It's All Your Fault Doctor (28)

I waited a while until I heard the familiar sound of the TARDIS breaks. I turned around to see the TARDIS appearing.

When it stopped, I saw the Doctor walk out. His cheery expression and stupid looking suspenders. And don't forget the bow tie. My hand made its way to my ring as I spun it around my finger, nervous about what I was about to ask the Doctor.

"Ali! Did you enjoy your trip? I hope you learned something." I was about to tell him about meeting a different version of him but then I realized, I shouldn't. When I met him in the future, he didn't know we would meet so I decided to not say anything.

"Yeah. I got thirty followers on this app called Wattpad!"

"Since when did you get a phone?"

I stuck my tongue out at him. "When you weren't looking." The Doctor rolled his eyes at me and started walking towards the TARDIS. I happily followed him but then I remembered what the older version of the Doctor said.

"Hey, who is-" I stopped myself. I remembered what the older Doctor said. (You know what? I'm getting confused so I'm just going to call him Scottdoc) He said that I can never say that man's name no matter what. I don't know why but I just decided to listen to him. Also I don't want Scottdoc to hunt me down and kill me while I'm sleeping. (Yes, Time Lords do sleep, I'll prove it.) "Just, come here." I motioned the Doctor to come closer. He obliged. He bent down do I could whisper the name in his ear.

"So who is he? I have a feeling you know who they are." The Doctor slowed his breathing and slowly backed away.

"We better talk about this in the TARDIS and not here. Bad things could happen if people heard us." I quickly walked towards the TARDIS, eager to know who this man truly was, apart from a murderer.

Third Person POV

Once they were inside, the Doctor turned around slowly. He took a deep breath. He opened his mouth but nothing came out. The Doctor didn't know how to say this. He pressed his hands together.

"How did you know that name?" Ali huffed and crossed her arms like a little kid.

"I just do. Now spill. Who is he?" The Doctor didn't know how or why Ali knew his name but he didn't think much of it. So he was just going to tell her, straight up. No lies, no secrets. They only had each other so what's the worst that could happen by telling Ali his name? (Never say that. It always gets worse.)

"Ali, that name: it's mine. That's my name. You must never say it out loud though. There are people in this universe who would do anything to know my name." The Doctor smiled, thinking nothing of telling Ali his name.

Ali held a blank expression on her face. Rage was boiling inside her, it started in her core and was slowly flowing through her body. Ali took a deep breath and then slapped the Doctor.

"Ow! That was the second time since we met." The Doctor rubbed his cheek. "What was that for?"

"What was that for? Oh I wonder!!" Sarcasm lacing Ali's voice. "Maybe that was for BLOWING UP OUR PLANET!!" Ali clenched her hands until her knuckles turned white.

The Doctor put a finger up. "I technically didn't blow it up-"

"Would you just shut up?!" Ali screamed in the Doctor's face. Ali started to pace. "How could you do that? Kill all those innocent people just to kill the Daleks? A species for a species." Ali suddenly turned around and looked at the Doctor, tears pricking her eyes.

"The Daleks did all die right? That was the whole Dalek fleet above Gallifrey so if they died, then no more Daleks right?" The Doctor didn't answer. "RIGHT?!"

The Doctor sighed and put his head down. "We significantly lowered the Dalek numbers that day-"

"Not we. You. I had nothing to do with slaughtering thousands of people."

"I lowered the Dalek population drastically that day, enough to significantly alter their way of living, but no. The Daleks are still out there plotting to kill every being they find less superior." The Doctor sighed before quickly adding, "but I'm doing everything I can to stop them and try to make them see right."

"Oh bullshit! Why don't you just kill them all? Add another species' blood on your hands, "Ali scoffed, "Heck! Add it to your 'I-killed-this-species' collection. Why don't I just give you a gold star?"

The Doctor hung his head low and remembered Jenny. What he said confronting the warring species.

You need to get yourself a better dictionary. When you do, look up genocide. You'll see a picture of me there. And the caption will read; over my dead body! (Comment if you know what episode I am referring to)

"I know I made mistakes and I want to fix them. I want to make it right by saving people. And I know there is no way for anyone to forgive what I did, and I'm sorry."

"Don't give me those excuses. Doctors are supposed to heal. Their supposed to help people get better. You were supposed to save the Time Lords and kill the Daleks. You were supposed to save people but you didn't." Ali started to walk towards her room. Then she turned around and glared at the Doctor, hatred in her eyes. "I wish I died with my people instead of met the man who killed them."

Then she left.
