Sometimes when I text my best friend goodnight and say "goodnight ily"

She'll reply with just "goodnight" and I'll think
"That's it. Its the end. She doesn't love me anymore what is life what did I do"

But then the next time she'll reply with "goodnight babe ily sweet dreams"
And my negative thoughts are cALMED
