "Under Captain Flanagan's orders, security number 1834." The interface seemed to process this.
"Direction being sent to the headset given." A earpiece came out of the control panel. I put it around my ear and a small screen turned on in front of my eye.
"Awesome! Thanks interface."
"Glad to have helped." Then the voice turned off. I followed the plans given to me. Turning down multiple corridors. I'm glad I had the plans or else I would be lost. How big is this place?
Third Person POV
The Doctor ran back to the TARDIS to make some scans on the creatures and where they might have teleported Allison. He ran and frantically to the console and turned it on. He put his sonic screwdriver in for scanning. The TARDIS might be able to follow the technology. The TARDIS scanned the sonic and after a couple of seconds, had results. These creatures rely mainly on their telepathic ability but the teleport was Human. Typical. The Doctor traced where Allison could've gone and the TARDIS gave him a general area.
"Under water. Okay, I can work with that." He ran to suit up. He smiled to himself. "I've been waiting to use these."
