Ever scence me and gf broke up I've been depressed for the past 3-4 weeks now. I've cried at school once or twice. This is not right. "They" are back and "they" are stronger than last time. I need help but I can't scream for it I can't do anything but hurt myself just to stop from hurting others. Glitch I'm not ok and I don't understand how you can love me even tho I'm almost insane. I only have you guys left to help me
