The Running, Which is a Horrid Title but I'm sleep deprived, Give me a break

HHAHAHAHAHA-

God help me.

Jane hasn't stopped internally screaming since she was nine years old, so it was only fitting that she was now externally screaming bloody murder.

They all were, to be honest.

It wasn't until they reached the top that they realized they ran in the wrong freaking direction.

"WRONG WAY!" Jacob yelled, cowering from empty space.

"wHAHFSUJKEFHIH!" Jane screeched, yet again demonstating (I've been absorbed by the Good Omens fandom, fight me-) Her excellent english.

"Jane." Jacob whispered, his heart speeding.

"Yeah?"

"Do you see the-"

"Got it." she replied, and she ran towards the thing. "HEY!" she took a breath, before bursting into a strangely familiar song. "HE HAD IT COMING! HE HAD IT COMING ALL ALONG-"

Jacob frowned, before he turned to the children who were dying of laughter.

Jacob just sighed, and as Jane distracted the Hollow by singing The Cell Block Tango, he and the rest hurried to the elevator.

First Bronwyn, then Olive and Claire, and then the younger Portmans, and then Emma and Horace and Enoch...they all marched on, and soon they were all on the top.

Except for Jane, who had moved on to 'Revolting Children'.

"Jane!" Jacob yelled, his eyes wide. "Watch out-"

And as Jane stopped, she was flung into the air and landed onto the ground without a sound.

Short, but I can't foucus. I'm supposed to be on a diet or something and all I can think about is food.

FOOD-

Enjoy the cliffhanger! >:D
